Kenapa pengiriman uang harus berkali-kali, biaya kirim jadi lebih mahal dari biasanya .Sudah kirim 1 kali, total ¥623.000 yang mau saya kirim dengan biaya 1,980 namun tidak bisa dilakukan sekali dan harus 3 kali kirim dan memakan biaya kirim ¥4.440. Dengan alasan tidak dapat melibihi batas maksimal Rp50 jt . Trus buat apa kasih embel embel batas ¥1.000.000 kalau mementingkan rupiah ,saya sudah coba cari tau sebelumnya batas maksimal kirim sebelum saya kirim uang ,informasi internet serta smile bisa mengirim hingga ¥1.000.000 .

It is the fastest money transfer ever in my experience. It is always reliable. I have been using SMILES for more than 2 years now and the quality of service is always more than expected.
Signing-up is so troublesome
From SG: Singpass doesn’t work but an option in registration. Opted for the manual registration by uploading photos of IC and that also didn’t work because camera app takes blurry pictures. So document rejected. Reached-out to Customer Support and the response was for me to check if my internet connection was stable…freaking joke. This is from SG with one of the fastest and reliable internet in the world. Gave up signing. Wanted to try because the rates are better than my usual online remittance bank. But not worth the time wasted just to sign-up.

Efficient however cost a lot if you make a mistake in beneficiary info
It’s convenient money transfer. I wish that the cost is lesser if you make a mistake with the name etc. or like mistake in spelling. The money that is in peso already supposedly is transferred back to you in yen and use I believe the banks exchange rate.At that time my remittance was around 10000yen lesser. I know it’s my mistake but I just want to give heads up for the cost. I know another remittance center it only cost you around 600yen to change name regardless of the amount you sent. But other than that it’s an efficient money transfer.
