The button to hide companion in non-battle situations is unresponsive, pls fix it. Some of us don’t like having companions following us around all the time!

This game is really addictive, but the quests should have new every week or months, it’s feel boring when the quests still the same at the time. One more every event or item should have discounts, it’s too expensive. Second all skill hard to get it, some skill like dragons flying… 5years I still not get it. Third the costume should have super discount and esay to get it. The forth all item that sell or from event sell should get the best satisfied like new skill and costumes, weapons device.. thanks

Game crashing
Game crashed 3 times while playing. You guys need to fix that. Otherwise game is good and addictive.
Chapter 8: Act 2
I’ve only been playing the game for a week and have been loving it so far. However, I stumble across, apparently, a well know error by others who have been on the game for some years. I’ve completed Chapter 8: Act 1 with an A grade. Soon after I did the side quests that popped up and reached level 81 as it requested, but when I go to the “Story Instances” Act 2 is still grayed out and the main quest on the side menu jumped straight to Chapter 9: Act 1. Which I can’t even play because it tells my I still haven’t completed the previous chapter. Is the some sort of fix or workaround to this?

I can’t seem to lvl up past lvl 72 and its really being annoying doing all these quests and nothing happens But the gameplay and graphics are good

I’ve been quite this game for over one year now, and when am back it still got lagging the server please fix it. I even try to find game booster and “sword of shadow” never listed it any game booster app. Thanks you looking forward for your lagging issues.

I like the game and all, but it won’t let me continue on to do the “Backstory” quest. Pathfinding stopped working for me at that point.

I don’t know how i feel about it sometimes.The graphics are amazing and I love the powers but then again I was on one part that said recommend team but when i could not beat it I tried a team and nobody was on the same one or nobody was there like how high are some of these levels and where did everyone go I had to delete the game because I couldn’t beat it could you plz fix that and maybe let it do it without a team plz that would help a lot😀

My sword of shadows account previously was on my Android and it was a google account now I have a iPhone and can’t download google play games to log in to my regular character because iOS only have facebook in snail log in... PLEASE PLEASE FIX TO WHERE I CAN LOG IN WITH MY CHARACTER ON IPHONE?!! I spent money on the game over $100.

I was really enjoying this game until it glitches and all my buttons in game disappeared no matter what I did the problem persisted.So from there I deleted the game and downloaded it back now I can’t access my character that was there (lvl31) and I have to start all the way over.What is the point in linking my account if I’m still going to lose my game data

The only mobile game I’m still keeping and playing and topping up after deleting every other games. The best mobile game I ever played in my entire life. Highly recommended.
No new servers
This game was so fun when snail actually kept up with it now they barely pay attention to this game and put out weak updates, they haven’t even released new servers in almost a year:(
Love the game but...
I have had the game for awhile now maybe about a year and I have to say there isn’t any other app that I know of that has such a complex interface as this one. I stopped playing the game awhile back and before I knew it the push notifications pushed me back into opening the app to play some. Well when I did it had to update so I allowed it but something about this update is causing it to not want to log me in my profile. I’ve tried signing in as a guest and another account but it did the same thing so I just deleted it. Re-downloaded it and it does the update causing the same problem. Not sure if it’s just me but it would be awesome if you guys could take a look into it and see what may be causing the log in problem ✌️

Not sure what happened but I am UNABLE to login to the game. I have spent REAL money on it and its been almost two months since I’ve been able to successfully login. Please fix this issue!
Pretty epic game
Hopefully you guys can add more schools and classes in the next update and in the next update make it so that way if I want to change my class I won’t have to restart my level so make it so I can sync my old class with my new so I don’t have to start over. And also there are some minor bugs and glitches so please fix that too and keep up the good work.and also can u guys fix it so we can tex.t ulimitly and also add add more functions like getting married and make events that way we can earn gold from them and add an outfit thing so we can wear different outfits without buying them or paying gold. You basically watches your character play the game and occasionally tap on something. This game is very "Care-Bear" and offers no challenge at all. Terrible MMORPG but a great Idle RPG.

Dear Snail Games for the past few months my Mailbox on my Tang Character Ayumi_Yamanaka occasionally when I try to claim stuff in my mailbox it says I have no Inventory space when I actually have tons available it first started with Internal Gems but now it’s effecting my Achievement points and supplies for my house. Plz fix.

worthless company
The US1 Goldenvilla server plagued with hacker guild (Tavern) videos on utube and facebook showing them posting how to download hacked accounts into server, and snail customer support worthless,, they even show start character at 50th lvl at 400K might because nobody will notice hack, then 70th put hacked might to 700k then 80th lvl 1000000 might,, lol made the character 6 weeks ago now 1.8 million might,, they take all the events, all the rewards, and now everybody has left server,, (players 9 months are 800k) don't play snail games, and don't play on US1 goldenvilla,, waste of time and cash, U were warned..
Fix
Every time I try to play in the Chaos War the game closes, please fix. But overall the game is pretty good and super fun.

was looking forward to play because of decent gameplay but •keeps crashing when trying to log into game •low fps (was lagging in character creation) iphone 4s 16gb ios 9.3.5 wished game devs would be more devoted into their games. not trying to slam their hard work but QA should have tested how the engine would work on other platforms.

The game is awesome...it’s fun to play...but on US7-sword or something like that server I can’t do the icicle peak and all other team battles...please fix is all I ask I have a iPhone SE and there’s not enough games like this that I want to get so...it would be great if it was fixed
