The super cute game is easy to get stuck when watering others. It has been stepping in place like an astronaut , but it's okay to turn on the accelerator. Then there is no friend chat function. I hope to improve it. The game body is very cute 😍, and it also supports Chinese.（这个游戏超级可爱，但在给别人浇水时很容易卡住。它就像宇航员一样一直原地踏步，但可以打开加速器，开了加速器就还好。不过游戏里面好友不可以聊天🥀🥀我希望改善它。游戏身体非常可爱😍，它还支持中文。😊💋
Too expensive and slow pace
This game is way too expensive and not friendly towards free to play users. I gave up on the game when I found out you cannot trade if you only have 1 copy of an item. And you would have to spend $80 just to see if you can get one of the sweet collection items. That's way to expensive for a game that doesn't really much to do. There's not really any social apsects of the game besides the "community forums." but you have to reach lvl 15- leveling up takes forever on here as well. I spent like around $30 or $40 on the game in total and I still don't really have any items I like or that's "Meta." highly sought after. I love hello kitty, but you're better off playing a different game than this. It's too expensive for what it has to offer.
Good but..
It’s so hard to get coins and the 48 hour bags go by so fast….the SBC is super duper expensive. Please make some improvements. This isn’t funny anymore. The developers of this game don’t have to be money hungry like those prices are insanely expensive. You want cute items? You have to OBVIOUSLY PAY🙄 just make it easier to get coins. And be fair to those players who don’t want to pay…. Ty…

I really like this game but I’m so confused why is it a kids game even though it not a fair game because it hard to get coins paying real money just to get less coins plus it also not fair how much we had to spend coins just to get small amounts back and I do not recommend this game to kids.
Keep This in Mind
I’ve been playing this game since launch, and I’ve been increasingly disappointed by what’s been released. Events are lackluster at best, and I feel like art quality has been dipping since launch. To get access to Milk rank and the Sweet Collection (which you will never touch or own) you have to spend $70+ (Hello Kitty Island Adventure, a whole!!! video game is a fraction of this cost, not time gated and you do ((arguably)) own this!!) and I would argue that the quality of the bags has gone down considerably, they’re just not fun to buy anymore. Without getting into the nitty-gritty that no one really cares about…This game has kind of soured me to Sanrio and its characters as a whole…
Some problems
This apps very cute and makes sure to add in MANY of the Sanrio characters, the only problem I have is that it took 8 GB of my storage because of this my storage became full, broke the app and managed to log me out. I sadly couldn’t remember how I had signed in and lost all my progress! Don’t play this if your storage is already struggling <3

Pointless “game”
Can barely be called a “game.” It’s actually more like a glorified slots machine coated in Sanrio paint. The entire “game” mainly revolves around a terrible, unfun grind of just pressing a button to get a measly amount of currency. After that, you can save up currency for 1000 years or spend an amount of money akin to the cumulative cost of how much your brain and heart are worth in order to gamble for useless stuff. Absolutely don’t waste your time with this. Please.

Took money for undelivered product
Every month since 2021 on the 15th a premium bag that costs 75 real dollars to access drops. Last month, this bag was not released until the 28th, leaving high-paying players less than two days to access the bag that they spent their irl money on that month. They have not issued refunds as of writing 5-15-26 and have only issued $8 worth of in game currency as compensation. Less than two weeks into May they released a new bag where the cost to pull from it 1 time was a little over $16 worth of coins, and a 7x pull equated to $95 worth of coins. Players are protesting by refusing to spend money in the game until there is a satisfactory resolution. This developer is famous w/i the community for being difficult to communicate with and suggestions are very rarely taken into account. Spend your money elsewhere, don’t waste it here. I’d give 1 stâr if i wasn’t worried about the rèvıew being remǒved or büried

I love playing this game a lot it’s a very cute game that you can enjoy playing with your Sanrio friends! But… there is one issue for me every time I join in and start playing it feels like half to even 3/4 of the time im playing it’s just loading
Indefensible
I can’t defend this game anymore—it’s beyond predatory. I get that gacha games are gambling games by default, but this Hello Kitty game encourages devastating amounts of spending for any app. They don’t listen to community feedback regardless of how much they profit, set up a system of essentially cops and marketers (for very very little compensation) with Sweeties, and were just caught using AI for clothing and item designs—the ONE thing this game is supposed to do.

