Baffling
Unintuitive and useless
Good ideea but not reliable
3.5 out of 5 times shows that the washing place is offline and tokens cannot be used. It happens during the washing which is frustrating. End up in the middle of the washing cycle
Top Gaa
Lieliska aplikacija, nesaprotu, kapec tik zems reitings. Does the job no probs.
Can't even register
Not sure how it works in other countries but in UK I can't even register my account
Pretty good
The app itself is pretty good. It’s quite quick and does what it needs to. When I first used it I was confused how to add credit but worked it out. It used to kick you out every now and again and used to forget my password but good they have added google login now. One thing I wish they would do which would get 5 stars is add a £5 option. £10 always your left with credits left which is good for them but it doesn’t make me want to use them like they might think. £5 would be a much better option as well as £10, please add another option
not very happy
Top up error
Handy app, but always top up icon disappears. You have to fix that
All worked fine for me
Easy to use app bit clicky at first learn out how to use it. Found it good cause you can start a small with tokens and add if you need more time instead of spending a lot and not using all of the allocated time and wasting money also bought a lot of tokens to get a better discount.
Rip off
This all seemed ok at first but the system forced me to pay for multiple washes in advance and then cancelled my credit when I didn’t use it all in one year. So unless you are going to use this one system exclusively it is a rip off. …. And why should credit be cancelled after one year??? It does not cost them anything to store the information. Nb it was a while ago this happened so the company may have changed policy since then - but if they don’t reply to this review you have been warned!
Fair
The registration process went poorly, it would either hang on the loading circle or say that error occurred, although the registration did succeed. Apart from that the app worked fine
Aktualizace
Foarte bun
Foarte buna aplicatia, mult mai usor decat sa stai sa cauti banconte
Useless app-does not work
Whatever you click it throws a “something went wrong” error. Useless app and definitely not the way to promote the services
Wrong
After updating , the App is not good anymore like it was. It doesn’t support if you have bigger text fonts or zoomed screen on Iphone. You cant see all features. Secondly it cant see all wash stations or wash bays. Till now these what i found wrong at App
Cant log in
After new update when i try log in with apple id, after successfull face id authentication, the app just says “something went wrong”
👍🏽
Works very good for me(;
Not User Friendly!
Not a user friendly app. Not intuitive.
Popravite to sokoćalo! Hvala!
Paulo
Been using this for a while, really like it, & get a better deal if purchase a package x
Awful app
Can’t buy tokens , can’t use tokens , doesn’t show nearest car washes. Went elsewhere
Great app, good for my business
Great app and good for my business by allowing me to send credits to my drivers to clean there vehicles
The app is not working !
Now I want to pay for car wash using the app, but the app is not working
Payment
App accept only credit card no other payment option.
Functioneaza perfect!
App faulty
App failing to load after latest update. Was working ok beforehand
Useless in Romania
You can’t buy tokens! And for that I think that the app is useless in Romania; beside the location of the nearby car washes for which I don’t need an app just for that.
Great
I have used ready2wash for a while and it is the best car wash in the country No kidding Lances are the right length Wheels chemical doing marvels Not as good as my own one but… Foam is thick and active Price wise is very descent between £4/£6 to wash your vehicle What else , customer service is responsive Oh just waiting to see the app update as got the email informing me but cannot login atmo Enjoy
New update doesn’t work
If I could put zero I would it happily take your money but won’t let you use there services
Brilliant
Had a new Jetwash centre open near us and the app is a great way to pay without using coins, and on the site near us I get more wash time using the app than I would if I was paying with coins.
Hardy
Went to use service this morning purchased tokens but the new version of the app doesn’t allow me to click on to use the tokens. Never had a problem with the old version. To use tokens you need to click right at the very bottom of your phone on iPhone but it does not register as it’s barely visible. Maybe need to look at the update as doesn’t work.
