Since the last update, it requires several hits on the play button before game modes load up. Very annoying!

Now it’s been weeks and it still won’t load. I can’t play at all. I love this game. It’s so much fun. But for the past few days it won’t load. I’ve done everything I can think of and it still won’t load. It acts like it’s going to but then shuts down. I was going to contact app support but it says it’s a phishing site. Please help

I’ve been playing this game on and off for a few years. I paid a few years back to not have ads. I redownloaded the game yesterday to get blasted with a subscription to not have ads. I exited out of that and went to restore the purchase and there’s no option to restore the purchase I made several years back for no ads.

Not on an Apple Device
I love this game on my Samsung, but on my Apple, ads to buy the game’s “Booster Packs” pop up intentionally timed to ruin any strategic drops I try to make (and ruin the game). If they want to make it a paid game, then go ahead and do that - but if I have to sit through ads (which are MUCH longer on Apple than on the Samsung), don’t make it impossible for me to play!
Not working anymore
I love this game and play multiple times we da. Bu for the last few days the app closes automatically before it can fully load. I have restarted my phone multiple times and also reinstalled the app multiple times.

Glitch
I’ve been playing this game for about 2 weeks now and it’s pretty fun and addicting, but there have been a few times it’s glitched on me. In one of my games I still had 9 laps left and the game just ended. There have been other times where it has done this but I paid no attention to it as it ended when I only had 1 lap left, but for it to end at 9 laps is a bit much. Hopefully this gets fixed. Other than that it’s a fun game!

Great basic gameplay, that’s addictive and interesting to play. But, it feels very pay to win. There’s a leaderboard shown at the end of every game, which has high high scores... they don’t seem achievable without watching an ad, then paying to continue and boost multiple times. It’s a shame really, because the base game idea is really cool, it just feels like the thing is geared towards emptying your pockets.
I miss the old design
I used to love playing this game as a way to unwind but now with the new design it feels like the developers are trying to be too flashy. Things don’t have to be shiny and neon to be visually appealing.

Where did all my coins go??
An update was just done that supposedly “fixed” some software bugs and I now have only 20 coins when I previously had over 1150!! I hardly call this improvement. I hope the developers can fix this or get back to me because I’m really upset.

good game but looks awful
i downloaded this game on a whim and enjoyed it, despite it looking like a low-rent candy crush cash-in. there’s a fun arcade puzzle design here that is at odds with the garish art design. i wouldn’t dock so many stars for this normally, but i discovered through other user reviews that this design is relatively new. upon looking up what the app used to look like, i am bewildered as to why they thought this half-a**ed re-skin constitutes an improvement. they clearly wanted to get that lucrative “kids and grandmas” demo but it doesn’t even look like a good version of one of those games even zynga ended up providing a skin to make drop7 look like it used to.

New colour scheme is bad for colourblind people.
I’m colourblind and had no trouble playing the game with the old colour scheme and artwork, but the new one is much more difficult. The numbers don’t help much. I wish there was a way to restore the previous colour scheme & artwork, otherwise I can’t really play any more.

Players have found a way to hack the game and get impossible scores. I’ve been playing this game for some time and have always been able to break into the top 3 with the scores typically being 40k-60l. Now the top scores are in the 100k’s+

Bring Back the Original Design
Please bring back the original design. I enjoy this addictively challenging game, but the redesign makes me feel like I'm in a Teletubbies episode. I don't like it!
Used to Be a 5-Star Game
Spent hours playing this simple, yet challenging game until they dumbed it down and made it look like My Little Pony threw up on my iPad. Laps Tournaments still has the classic version, but it's a little wonky.

See original changed review below. This is my second and last. I’ve deleted it. Now they added more ads, changed the game from a grown up game to a carnival kids game The restore purchase option does nothing. They offer for you to buy the ad free option. what? I already did! Plus you have to wait and wait at the end of every game for the “do you want to pay to continue” option to clear. It is crazy. They had a great game app with a very large base. I for one will defeat off all 6 devices in this house and this developer is on the “NEVER AGAIN LIST” they are as crooked as they come. Not not dime of mine will line their pockets ever again. Good game gone bad because of greed. I hope they are happy. Why am I getting adverts and where did all the game options go? Where is restore option? I’m changing my rating until these ridiculous game adverts go away. I paid not to see ads that include yours. I will delete and file complaint requesting refund if I’m not allowed to restore to my paid status.
Frustrating!
I love the new competition, and generally strive to get in the top three each time. This is my go to game to take my mind off other things. That said, it’s very frustrating when I play and get a top number, using points I earned in previous games ( I never buy points) and it glitches saying “ opps ! Try again later” Not only do I lose my high score, I lost the points in which I worked so hard to earn. This has happened a few times now. I’m very nearly ready to delete the game over it.

Why the change??
Woke up to this bright, bright board today—where did my darker board go??? It is so hard to see my game. Not sure if I will/can keep playing a game I can hardly see... It WAS fun! Would have given higher rating but can’t rate what I cannot see to play.
Fun game but random element detracts
This would be a great puzzle game but the random element spoils it. You work hard to put pieces together to get what you need, only for the game to throw you the piece, spoiling all your preparation. Could be easily fixed if, instead of showing the next piece generated, it showed maybe the next 5 pieces. Then you could plan ahead and make great scores!

Botched update
The terrible visual design and poor menuing of the new version would be bad enough, but the large blur effect added onto your current piece destroys the visual clarity and makes it much harder than it should be to play the game. Used to be fun, now is annoying at best. One star because I had the old version installed on this device and, when I tried to launch it, forced me to update to the current, barely playable version. If this is a patched version of the original visual update, as developer comments suggest, I shudder to imagine what it was before.

It was better
I liked the game. A lot. Probably wasted too much time on this game, but the change in colors is hugely bad for my eyes. The orbs on a black background worked. The blue stinks. Please change it back. I don’t want to delete but I may.
Great game but the Ads......
I love the game, very addictive and fun to play. However the fact that like most other games you can’t get rid of the ads is infuriating. Apparently at this stage not an option. It’s a real shame because otherwise a real winner.

It's a really good game but why did I rate it 4 stars, because the laps go by to fast but otherwise it's really good
New version of game is annoying
I loved the original version because it was very relaxing. The new one is anything but. For me, all the trailing lights and swirling background turned it into both a little kid game and a headache. The old black background made it feel like an adult game, now it seems babyish. Another thing I noticed is that if you wanted to continue your game previously, you had your score right there on the screen to help you decide if it is worth continuing. They removed the score on the continue screen so now you have to make a blind decision if you weren’t watching your score closely. I’ve played this game for an insane number of hours for well over two years. Often I can beat the tournament board and win the top prize, but if they don’t take your game seriously enough to let you know your score, it changes that dynamic. This was one of my top 3 games for relaxing, but I’m having trouble taking the game seriously now.
Drains battery & Stops responding
Interesting game. But it seems to have "energy bugs". It's very easy to make my iPhone 6 Plus overheated after several games and the battery is drained quickly. Sometimes after playing ads, the game becomes laggy, making it difficult to play. Occasionally it causes the whole phone stops responding (not even to the home button or the power button) and it has to be forced to reboot.
