The app is very good
The buggiest app!
This has to be the buggiest app I have on my phone. Super frustrating when youβre trying to PAY A BILL but canβt because this app keeps saying βCheck your Internet connection.β My WiFi is great, and even if I disconnect from WiFi to just use cell service (also great), it says the same thing. And yes, the app is fully updated! πππ

ID SCANNING FAIL
I have been trying to scan my ID from the Netherlands for about a week with NO LUCK. I have tried several ways. It says I am connected and to wait while it finish s loading but stops at 12%. After. re-do it, I get a message or that says βIt's not possible to perform the ID check with your current identity documentβ It is VERY frustrating. I CANNOT call because I have no international calling/texting/cannot receive very fixation codes since I am from America. For now (after trying 1hr), I give up. I will try to find another solution by googling or snap gpting my way. I STILL CANNOT UPLOAD MY IDENTIFICATION CARD. My phone is set up for all and still NO LUCK. I donβt know who to turnt to. I cannot recieve phone codes through text and no phone calls. I have been ligging in and out with no luck

Great app totally secure as 3x interactive response required by participating person using two electronic devices. After careful consideration and checking many sign in websites including Gov.uk, Council etc etc this apps security wins outright by a mile.
Lots of bugs!
Both my wife and I have tried to scan our IDβs; it scans 12% and then quits. Iβm at a roadblock on how to proceed.

ID Check
My ID was check months ago when I got a new phone. Now itβs asking again and once I enter it then it goes back to the generated PIN code without having me screen my ID or telling me it has been confirmed. It is stopping me from using digid. Can you assist?

Itβs impossible to get nfc working with the id card. The nfc simply doesnβt read the id document.

Waste of time but unfortunately essential for doing business with Dutch (semi) government. Wish this was beta tested with overseas users.

The ID scan always fails for my residence ID, followed the steps online & tried several times with 3 iPhones. It simply doesnβt work!

Only feedback is they chose five digits for the pin code, which is very much not intuitive for remembering, and you only get three chances!! Six digits would have been much much better.
Itβs frustrating as old cookies disallow logging in subsequent times

How about English language support
Onmogelijk
Ik ben 84 jr oud en ik heb een laptop die kan ik goed gebruiken. Voorheen kon ik gewoon met login naam en password inloggen. Maar nu NIET MEER. Ben ik nu gedwongen om honderden Euros te betalen voor een phone/abonnement etc ? En weer iets nieuws te leren of iemand te vragen om hulp zo als deze bericht. Onmogelijk app.

Great app; one deficiency
Works like a charm and makes accessing public services and utilities safe and easy. To get the extra star, please make an English version for the hundreds of thousands of foreigners living, working and paying tax in the Netherlands.
No English option
Why is there no option for English language? It is not easy for exchange students or other international people to use as they do not speak Dutch.
