I have a glitch
I keep trying to listen to the queen from the fire sneak peek that Adam gidwitz released, but it won’t load! All the other episodes are working fine but I really want to listen to that one Pls fix it!
Can’t cancel web subscription
I signed up on the website after getting a discount code from the Greeking Out podcast. My daughter hasn’t really listened to it much in terms the past few days so I decided to cancel while we are still in the free trial window. Here are the instructions for cancellation for website signups: Login to the website. (Done) Click on “manage subscription.” (Can’t do because it is not listed. Tried “Membership Status” instead. The only options monthly and annual subscriptions. There is no button or link to cancel. I responded to the email I received after signing up and got an automated response that said they will respond in two to three days. (Which is after the trial is due to end) They apparently use Zendesk for user support. It’s outsourced to people who don’t care. I don’t know another parents, but I don’t have enough time as it is. I don’t need to bring an app or company into my life that doesn’t respect my time. If I get billed I’ll submit a dispute with my bank. My advice to other parents is to save your time, whatever sanity you have left and your money. Many local libraries offer access to audiobooks free through the Libby app. Check with yours before getting tangled up in this Pinna trap.
Need a car play app
Love this app and we listen mostly in the car so definitely wish it had a car play app for easier access!
Good app. Too hard to turn off auto payments.
Good app. Too hard to turn off auto payments.
You have to have pay
Booooooooòooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I love Pinna but the recent update I terrible, like you got rid of SUGER MONSTER Like HOWW and also WHATEVER AFTER just why and the one where the kids drop the wolf from the tree in the basked. We need those back or my childhood is Ruined PLEASE RESPOND AS SOOOOON AS YOU CAN! Sill love it
App will not play audio when minimized.
Your latest update brought back a previous bug. Background audio isn’t enabled. Have Claude fix it for you.
Pinna is fun
Cool podcast app but is currently not letting me exit the app or turn my device off but it is working on my mom’s phone great for car trips probably something about my device being an IPod 👍🙂👍 (Also want another season of Jessica majors and Grimm grimmer grimmest
Not Free
You have to pay for 99% of the episodes.
Episode would not continue
We have been listening to Grimm, Grimmer, Grimmest on spotify while in our truck but then we got the pinna app for season five because we had to pay for a different subscription and pinna worked well for a while, but then on one episode, it paused randomly and whenever we unpaused the podcast, but then it would just pause again. It eventually fixed itself though. Now we have been trying to listen to the belt, the necklace, and Barbra episode of Grimm, Grimmer, Grimmest on the pinna app and the same problem happens, except it has been a day already and we tried everything we could to fix it. Please fix this if you can so that this doesn’t happen again. Thank you.
So good 😊
I just got it and I love it and grim grimmer grimmest is the best
Annoying
Podcasts only play with app on screen, cannot minimize app otherwise the play stops.
Help
The content is great, but somehow I can’t keep it playing while driving in my car. As soon as my phone goes into sleep mode, the player stops. I don’t have this problem with any other podcast that I play through Apple
Apple subscription doesn’t work
Signed up for an an annual subscription via the apple store but the app and the website doesn’t recognize my apple ID. So … had to cancel, a bit unfortunate really because it seems like an interesting service.
Decent
Some good stories… but the app malfunctions from time to time and won’t play after the phone screen times out. It’s very frustrating and inconvenient. But when it worked we liked it well enough.
Great
Great but need to update food crimes and Grimm
Keeps saying we are offline and won’t let me access account
Hello, we have been paying for your services for about a year now, my kids love this app but recently it will no longer let me log in to access my account. What’s going on?
Free
Ok pinna I am just so sad 😭 because i can only listen to 1 ep pls make this app better and free
Annoying app
I only downloaded this to finish off the Mars Patel Podcast. My children only listen to podcasts on long drives with limited cell service, so we were super disappointed to see this app would not let me download the episodes. I understand that that has changed, but it was too late for me. I have no interest in the other podcasts on this app, so I will not be paying the very high monthly subscription.
Latest update makes app unusable
Latest update turns the Pinna app off when screen turns off. Content is great, app is very not.
Safe, super fun and even educational!
I’m continually look for safe enrichment activities for kids and this checks all the boxes. Thankful I found this!
