I purchased twice from Vitkac. The first order went smoothly so I was excited and ordered again. The second time they failed to fulfill their online promise for 1-3 business days due to the fact that FedEx picked up the package late even though it was ready since 10am. While delays can happen, I specifically paid 25€ for FedEx express services. When contacted FedEx they said I’m not their customer, Vitkac is. When contacting Vitkac customer service (which took them a whole day to reply to me out of what should be 3 business days total delivery from the moment FedEx gets the package) their reply was simply that: “ unfortunately, during the busiest sales periods, we have many thousands of parcels to dispatch, so there may be delays in delivery. Unfortunately, the courier (FedEx) do not tell us why it is taking so long for the parcels to be delivered. Thank you for your understanding” And that’s it 😡 When I told them I understand but their website says 1-3 business days from when FedEx gets the package they simply replied back with “thank you for your understanding” Their customer service is practically non existent and even if the prices are great and the products are awesome, for the 1% chance I’ll have to deal with their customer service again it simply does not worth it. A luxury shopping experience comes one with top service. Sadly, here this isn’t the case.

Jest niezła
W sumie ok ale jest taka monotonnie - smutna. Może taka też ma być? Grafika mogła by być troszkę bardziej wyrazista. Być może to inspiracją Witkacym innego „smutnym” stylem ale jak dla mnie jest właśnie za smutna.
Too many bugs
The app is user-friendly overall, but the filters are completely broken. Whether I filter by price, colour or size, it doesn’t sort the items as selected, this makes browsing frustrating and time-consuming. It’s been more than a year since I first tried find something on the app and it’s still isn’t fixed. If you navigate back after reaching the payment step, the app treats it as though the order is confirmed, regardless of whether payment was successful. Hire a software tester
Good app but poor service
I brought $500 worth of stuff under a promotion. But when the code didn’t work the customer service refused to apply the additional discount citing some flimsy reason that they can only give it if the item is still in stock. It’s not my problem that it went out of stock or that they have a technical issue!

Always error Message
The tree stars are for the beautiful models and pictures. I like it that Vitcac shows also blonde models. Nowadays a rarity. Whenever I open the app, it states „something‘s wrong“. Many months in Polish, now in English. Push messages inform almost exclusively about menswear, pointless for me and the few times those messages refer to womenswear, I am taken to a blank page in the app.

The currency used in the app is GBP. After conversion, the price is more expensive than its website which uses USD. It is 7% more expensive for the item I was interested.