I love this game so much!! But there are some stuff that are really annoying and that should change, like: sometimes, when I open the game, it starts saying that the connection is failing, but my WiFi is literally on and it’s working cause when I open my other apps, they work! So basically, this game has some glitches and it should have more languages too! Like it’s not fair to have English and Spanish and not Portuguese! And other languages too!(i just play this game cause I speak English too) but I pt would be way easier if it had another languages!Soemthing that I wanna say too are the stuff from the stores, like my character shop! Like bruh, an blue eye is literally 300-500 coins! How can I have so much coins! Is like the happy bags! They are so expensive and it’s so hard to get the gacha tickets!

So I have been playing this game for over a year now ever since one of my old friends introduced me to it! It was great and always has been, I had took a long break recently and when I came back everything seemed normal. I had been playing again for a few days until I tried to apply for one of those jobs in Smile Works. The app IMMEDIATELY closed out, even the tab. It closed everything out. When I reopened the app I tried to do it again and it did the same thing. I went to the App Store to make sure there were no new updates and there wasn’t! I gave it a day or two and it’s still doing this! Please try to find that problem or I might take another break from the game because that was a very entertaining part of it!! I get there are TONS of other things to do in this app so that’s the only reason I took off a star, if this problem didn’t occur it would be five stars.

Expensive in-app purchases and they will not always give you what you pay for. Premium players spend over $70 MONTHLY for perks and they have proven that they will not always deliver what is promised, with no refunds. They also just got in a huge scandal for stealing artwork, be careful with this game.
Correction suggestion
1. Please Make accessible for the player to change Sanrio friend they can change their whole house as well 2. Please fixe the lag every update comes I will be grateful 3. When deleting the account we shouldn’t to delete the whole app and redownload to play 4. Make an option for the player can sign in to their other account through email or apple and ect. Note: that is all I could think of right now

Lost touch with the people
I used to love this game but in over 2 months (after putting LOTS of money) I still get the worst items pulls. I officially and sadly give up. I will give my money somewhere else because this game have become hard to enjoy. They know people are tired of it and refuse to listen.

I have played this before and it gets addicting but I feel like it gets confusing at times and then I get bored and delete it I have done that probably 5 times in the past years. I would like to say bring back that thing that you could donate things and gift.

hi i am writing a review for 3 stars because like in the title i couldn’t get my gift it was the monthly bundle with 888 coins my mom already paid for it but i didn’t have it so i was like “meh must be a bug” so i refreshed my game but it still wasn’t there i was hosting a party so i thought that was the problem but it wasn’t because when i stopped hosting my party and refreshed my game again it still wasn’t there it was $2.99 so i couldn’t let it go to waste so that’s why i’m writing a review. stay away from this game i’m so serious. you need to spend $70+ irl just to access certain bags, $100 gets you 10k coins and that’s often times not even enough to complete a bag. the irl currency to in game currency ratio is a joke. the game preys on people with poor impulse control and sparks or worsens gambling addiction. there is no chat moderation and it is marketed as a 9+ game, there have been very unsafe people lurking in this unmoderated chat and absolutely no safeguards in place for younger players who realistically shouldn’t even be on a game that relies so heavily on micro transactions in order to get anywhere in the game to begin with.

This game sucks so much
I’ve been playing this game for 2 years now, and it is terrible for so many reasons. It might not be that difficult to get coins but everything is CRAZY EXPENSIVE!! Like, one second you think you have a decent amount of coins, and the next second it’s all gone, just from a few pulls on a bag. They also don’t ban players that should be banned like ped0s and racist people but they do ban players over ridiculous things like having the word pıs s in their name. It is disguising that they don’t ban awful people like that when they know there are kids in the game. In my 2 years of playing this game, I have seen multiple players get caught doing these disgusting things but they never get banned! There is a whole AI event that they have made and it is of course extremely expensive. I hate how addicted I am to this game
