The price when you request is different from the amount that will be requested upon arrival and it’s upsetting.

It’s a great taxi service, however, the gps is extremely inaccurate and it’s interface is not user friendly. Everything else is on point. Very neat vehicles and nice drivers.

No Rides & useless drivers
80% of the time that I open this app, my rides are never accepted Plus you have some of the most useless drivers. I missed one phone call from your driver and he canceled my ride upset because I missed his phone call. What sort of nonsense is that?

Great experience on Ulendo with a very pleasant driver, it’s just harder to find Ulendo’s these days 😭🥺

Constantly having no drivers assigned for trips and ending up using other taxis Either assign more drivers or have drivers that will actually accept people’s requests
Slow drivers
Personally I loved Ulendo but nowadays the drivers drive really slow and it’s frustrating.they drive like they have the whole world .ofc I’m not in a hurry every time but driving slow is unnecessary. There are other companies that are on the market mind you. And so please improve your services. Ulendo will always be my 10/10

Last night one of your drivers by the name of Wellington Miti stole my change ,he didn’t have hard cash and he asked if he could send via mobile money but never sent,he was driving a Silver Toyota Runx BCB 97440,this is bad behaviour and not the first time one of your drivers has stolen my change,I want it back!

The driver service was splendid and the car was cleaner as well as the driver.
Crashing
I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times but I still cannot get past the verification stage. It keeps saying the code has been sent but nothing is coming. And yes, I have switched my phone and off countless times.

Honestly..Ulendo was okay a long..Apparently some drivers are rude, some don’t know directions, And some drivers drive really slow which is so frustrating as a customer..And in some Areas, when you want to book for budget , No driver will pick your request not until you change to Basic..Lately, I feel your drivers will work properly if we can rate them and leave a review...

Can’t Add Debit Card
Everything else works fine, only that I have been having issues with adding my debit card to make payments. I thought the issue would be sorted out after the upgrade but nope, still can’t add my card. Or maybe you only allow certain Banks? Do advise.

Sms code doesn’t come
How can such an important function does not work? I tried different numbers and nothing works.
Change
Some of your drivers will say they don’t have change just to get more of the money. And some of them accept rides and then call to ask for directions, meanwhile it’ll be saying Arrived in your app and delaying us at the same time.
Great when close to CBD
Tried using the app while in industrial area or makeni and it didn’t work great there was no taxis to service the area. Otherwise works great when in the cbd
