Problem with the change of DP!
Hello, I am once again reaching out to Carrom Support system due to the same problem I have been facing for past one year now…. I don’t know why but for some reason carrom doesn’t allow icloud gaming center player who r using their Apple id to have access to their profile…. please please make an update for Apple users who love carrom so much … allow them to change their DP by using their iCloud gaming center account…. This is really disturbing and disappointing.. it’s so unfair that Android users have such high advance updates compared to Apple loyal gamers in carrom 😞 What’s the point of you guy’s support system if they can’t help me with a simple problem I am facing in this app😞 I really loved and appreciated carrom so much for what it was and what it meant for me but now I have lost my hopes in the support system of carrom 😞 Please fix this issue and release this update for Apple users 🙏🏻😭

Super long ads
It’s a great game but the ads last longer than the game pretty much. That’s the annoying part
Latest update - not good
The game was updated recently and it has spoiled the game more. New glitches have started to occur like game is not able to detect correct token. Overall the update has worsen the game.

New graphics are terrible!!!! New board design is terrible—makes it hard to see and play, and no option to select the board design. One more reason not to play this game, unless you bring the old design back.

Always a favourite of mine and love this game app. However lately doesn’t matter which room you try all busy and you keep wasting time only to get a game, at time you don’t even get to play any. Something should b done soon else people will lose interest
Computer glitch
I was playing with the computer and I won but the ending title still says the computer won! 😡😡 Plus the computer itself is a complete glitch and cheat, it literally just copies what you do. Please fix this 😑

When first I play this game I got level 23 player and I lose and I thought this is Just once when I play 2 more game and I got level 11 player and 15 level player and I lose again and I don’t know how to Play this game and I thought there gonna be some noobs in starting but I was wrong I hate this game i played because this game is made by same company of Ludo king I thought this gonna be good but this game is so bad

It’s a nice game but there are too many ads. Some of the ads don’t even close. There is no close button. Need to fix this.

I played against the computer and I ended the game with a higher score; 5 to me, 3 to the computer, but the game said I lost!

Nice game but too many ads that don’t close.
It is a very nice fun game, but the game has too many ads that we can’t even close. The only way to continue playing is to quit the app altogether and then restart it again.

I really like this game. I'd love to be able to challenge a real person and not just the computer. I would also like the option to remove the ads. Please work on those and next time will be 5 stars.
Great game
I like this game very much. One reviewer claims the computer is a cheat. But I did not see any evidence. It is all about how the board gets set up. A few times I have been able to clean out the board too!
Worst programmed
I played for almost 10 games and the worst part is the opponent always start the game and usually ends the game without getting a chance to play a single shot. What a donkey this programmer is that he has not maintained any sequence. After 10 or 15 games you get a chance to play one game and that’s it. Then again u need to sit and watch other start the game and ends and so ooooon.

Poor update
This used to be a great game. It seems like the new algorithm has really messed it up. The board is too sensitive and the coins go in with shots that you would never play in real life. I’m disappointed and deleting this app.

New features not working. No pucks & frames are displayed in the play
I have spend all my coins to get new puck and frame, but it’s not working. I have purchased them equip them by selecting. Tried to restart the game too, but the feature not working. Developers need to check in. Hope I can play with my purchased puck and frame soon.

Terrible game
When i clearly got the puck into the hole, the puck comes out by itself! Bruh the puck was clearly inside and then it came out as if there is no such thing as gravity

It is one of the best gaming apps I found which really works as you are playing on physical carom board . issue : I logged by using Facebook but now I can’t select my profile pic or set nick name . Same I was able to do with Ludo king . Please fix this issue .
