Netzwerkprobleme ohne Ende / App nicht nutzbar
Wir haben jetzt seit 3 Tagen eine neue PV Anlage. Seit der Inbetriebnahme verliert der Speicher regelmäßig die Internetverbindung. Das wird auch in der App so angezeigt. Das ist wirklich nervig! Da muss was passieren! 1/5 Sternen, da die App einfach nicht nutzbar ist.

Die App log sich immer wieder aus. Jedesmal PW raus suchen nervt. Zeitversetzte Datenanzeige macht Verbrauchersnalysen schwer.
Leider keine Mitteilungen
In der App fehlt die Möglichkeit Mitteilungen oder Benachrichtigungen auf dem HomeScreen anzuzeigen. Anlagenfehler oder Störungen werden so oft erst spät entdeckt. Das wäre eine echte Verbesserung. Sonst ist die App nicht schlecht. Anzeigen sind ok, Bedienbarkeit ist auch einfach und in Ordnung.

Mit dieser Version sind viele Fehler beseitigt worden. 👍👍👍😁 Danke an die Programmierer.
Kein Zugang zum Server
Die App funktioniert seit Tagen nicht. Ich kann mich nicht einloggen. Ich werde ständig gleich wieder abgemeldet. Während hingegen das Einloggen über die Internetseite funktioniert. Installieren und Deinstallieren der App ebenfalls ohne Erfolg. Alle möglichen Tricks führen leider zu keinem Ergebnis. Mein Speicher kann seit Tagen nicht bedient werden.
Gestione due inverter
Salve, ho due inverter Master e Slave, ma nell’app vedo solo il master, è possibile vedere anche lo slave? Per il resto mi sembra ben fatta, intuitiva, scorrevole, avrei aggiunto anche delle notifiche personalizzabili, ad esempio carica scesa sotto il limite impostato o consumo oltre certa soglia. La quinta stella non si merita mai, se no non si cresce.

App war schon auf dem richtigen Weg…
App wird von Update zu Update immer besser. Leider hat sich in der 4.13.0 ein Anmelde Bug eingeschlichen. (Nach Anmeldung wird man direkt abgemeldet!) Daher momentan unbrauchbar. Leider wird man vom Support nur mit den Standard Hilfestellungen gegängelt die nicht funktionieren. Die Kommunikation zwischen Kunde und Entwickler ist wirklich unterirdisch schlecht. Hier sollte wirklich langsam Besserung eintreten…

Könnte zwar ein Schönheits Update vertragen, damit meine ich optik im App, aber es macht was es soll, also von meiner Seite 5 Sterne
Schlechter Support
Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Ich habe mehrere Anfragen gesendet. Aber keine wurde beantwortet. SENEC will offenbar nur verkaufen, aber keine Kunden halten. Zusätzlich sind seit 3 Monaten die Daten falsch. Angeblich erzeuge und verbrauche (Eigenverbrauch) ich bei Dunkelheit über 100kWh, pro Stunde, mit einer 8kWp Anlage. SENEC schweigt sich aus.
Wann wird’s endlich stabil?
Nach kurzer (!) Phase der Besserung sind wir wieder im “bitte gedulden Sie sich - momentan gibt es sehr viele Anfragen”-Nirvana (gerne auch morgens um 03:00h). Oder die Fehlermeldung “keine Verbindung zum Internet” - bei vollem 5G und bestem wlan. Leute - mal ehrlich - Die App ist euer Aushängeschild, das was man von eurem Service wirklich sieht und Freunden / Bekannten präsentiert. Aber die lachen schon alle nur noch… macht den Mist endlich stabil - es ist 2026 - nicht 1996!
Grafica peggiorata
Con gli ultimi aggiornamenti la grafica è peggiorata. Nella schermata principale non si capisce bene dove sta andando la produzione del fotovoltaico le frecce non si vedono bene come prima. Anche i caratteri li trovo peggiorati. Meglio le impostazioni ma la grafica anche nei vari consumi è ancora molto farraginosa. Ne ho viste altre di colleghi di lavoro e devo dire che c’è di meglio in giro.

