Great game!
most people are having trouble with the ads. you just have to turn off your wifi, or you could turn your data off for just this game and go on data so it doesn’t use up any of your data. settings -> cellular -> show all -> 2 for 2 and turn the toggle button off. (don’t forget to turn off wifi after) hope this helps!!
Ads make this game not worth it
I’ve played this game for YEARS and at first the ads weren’t too bad, I didn’t mind. Now every 30 seconds to a minute I have to watch a 1 minute ad. Unbelievable.

I really enjoy this games and an ad occasionally is ok but they are lasting way to long or won’t even go away! You have to shut down and restart your game to play. I’m ready to delete even though I enjoy playing.

This game was a lot more enjoyable when it didn’t interrupt your play with ads every other minute. Incredibly annoying.

Terrible forced ad engagement
This game was better in the past, but now the ads being served are forcing you to engage with them, to go to the store page for the game and extort in order to be able to continue to play the game. Abysmal mechanic utilizing forced engagement and a captured audience.
New Game Tab
I love this game. Been playing for years. But I have a suggestion. The “new game” tab is too easy to tap by accident. I had been playing the same session for years and then, poof, a new game shows up. Maybe add a tab that says “are you sure?”
Ad OVERLOAD
The amount of ads has seemed to increase. Even though it’s a great game I am seriously thinking of deleting it! Greed has them overselling ad space

I’ve really enjoyed this game, pick it up for a few minutes at a time. Until suddenly there are ads every couple of moves. That’s no fun, not sure how much longer I’ll keep it going with ads all the time.

Used to be good, now not so much
I used to really enjoy this game, but with recent updates it is frustrating. The reason is because you have to watch so many advertisements. The ads used to be only like six seconds and you could cancel out of them but now you have to watch groupings of three ads every time you match 64 or every three or five turns. The cost to go add free are more expensive than any other game I play. I am not going to pay eight bucks per week to play a game. Too many Ads, too often. The ‘juice isn’t worth the squeeze’!

Paid for Ad Free but Still have Ads
I used to really love this game. I paid for ad-free but there are still continuous ads across the bottom of the screen. They are so annoying! I think I’m done.
Ads Interfere With Music/Podcasts
This has been my favorite game for YEARS. But recently the ads have begun interfering with my ability to listen to music or a podcast or book at the same time. That constant interference has really dropped this game in its enjoyment for me. I’m leaving this review only bc I hope it’s something that can be fixed in the future.

I love this game, very fun. My one issue with the game is that every time I open the app I get a prompt to buy a premium edition of the game and then a pop up to start a new game OR continue game which I’m obviously going to click every time, and I was on a high score run, accidentally clicked new game and I couldn’t recover my game, I hit undo and all my high level points are on the board but my score reset. I’ve spent a very long time on getting my score and one tap on a pointless button that shouldn’t be there ruined my high score run. Very annoyed. Fix that garbage please!!!!!!!!

New Update Ruined Gameplay
Unfortunately because this is a great game the new update has a bug. The coin bonus achieved by completing tasks no longer works and has a blank description. The game is still playable but this is very annoying, I hope the next update will fix this but I’m not optimistic. The update that caused this was described as a bug fix but only added more flaws.

I just watched 7 of the same advertisement in a row, I know that nobody there really gives cr*(*, its getting out of hand and someone has to WAKE UP and maybe, just maybe shuffle the ads. Your ads are getting long and the period between them is getting shorter, keep up the good work and you won’t have a game to play

Overall a great game I’ve enjoyed on and off. Ability to watch adds for easier rewards or not. As of this morning, however, the game immediately crashes when attempting to open
Love/Hate Relationship
I love this game so so so so much. I had helped me with my anxiety significantly. It requires attention to detail and some planning which helps keep ur mind on the game and not on whatever u have going on, however, theres the Ads. When I say ADS I mean ADS! The best thing abt the game is the flow u get into and the concentration it requires but u can’t keep that up with ADs every 5 moves!!!! It may seem that I’m exaggerating but, download the game and see. It’s a really really good game and I love it so much but the ADS make it where it is almost unbearable to play.
Ads Returned
With this latest update ads have returned even though I had paid to remove them. Worse is that the Restore Purchase button doesn't work and neither does the button for No Ads.
Pretty noice. The ads are manageable.
Sure there are a few ads, but they only show up when you use UNDO, 128 (not always), 512 (I think), 2K and when you want to get extra gifts, and that’s bout’ it. I don’t know why people complain about it.... no, overreact about it. If you can’t stand the ads then don’t play the game, it’s that easy.

Meditative
I like to play this game as a way to simplify relax and unwind. There is something meditative about the repetition and smooth movement. The rhythm of the patterns is very soothing.
Keeps pausing my audio
I like to play this while listening to music or podcasts in the background, but now, if I do that, it keeps pausing my audio in the background so I have to exit the game, press play on the audio, and open the game again. And this happens every couple minutes and kills my interest in playing. I also paid for the ad-free version back when it was a 1 time fee but I am getting ads again. Even when it isn’t playing ads, Is still pausing my audio.
Used to love
I’ve been playing this game for years. I really loved it so much so that I bought the ad free version. I have to sometimes delete it from my phone when I get too addicted to it. This time though, I didn’t get my Zero ads that I paid for back. If they can rectify this I would gladly give this a five star rating.

I paid for no ads and they didn't for a while but they pop up and a few make sound and they interrupt my music. Ads at the bottom are still ads and I paid for no ads. Plain and simple.

Incredibly short intervals between ads. Even difficult to maintain your concentration when the screen suddenly shifts. The variety of ads is entirely inappropriate for me. Is there anyway that the ads could be customized to suit an individual’s preferences.
Beyond Excessive Ads - Too Expensive
If I see “Save the King” one more time I’m gonna lose it!! An ad pops up almost after every move. Paying for ad free is insanely expensive. I’ve played my last game. Too bad, it was fun minus the constant ads.

Ads are killing all mobile games
Super fun game just absolutely ruined by how frequent the ads are. The cost to remove them is a ridiculous $8 a WEEK. I wouldn’t even pay $8 a month but $8 a week is avtually insane. Greed is killing the fun that mobile games used to be
Been playing for years
I’ve been playing this app for years now whilst sitting in various waiting rooms, on the plane or when my wifi goes out. It’s perfect for those of us who can’t manage to just sit and do nothing.
The more you like it the worse it gets
Is it fun,YES, but you start out with a 5 second ad then next thing you know there's a 20 second ad after each move. I am literally deleting bc way too many ads. And I would play the original Tetris before I pay 7.99 A WEEK for a game ...

Fun, but expensive subscription and wish there was more music
I like this game a lot, but I was wondering: - Can the subscription please be monthly instead of weekly (and at maybe a week’s cost at most per month) - Can there please be fewer ads in the free version - Can there please be more music? I truly think that $10.42 a week is expensive for a subscription, particularly considering the extras. Few to no ads and more skins are nice, but is it truly worth over $40 a month?
Fun game! Ridiculous expensive!
My children get this game for free. Yet you want me to lay over 40 buck a month for a game AND watch idiot advertisements. No thank you! One more week and I’m done. Like this game but...
I really like this game, but it’s hard to pick up quickly. There’s 3 pop ups that happen EVER time. I paid for ad blocker, but still get that first ad. no I don’t want to buy your insanely over priced subscription. Obviously I want to continue the game I’ve been playing. Why do you need to ask this every f-ing time. No I don’t care about you insanely slow animation for a bonus. I just don’t care. Stop asking.
