Really soo cool
Bad customer service
After waiting for verification for months I finally emailed about the issue. I had a response in the form of a single picture stating my account does not meet criteria. No hello, or feedback just a stand alone photo. The customer service for this app is so poor! Very automated and not user friendly

App funktioniert nicht
Nach meiner Anmeldung habe ich keine Bestätigungsmail erhalten. Es wird angezeigt, dass mein Profil überprüft wird und dass ich schnellstmöglich kontaktiert werde. Dies dauert jedoch bereits länger als 24 Stunden. Meiner Meinung nach funktioniert die App einfach nicht.

Also die Idee hinter der App ist echt gut, habe auch keinerlei Kritik wirklich aber jedesmal sagt sie mir dass mein Nutzername nicht gefunden wurde obwohl er 1zu1 kopiert ist..??
Verifizierung gut geklappt
Hey als Tipp ihr müsst euer Konto öffentlich machen und min 10 Beiträge hochgeladen haben. Erst dann sieht man eueren insta acc. Hab die App seit paar Tagen aber zum Deal einlösen hab ich es zeitlich nicht geschafft. Gebe ein Update sobald ich es genutzt habe
Won’t let me get passed signing up
I have attempted to sign up but it won’t allow me to add my birthday, the password is stuck on ‘save now’ and keeps popping up which then won’t let be click off it

Scheinbar entspricht mein Account nicht den Anforderungen. Leider verstehe ich nicht was falsch oder nicht gut genug an meinem Account ist. Habe Freachly bei Instagram geschrieben. Die Begründung ist das man gezielt nach Lifestyle, Food, Fashion und Travel Accounts sucht. Genau das ist mein Account im Grunde oder zumindest eine Mischung aus allem. Bilder von Konzerten, Festivals, Essen, CSD und viel mehr. Auf meine Frage was ich ändern sollte um den an
Gutes Konzept
Leider wird man gezwungen als influencer so auf jeden Fall Werbung zu machen ob der Laden gut war oder nicht. Viele Geschäfte sind schon raus und werden trotzdem noch angezeigt was schon viele unangenehme Situationen ergab. An sich ist das Konzept und die App trotzdem super
Verstehe die Negativen Kommis nicht
Bei mir funktioniert es. Klar hängt ab und zu mal aber die Deals sind einlösbar und der Support reagiert super schnell. Ich bin Zufrieden. 🧿

Horrible customer support
I started using Freachly and was enjoying the app very much. One day I receive an email from Freachly saying that they haven’t found the story for one of the deals, but I had posted a story for the deal so I just sent them a screenshot of that story, in response to that email, so that they understood that it was just a technical problem. I was expecting an answer from Freachly but instead they blocked my account. Freachly needs to improve their customer support, I am now blocked from Freachly although I have followed all the rules for redeeming/posting...
The best Influencer App
This app makes you feel like a star ⭐️ - literally. Been to many amazing locations in London and can’t wait to travel to germany to check out some new spots. So grateful! Thank you 😊
Great idea, terrible execution
Selection criteria is completely flawed. Over 1M followers in the travel niche, getting brand deals and collabs weekly but apparently I don’t meet the standards required by advertisers. Not sure what they’re expecting but I wouldn’t bother wasting your time.
Very helpful for creators
Been using it for London so far, and it has amazing collabs! Thing is usually in restaurants, if you have a budget to spend, they will also include 13% or so of service which leaves you with less of course. Would love if they could expand to Paris!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽

This app is a gem
I’ve pretty much exhausted all of the so-called influencer apps but Freachly are hands above all of the rest.. Finally, what a relief!! It’s just much easier to use, and has cooler and more exclusive places too. Proper proper sick!!
DONT GET THIS APP!
I got this app, hoping to get some amazing deals but nope! You must have over 250 FOLLOWERS and good ENGAGEMENT! I’m not the popular person and only have 76 followers and 4 engagement but I’m really upset! I hope you fix your app so EVERYONE can use it, not just people who have over 250 followers!

Not impressed
I have been rejected for not meeting the criteria’s while I have over 100 k followers, good rate of engagement and collaborating with high end brands in UK like Superdrug, asos and others ! It made me laugh when I received their email with a lie of a justification. I don’t think they are serious about having the right influencers there ! Their selecting criterias are bellow average !
