They make it impossible to withdraw. I gave every single document required and they kept denying it even after chatting with support and giving them exactly what they requested. No other casino app was nearly as difficult. I Ended up using up all the money I had in the app since I gave up trying to figure out what they needed. Probably there exactly intention. Stay away. Also terrible win rate.

These reviews were written by degens. This casino is decent, i'd never accept a bonus though due to ridiculous wager requirements compared to casinos like BetRivers, Fanduel etc. Personally i don't mind slotsmagic, the withdrawal process is relatively quick & verification is easy/fast. I like the selection of live games available. Giving only 4 stars because of the how old the app feels, could use an update.

Customer service is too bad
Won’t even let you withdraw even after you and your bank is verified. Customer service is not responding to your concerns and will ignore you after your first email. You just gonna get stressed dealing with them and will just play your balance til it’s gone.

I have played here for a year. Recently i won and the money is not adding to my balance. I dont know what happened, but contacting the support through email, providing what they asked for. I have beeng waiting for 3 days, dont know what happen to my winning. I dont deserve to wait on my winning like this. It is totally disappointed.

I tried to withdraw and they asked me for documents to verify my address, I sent them my Drivers License, a receipt from my internet provider which had my address, etc but nothing was good enough for them, I finally played the rest of my money since I figured I wouldn't get paid anyway and closed my account, take my advice and don't waste your money, this really seems like a scam, I should of read the reviews 1.6 before playing, my bad.
