perfect quick notes app
i love this app to jot down and refine prompts. i initially downloaded it bc of the character count, but i also love that i can refer back to old notes quickly and there’s no digging around folders. no formatting to slow things down, and easy to get around. and the separate app for x use keeps it simple for me. i also like that it lets us back up locally for a time we choose, and edit the font and colors. it’s just happens to be perfect for my specific use case, and it’s completely free with no ads?? unheard of in this day and age! thank you for making this app, devs!
New update patched issue
Much better I was having issues with the previous update I think 0.75 or so causing weird slowdown this new version fixes that and it's much more reliable no other issues right now. Still lack of features and issues others have noted but much better. Thank you for listening
Terrific App, Period
I can’t begin to tell you how many times I have gone to message a company on their website, only to find I can’t put all of what I want to say in the space provided. Even if they tell you how many words or characters they allow, you’re too busy trying to remember what you want to say to count words or characters. And the worst is when you’re just about done saying what you want, and suddenly you can’t type any more, causing you to go back and try to figure out what you can leave out and still make your point. But with this app, it’s so much easier. It keeps track of each character and word as you type in real time, so if you see you’re getting close to the maximum allowed, you can stop and change a few things before you’ve finished the whole message. I just wish I’d found this app sooner.
Aantal woorden
please add global search &some zip txt export
this app is great and i got the pay upgrade please please add a global notes search function and a txt zip export of all notes in 1 file; or csv file or even just 1 txt file with all notes seperated by ------------ lines or something thanks please add these id even pay again!!
Doesnt understand English
This app consistently glitches. Pauses. Writes completely the wrong word spoken to it.
Add find note option
I mainly use it for taking notes and I have like thousands of notes saved in this app. However, I have a huge problem. I cant find my old notes. So, it would be perfect if you could enable find notes so I can find my old notes.
Pros and cons
I appreciate the word count feature. And I appreciate the simplicity of the app. I am not looking for fancy. I like that on the left hand side you can see all your notes listed, like a table of contents. When you click on one, you see the content of that note on the right. My complaint is that my app holds on to notes that I have deleted over and over. They just keep reappearing. Sadly, I am thinking of finding a different app.
Not bad, but has deceptive in-app ads
So, if you want a vey basic word processor that shows you character counts this may work. It's supported by in-app advertising which is fine, but only up to the point where the ads purport to be something other than what they really are. Deception is dishonesty and developers who allow deceptive ads to appear in their products should be banned. One such ad that was served to me in this app looks like a notification that a phone call is coming in. It calls for the user to act on it by tapping on the screen to accept or deny the call, but in truth there is no phone call. It's just an ad using a dishonest tactic to get you to tap on it. This kind of deception is, IMHO, unethical and dishonest, and developers that don't proactively fight against this sort of abuse are tacit accomplices.
My favorite app
This app is great. I use it everyday for taking notes and counting words that I wrote in other places.
Excellent, some additions would be appreciated!
I'm a short form writer (stories told in 150 words or less) so an auto word counter - on screen - as I write is a godsend. Indeed the app is wholly dedicated to this endeavor. However it would be most useful to be able to · archive and/or re-order notes · do minimal formating (Bold, Underline, Italics etc) - cloud sync, as I have the app on every phone and tablet I own.
cons outweigh the pros
Creates memos and stock replies to questions easily BUT 1. Cannot delete earlier messages 2. Cannot organize messages by topic so after creating many (say 30) messages, they are hard to find. 3. No “search messages” button.
Excelente

Sync with other devices ???
Does this app sync with other devices?
Privacy…Collection of Personal Data
Confusing, why personal data is given to 3rd parties,I like the app but not that much, switching back to Notes.
I’m in love with this app and have been using it for years
Just as the title says, been using this for like two maybe three years, just thought to write a review now. I literally have no problems with this app, like maybe adding more colour themes would be nice but even then I don’t really care lol. Heres a detailed reason why I love this app 1. NO CHARACTER LIMITS (that I know of) I am a writer and I write a LOT! Like novel worth of stuff, I have notes that range over 100k characters has thousands of words and it just lets me write. 2. It does exactly what the app says, it word counts and character counts in real time and you can watch it go up or down. Unlike other writing applications that do the same thing like google docs (which does update but you don’t see it real time, has a hiccup and you have to stop writing for like a minute for it to update) 3. Theres ads, but they don’t hinder my work and aren’t an annoyance. I actually really like these ads! They don’t interrupt my work, just little things at the bottom of your screen and you don’t even see them when writing. If it did interrupt me or be anything more than it is now I would literally uninstall. 4. The amount of settings and customisation for a simple app is crazy. You can customise the fonts and theme colour?? And the fonts can be ANYTHING you want. Plus you can adjust the text size which is super helpful for my eyes to read better and when you copy and paste it to anywhere else it doesn’t mess it up. Like it just looks like normal text so you don’t have to adjust anything afterwards. 5. The local backup is crazy and it saves so much space. Everytime you change a document it uploads the previous version to your backup. The backup goes up to 370 days but you can make it lower if you want and it takes up VIRTUALLY no space. I expected the app to be like at least a few GB’s seeing how much I had backed up (at least over a few hundred files) and lord my app is like 73 MB’s thats insane! This app is just amazing overall and it does what it says nicely and it has so many great perks that make me not use my default notes app and instead flock to this instead.
I like it
I was going to use another app for writing, but this one has pretty much everything i was looking for in a writing app. All it’s missing is the ability to Bold and Italicize And we’re good to go
doesnt scroll when i type?
when i get to the bottom of the page and keep typing, the page doesnt scroll with me so i can see what im writing, and i have to keep touching the screen to scroll down each new line. its very annoying.

Perfect For Character Count!!!
So many AI apps have a character limit, and I get carried away and lose track.. then you can’t send your message. This app perfectly lets you look instantly at your character amount. Just cut and paste, and you are good to go! I can’t stress enough how many times this app has saved me redoing work that I spent a lot of time writing! Get this app! You won’t be disappointed! I’m in the middle of writing right at this moment, but I’m so appreciative of this apps simple time saving workings, that I am pausing to submit this review. Now back to work, lol! 😁
App is crashing
I’ve been using this app for years and lately it crashes while I’m writing and does not save anything I write.
Nice App
I like except for occasionally losing records.

I like the fact that I can save my word count searches
Because often my file gets lost, so I can go back to the word countAnd not lose anything. Thank you my friends
Good but needs improvements
There really should be a back button. I accidentally deleted some thing and I couldn’t get it back
Minor Improvement
It would be really nice if we had the option to bold/underline/italicize words. Other than not having that, the app seems pretty nice. It does what it says it does, and runs fairly smoothly.
I use this as my main writing app
I’ve been using this app since 2017 and it’s been my main writing app ever since I like that it lets me lock my writing and I can track the word count as I write it also backs up automatically which has saved me on more then one occasion The ads are also none intrusive and optional :)
Useless
No option to change setting so as not to count spaces as a character.
Buena app
No backup, holds back otherwise great app
Needs a backup feature. You will lose every note on the app if you cannot backup your notes in iCloud. A search function of some kind would also be helpful.
Super Easy
This is a super easy app. All you do is type, and it counts. Perfect.
Does what it says but....
Would like to highlight a section and see how many words/characters are in that highlighted section. So off to the next test!
Still iPhone camera bevel area covers texts.
The bevel that surrounds the camera, non display surface covers up the typed text.
