Can’t play
The new update has me locked out. No updating. I’m on WiFi and nothing is moving. I’ve done all the “fixes” and left it try to update for hours. Nothing.

Would have been 5 stars if not for the following. I have so so many stars and wait for updates. Can’t the stars been used to by $ for extra moves or lives or even in mini games??

Be prepared to spend lots of money
Once you’ve reached the higher levels, you could no longer pass for days on end without spending money and using extra lives to pass a level. When you notify customer service, their response is always exactly the same so good luck.

This WAS a very good game in its early days, but has now settled down into a MONEYMAKER for the game owners. GREED, GREED, and MORE GREED.
Event out of reach
I have enjoyed this game for several years. However, I believe they have become greedy with money. They make most of the events impossible to reach the end and win the reward. They want you to spend money so that you are able to get more coins and the weapons that you need to be able to reach the event before the deadline. Unless you play 12 hours out of the day or spend a fortune on getting to each level, you likely will not win the final finale event events. You will get close, and you will get some rewards along the way so that you feel like you were winning, but most likely you will not reach the end. Not where the big rewards are. I have repeatedly messaged them about this and they keep saying they will pass it along and they listen to their customers, but they clearly don’t. Most of the events just need an extra day on them.
Better
I’ve been playing for years now and have seen the game grow and change. It has gotten better but I can never win the mini game. I do not think it is right to tighten the game if I have boosters stored for harder levels forcing me to use them. Needs more balance but overall not too shabby. I keep running out of rooms to do.
Keeps Getting Worse
Never any new collections added for blue bird tokens, same old tired collections for months at a time, mini games made so long that you could spend hours a day playing and not even get close to finishing. Levels are rigged with algorithms that force you to pay to pass, cringe worthy decoration choices, can’t buy anything with your tokens from the book, its just there to remind you of all the stuff you don’t have, annoying single star reward even when you pass difficult levels, no animations anymore except for lights, friend stickers take YEARS to collect enough to upgrade, everything just takes way too much time and effort with very little reward. This game sucks you dry. Has only gotten worse over the years. Developers don’t care or listen to feedback.

The 1 minute ads are crazy. I understand ad space but ONE minute is mood killing and makes me shut the game off. Update: 1 star. The 1 min ads are even more frequent and unskippable.

Fun game- years of playing just a few caveats
I’ve been playing this game for many years and it’s been a super fun, distracting, regulating game. Probably the match game that I play most. There are some things that can be annoying – the mini games seem to go by really quickly for instance but are very fun. The ads are new, but thankfully, I can choose whether or not to engage with them – thank you for that. The only thing that’s super annoying lately is the cards -I could not care less about cards. Other than that, a fun way to waste time.

Too controlled by developers
No matter your skill, developers control the game and levels. I understand the need for profit but they go overboard. To have to play a level for days isn’t fun or challenging. It’s just frustrating. They don’t seem to be concerned that so many players have the same issue.
Wish the games and card decks were more attainable
I have played this game for years. Love it. But I wish it was easier to win the extra games. I played a lot but had to take a break bc it seams not matter how much I play, I can’t get all the cards, or have less that 10 people split a 5,000 coin pot 😕
Mega
Every time you win the mega ball you lose it in the first try and then win the next one. This is a scam to get you to spend your coins.
Bug?
The game is honestly highly addictive but my game will not let me close out of the “masterpiece showdown” pop up. I have tried reopening the app multiple times and clicking ever single button multiple times and it just won’t close. I can’t go back to the mansion or anything else. Overall the pop ups for the small events are also so ridiculously annoying. I love the mini challenges you can do alongside playing the game but the 7 pop ups after every game you finish are so annoying and some of them you can’t exit out of until you follow the dumb tutorial.

I just love how I can sometimes go hours and get addicted into playing this game. I love how you have a variety of different things to do! Not too mention it’s not like every other game that is loaded with ADS, they’re optional. Please don’t make any major changes to this I’ve had it for years and still play when I have free time haha. 🫶
Don’t Bother Trying
This game “ used” to be great. Unfortunately, that’s past tense. It’s all about how much money they can force you to spend. I’m guessing they have a small group of employees. Because, it’s been months since any rooms but 2 extremely small and ridiculous ones were added. Basically, everyone is at a standstill. Also, cagey with points, cards , $$ . Things tend to disappear. 🫠 I’ve played this for a long time. My team already has discussed different games to meet on. Such a shame. Mgmt obviously doesn’t have a care. They don’t even bother to reply to conversations and send you fake awards that don’t exist. Shameful!
Options Limited
The game is great, but for those of us who have been playing it, there are not enough options to use stars. I have over 900. The updates can’t keep up. Please allow me to use them for something other than decorating! The same is true with birdie tokens. I have over 80,000. They are worthless. The card games are fun, but the limit of 6 gifts a day are ridiculous for a team of 30 people. Let us honor requests independently as was allowed in the very first iteration. Also, no card pack should ever have two of the same card. That’s an easy programming fix.

Pay to advance is a joke
I, along with loads of others, have been playing this game for years. The side games are a joke as it’s near impossible to complete unless you start paying! Everyone on the team I am on are waiting for exactly the same cards to complete. It’s frustrating and unfortunately there’s nothing you can do about it unless you pay cash for extra cards. Shame
Love the game
This is my absolute favourite game. It can be annoying (too few coins for passing a level and unless you pay you can’t get all the special events furniture any more or the animals) but I still love it.
Ads ads ads
I don’t mind choosing to click on ads for extra moves etc but now you complete a level and it goes straight into an ad before you can play the next one….. meaning I log off and play something else! Ruins what is actually a good game
