Do not use
Do not use app keeps crashing. It gets stuck on driving would not let you switch off or on duty and it has racked up my hours over 100 hours and I was off for the past two days. Would not recommend.
Location not registering
Since the last update, I have to enter the location manually each time. The app diagnostics shows that everything is green and passes but once I go to change my status, I have to manually enter my location. The D and M are also red. Please fix asap.
App logs out
After I have been logged in for a while the app logs out on its own and I have to keep logging back in

Truck Driving
This app & LinxUp have really taken a step back... dont waste your time or money. App literally has to be deleted & re-downloaded every trip just to log on driving time. 0/5 stars for sure
Piece of trash
This thing is either froze up or you can’t open the app. ITS TRASH!!!!!!!
Location
The update before last was fantastic. I didn’t have to punch in my location every single time I switched from either being on time driving to even punching out I have to punch in my location on every single time I punch before the GPS retract me even through the trucks that we drive and show where the trucks are, but it won’t show you where your GPS is I would like that fix that be nice.

Update to the app
Not able to change duty status the app crashes or locks you out this has been happening for months! Apollo engineering team keeps claiming they have a fix with the new update. Each update for the last three months has caused more systemic problems throughout the app. Customer service is horrible!
What's going on?
There are a lot of problems with the app. It kicks you out a lot and it could take you over a month to get back in. I have been kicked out again for a few days and this is the first time I can't even get through to support to see what's happening or to get back in. I'm trying to hang in there but this isn't good for my business.
Good start
Appreciate how thorough this app is but it is not intuitive to navigate and there is no option to edit your logged hours when you accidentally forget to record your finish time in the moment (apart from calling customer service)

Read before you buy it
Costumer service is the worst. They treat you well but talking to them is a forever loop most of the time. I had and state audit and they didnt have the log book records saved. They talked me the only save 6 months but the auditor was asking for two years. Every six months i call them asking for my records but i only received my records once. ( 6 months) so at the end i had a ticket. This app doesnt work right, having bugs issues every other week. A headache!
Pain in my @#%
I’ve had lots of issues and the support team are clueless on how to correct the problems.1 even went as far as to tell me to start over with another profile. Not sound advice when they couldn’t even fix the issue, so make another profile so they still can’t fix the issue. Now my IPad won’t connect, it kept logging out every time I wasn’t on it and then it goes to default driving. Now i have to use my iPhone. Should have went with Motive. Much more stable system.
Simple and works
Biggest thing is it is simple and works. I don’t see any dropped connections like I do with others.

Awesome product and incredible support
The product works seamlessly and the support from Ekta is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are always up and rolling. Even on evenings and weekends she is available for support. Highly would recommend this product to all companies with a fleet.

Desde la última actualización cuando empiezo a manejar y me paro, quiero ponerlo en fuera de servicio y no me deja y luego le pongo on duty se me cierra la aplicación, tengo que desinstalarla y volverla a instalar. Está muy mal.

WORST INTERFACE
The concept for the app is there but for the price you pay to product you receive it is horrible. This app will probably get you into situations with DOT. The app is a hit or miss if it wants to work, freezes. And any inconvenience you have to delete and re-download. Out of 4 people I spoke with only 1 person knew what to do and the rest said “did you delete and re-download”. The app has hope but that’s about it. I am an active user for Apollo but be warned this app will get you into situations or potentially place you out of service due to the complex issues it has. I will gladly delete this review if the app actually worked but till then it will stay up. DO NOT BUY