Infuriating & criminal
I must’ve signed up for a trial month for my daughter during the pandemic, but have not used the app since then. I was unaware that I’ve been getting charged $7.99 monthly for over FIVE YEARS. I have not seen an invoice or subscription renewal notice until today. When I found the email in my inbox, I had no idea what pinna was; when I looked further, I realized they’d been quietly charging me. Beware of poor communication and surreptitious billing.
Great app!
My children love Pinna! Easy to use, lots of great content. Wishing Allie Finkel was still available!
Great content, not great app
My family loves many of the podcasts that Pinna creates, but discovering the gems can be tough. Also, since the last update it seems the app won’t play audio unless the app is open and the phone is unlocked. I wasn’t able to put on a podcast during a long drive today because I needed to use another app for directions.
Best screen-free entertainment for kids!
There’s something for every mood on Pinna. My kids switch between interactive storytelling, trivia, and music seamlessly. I love that they can create their own playlist and enjoy screen free fun wherever we go!
Latest update ruined the app
We used to love this app now with is shutting off if the screen goes off makes it very difficult to use! Please fix!
Great App - Wish I Could Cast
My daughter LOVES Pinna. Fantastic content and I feel the price is fair for what you get. I only wish I could cast it to our Google Home.
Not loving the current book selection
Kids and I love pinna we purchase the yearly subscription. Up until recently I have loved that I can let the kids choose their own stories to listen to. Giving me time to work on chores or independent projects. 2022 book additions are a little questionable though(we loved the 2020 and 21 books) I don’t typically sensor books but these ones while appropriate for 12yos, are giving my 6yo nightmares and there is no way to remove them from his list. He doesn’t want to listen to them and has asked me to pick out his books so he doesn’t accidentally get a scary one. The age button in the top corner only works for the main screen, my kid likes to choose the longer chapter books (where all the scary space stories with kid eating plants are )it also resets everytime we leave the app. I don’t need to fully sensor my kid, but we both would feel better if Momma could take the scary books out of his library so he could freely select books again.
One more
Dear Pinna I LOVE Grimm, Grimmer, Grimmest but… I’ve listened to every episode a hundred times and I would love for you all to be ever so kind as to make more seasons please enjoy my request oh by the way I’m not going to share my identity so thank you you’re friend Foxxy🦊🦊🦊🦊🦊🦊🦊🦊🦊💀💀💀💀💀💀❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
No longer works after update
After updating yesterday, the audio turns off when I leave the app. This never happened before
Great app, limited content for price
We love Pinna and have had it since early 2020 and initially used it pretty much every day for our 3yo and 5yo. After over a year a listening, we’ve run out of content that interests them and there doesn’t seem to be a lot of new content released regularly. Now with so many free podcasts and audiobooks for kids, we won’t renew our subscription but I would recommend this for a year of enjoyment for kids less than 8-10yo. I also find it a bonus that there are no videos, we prefer to limit screen time in general.
Pinna is amazing
We’ve used Pinna for many years. Our children love it and listen to it in the car, at home, and everywhere. They love the stories, podcasts, and other content.
Pure junk
App doesn’t keep playing audio after minimizing, making it pointless. Subscription is also expensive. Not happy at all.
Pinna is a lifesaver
My 7-year-old loves this app. Whether we’re driving for 10 minutes or 10 hours, she’s wants her podcasts. Xtra Blurt started it all for us, but now she’s got a a growing lists of “favorites.” We all love Grim, Grimmer, Grimmest! The content in this app is safe enough that I don’t really have to monitor what she listens to. The characters and hosts in each podcast are memorable and easy to listen to (for the most part 😉). The creativity, whether in content or presentation, is perfect for many age groups. We are definitely fans and are so happy that we found this!
Audio turns off with the screen
This app doesn’t allow you to listen with the screen off. Maybe it’s just an issue for me, but it’s worthless if i need the screen on.
Great for kids of all ages
This is by far our moat used app. There are so many high quality books and shows. My son starts his day with a Pinna show over breakfast and listens to stories as he falls asleep. I am also a teacher and use it in the classroom. Thank you!
iOS 18 breaks Pinna
Need to update your app to use iOS 18 on iPhone 14 Pro. New release won’t allow me to sign in. Was working great until I updated.