App meldet sofort wieder ab
Fehlerhaft, meldet die App nicht mehr an auf meinem Handy. App gelöscht, neu installiert, Datum und Uhrzeit automatisch eingestellt. Alles versucht, meldet nach Eingabe der Login Daten sofort ab. Nutzt irgendwie sso.senec.com obwohl es senec.de idt. sso habe ich aber nicht. Cookies freigeschaltet, Passwort safe geprüft. Über die Website mein senec gelingt eine Browser Anmeldung. Auf zwei ipads und anderem iphone geht es. Aktuelles iphone keine Chance. Rauf und runter geprüft. Unklar was die App macht. Leider Schrott
Verschlimmbesserung am laufenden Band
Schade, dass es von Update zu Update schlechter wird. Das Neueste sind jetzt seeeehr lange App-Ladezeiten, es seien momentan halt „sehr viele Anfragen…“ - na klar. Die Auswertungsfunktion ist unterirdisch und wenig intuitiv.
Cannot login since the last update
Cannot login since the last update and logs me out when I try to login. Deleted the app and reinstalled it and same issue. Web version works okay. So no issue with credentials.

Io mi trovo benissimo con i prodotti SENEC, l’app è fatta benissimo e permette non solo di monitorare il fotovoltaico in tempo reale ma anche di visualizzare lo storico . E poi graficamente molto chiara e funzionale. Bravi

2401 kwh an der 11 kwh wallbox verbraucht. Das geht technisch schon gar nicht an einem Tag. Auf Fragen folgt Stille

Wieviel Abstürze und Anmeldungen braucht es denn noch? Fasst täglich muss man sich hier neu (Stammkunde) anmelden, wenn die Anmelderei irgendwann mal funktionieren würde.. was ist los im Hause SENEC, seit Akkutauschgeschichten hat man das Gefühl der Laden will nicht mehr.!!!!

I have had the Senec system for over a year now. Very happy on performance of the system and the detail / information of the app. The best part of the Senec app you can adjust the minimum level % back up power of the battery Only thing in my opinion is the 5 min delay can be annoying when you want to check real time consumption. Overall great system and great App
Taugt nix mehr seit Update
Seit dem Update funzt nix mehr. Obwohl die Fritz.box die Verbindung bestätigt, zeigt die App an, es bestünde keine Internetverbindung.
Si può fare di meglio
L’app ha una buona grafica, ma purtroppo l’esperienza di uso lascia molto a desiderare.Basterebbe confrontarla con quelle degli altri produttori per rendersi conto che ci sono altri aspetti tecnici da migliorare.Ultimamente ricevo continuamente errori di connessione e valori visualizzazioni sono spesso errati o incoerenti.spero che questi miglioramenti vengano risolti con aggiornamento, al momento app non è all’altezza del servizio.

Noch immer kommt der Fehler das angeblich keine Internet Verbindung bestehen würde. Dieser Meldung kommt zweimal hintereinander und muss jedesmal weg geklickt werden. Es nervt einfach nur noch

The app was working well, until the last update. Now unable to login. Works on Web and my Android Tablet. No effort to rectify the issue. Poor performance SENEC GmbH!
Buona ma ancora c’è da fare.
Sono tra i pochissimi utenti, se non l’unico, che utilizza l’app con voiceover visto che non vedo lo schermo. Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento l’app si disconnette sistematicamente dopo qualche ora; in precedenza molto più stabile. Che cosa aspettate ad introdurre i dati biometrici come fanno tutti. Grazie per una risposta concreta.
Integrazione app
Sarebbe utile poter integrare nell’app anche i log degli accumulatori, per avere un resoconto di quando vanno in errore o in test di isolamento, causati dalla tensione alta della rete.

Il mio intento è quello di essere più obbiettivo possibile: •App dalla grafica leggera e carina, apprezzabile •Info aggiornate ogni 5 minuti, assolutamente inutile, tantissimi altri competitor forniscono dati aggiornati al secondo o entro la decina di secondi per comprendere al meglio i consumi immediati Le mie batterie dal loro display lo fanno, perchè non anche l’app? È pur sempre un app che gestisce •È possibile avere anche la quantità in kw delle batterie oltre alla %? (Se so quanto kw ho so quanta “benzina” ho per la macchina) •è possibile anche sapere quanto i singoli pannelli stiamo producendo? In modo da avere un’auto diagnosi in caso di rottura o, se vogliamo essere scrupolosi, anche in caso di copertura vuoi da sporco o neve? •sarebbe carino avere anche la possibilità di bloccare l’uso e utilizzo della batteria a una data % In caso di previste necessità di salti di corrente e suo sfruttamento successivo
