Absolute worst banking experience I’ve ever had
Absolute worst banking experience I’ve ever had. They charge you 24 MAD just to receive money, and another 24 MAD just to send it. On top of that, virtually every basic feature inside their app is locked behind a paywall—nothing is free. It completely feels like a scam rather than a real financial service. Avoid at all costs if you want to keep your hard-earned money.

L’application est devenue inaccessible pour les non-voyants après la dernière mise à jour, j’arrive pas à effectuer mes virements Le problème toujours persiste, j’arrive pas à effectuer mes virements ainsi que tous les noms voyant il faut travailler sur le changement de glissement pour effectuer le virement Car, il n’assure pas une accessibilité pour les non-voyants, ce qui est contradictoire aux lois internationaux et nationaux

Nice and responsive most of the documentation went online as well as the identity confirmation through a video call which is kinda cool. I would've gave it 5 stars if the credit card is deliverable through glovo or other as marketed Biometric login would be appreciated (kindly add in the near future)

Informations incomplètes
J’ai contacté le support par mail de nombreuses fois pour connaître les options incluses dans la carte mastercart word (pour inscrire un pack prime): Nombre d’entrées dans les loung, boissons ou nourritures incluses, nombre de visiteurs permis avec ou sans reduction. Aucune information dans ce sens. Des informations générales alors que dans mes emails, j’ai precise que mastercard écrit noir sur blanc que le detail des avantages est négocié avec chaque banque. J’ai contacté le support par telephone qui était à la hauteur, mais eux memes ne disposaient pas de cette information ( quelle ironie). La transparence est le premier pilier d’une neobanque et je leur recommande de voir ce détail déterminant pour certaines catégories de clients.

The stupid thing is ID card reader, don’t shake, come close but stay in the frame, never witnessed this Every app that ask for this, it detected the card in milliseconds. Use another 3rd party reader please.
I can’t transfer money
When i try to transfer the money they show "إسحب للتحويل” and when i try to do it I can’t cause the application i have in Arabic or I don’t know where is the problem i try to change the language but I can’t find where
Les anomalies détectées :
Application avec plusieurs bugs et lenteurs, surtout au niveau du scan de la carte d’identité. Le processus bloque parfois à certaines étapes avec des erreurs empêchant d’avancer. Après reprise du dossier après 24h, il a fallu refaire l’étape du scan et reprendre la photo du recto de la carte ID.

The app works great but...
The app works fine but I've run into an issue. I can't allocate or transfer an international allowance to my Prime card. I get no card available.

Good update but
Virtual cards aren’t working for me. Also just remove startup animation, it is nice first time but it gets tiring after seeing for 100th time. It slows getting into the app. Make an option in settings or switch off automatically after 10 times.

Aucune action n’est possible sur compte carnet
Une fois que l’on swipe sur l’écran du compte carnet, toutes les actions redirigent vers un écran affichant un emoji d’avertissement. Il est donc impossible d’accéder au RIB ou de se déclarer en transaction. J’ai été particulièrement bloqué car je ne pouvais pas verser mon argent sur mon compte actif alors que la situation était urgente. Mis à part ce problème, l’application est très agréable à utiliser : elle est fluide, réactive et l’expérience utilisateur est globalement excellente. Mention spéciale pour la fluidité des animations, On reconnaît la patte de Reanimated 😄🙏.

Doesn’t work at the end of the month
App stops working at the end of the month, get a better server, this is ridiculous. The only time that we need to make payments or purchases is the beginning of a new month and this app decides to suddenly stops working. Moreover, why do i need a request to open my allocations?, just open them normally like other banking apps do. Can’t believe that CIg is working and yours is not. I thought it would be a good upgrade but unfortunately Moroccans never excel at anything. Considering coming back to CIH since it works all the time.

Hi, the new version “simple” is great , the new ui experience is fluent. It will be great to add support for virtual cards in apple wallet , balance refresh inside the app (without the need closing the app )
About the recent update
Im a big fan of l’bankalik but i think that there was no need to change the interface of the app the old was was smoother than this one

Good app overall — the developers and designers did great work. But I couldn’t order my card in wajda even after submitting a claim, and nothing changed. Also, there are too many ads. A cleaner experience like Attijari mobile app would be better.

Je suis très déçue par la nouvelle mise à jour de l'application mobile bankalik L'ancienne version était stable et facile à utiliser, mais la nouvelle version est lente et son design est peu fonctionnel (il n'est pas agréable visuellement) De plus, je rencontre un blocage majeur: Je ne peux pas ajouter de nouveau bénéficiaire pour effectuer des virements. L'application me demande une "vérification supplémentaire" sans pouvoir terminer l'opération. J'exhorte la banque à résoudre rapidement les problèmes techniques de l'application et à reconsidérer l'ergonomie de cette mise à jour
