Unable to Track my Pizza
Unlike the other pizza delivery companies, this app won’t let you track the pizza delivery. It also has the feel of a cheap website instead of an actual app.
Loyalty points suck
The food and service is great but I rack up several loyalty points and can’t use them and nobody no location knows his to redeem them
I Love Jets
I love Jets, and this is a great location, but I honestly hate having to order online or by text. They offer some great deals, but they don’t always work when you try to use them. I often end up entering my order multiple times, which gets really frustrating. It seems more like an internal issue than a problem with this particular location.
Worst App for Food
Love the pizza, absolutely hate this stupid app. They want to validate by email that you never get. I finally gave up and ordered as a guest which at first it wouldn’t let me do because of my email address. I hate to use a different email address to make the order. I was picking up the order so I wasn’t going to add a tip but the app decided for me and added a $8.68 tip. I get to the store and the manager says please just phone in your order. Delete that app!

Gluten free deep dish
I tried the cheese gluten free deep dish and it was the best I ever had love it we will always order our pizza from jet’s

Hard to edit multiple items. Sneak tips without asking. Hate this app. Going elsewhere next time
Just kind of Unusable
Very clearly a web app masking as a mobile app. UX is not intuitive and it seems like it takes me multiple tries and so much frustration to place an order. I tried to use loyalty points and it basically crashed the web and “mobile” app.
Love my weekly Pizza at Jets
Jets reads and fills my on line order to the word. The pizza is always top notch. The employees are always busy but they take personal interest in making my pizza the best it can be! Over the last 6 months I have lost 50 pounds but I haven’t missed my weekly pizza. Thank Zyou Zjets

FAVORITE PIZZA EVER!!!
Online ordering
Placed online order for half and half. Added toppings. Long story short- thought toppings were added when order completed- brought pizza home and realized toppings weren’t added 😡😳😥 called the store they were no help- worker that answered the phone didn’t ask what happened when I asked how do I file a complaint.. he said managers aren’t available for an hour. 🤔

Terrible app
Trying to review my order they make you go into placing another order. I placed the order for a specialty pizza. I took bacon off the pizza. I can’t see the order that I placed. I get the pizza and his bacon on it.
Best Deep Dish in Detroit
Just love their pepperoni deep dish. And the Jets Bread is outstanding!
Wilted old lettuce
I ordered a pizza and a large salad. When I opened the salad I couldn’t believe that anyone would let that salad go out. The lettuce was wilted and old! Very disappointed
