Best idle game I’ve played!
This game is great I love the battles and all the mechanics in this game that includes the boss a game has never hit me like this also if you see have you abandoned this game? Since I havent seen any news for years
Too many ads
I paid £10 for the starter pack, then as I made progress I was flooded with ads. An ad follows every few button presses. It used to be if you spent ~£10 then it would include ad-free gameplay. But they want another £10 to disable ads, which I feel is very steep.

Ayant connu le jeu il y a déjà quelques années, je suis arrivé au noyau déjà une fois. Le jeu est toujours aussi génial devoir miner crafter etc… Cependant beaucoup trop de pub…Cela nous coupe complètement l’immersion du jeu car à la moindre action une pub apparaît. Je trouve cela vraiment dommage
An indeed masterpiece
Ok, THIS IS IS FREAKIN AMAZING I love this game to the max with little to no bugs. I love the complexity of this but anyone can learn it. Loads of different builds, bosses and crafting recipes. :) The idea and story of this game is GREAT!! At the time of writing I just beat the oil elder and now progressing into the uranium one and so far with out a doubt this is hands down one of the best games I ever played! I really appreciate the development of this game and hope to see more updates flooding in :) Thank you for the game PS: the other game you made (Sandship) Is also really GOOD!

Von sehr gut zu unmöglich
Die App war vor Jahren wirklich gut und es hat viel Spaß gemacht und man kam auch ohne echtes Geld weiter. Jetzt ist es so tief gefallen wie man im Spiel "graben" kann. Man kann nur offline spielen sonst gibt es mehr Werbung als alles andere. Anscheinend wurde auch an den benötigten Ressourcen gedreht. Diese sind gefühlt höher geworden, sodass man doch entweder zum Werbung schauen oder Kaufen gezwungen wird.
iPad UI not great
I’m all in to this idle game. I love steampunky style. Due to horrendously huge UI/graphical scaling on iPad here is 3*. Devs, please update iPad version. Otherwise on iPhone it’s a solid 5*.

This was easily one of my favourite games for my phone years ago. I’m downloading it again and starting anew . From what I see it’s no longer adding new content. This game is very unique and I’m sure if they revamped it or added some new stuff it could gather a larger audience. Please add more content or make deeptown 2 !!!
Good but too much ads
I would gladly give it at least 4 stars, but the invasive ads make it bad… I don’t mind to watch a ad or many ads to get some extra, but when one popup over and over just from leaving the stockpile or move around, it get annoying very fast.

I have no problems with ads in free games. Yes money is good. But every time I return to floor 1 I get an ad for a package. After 3 times. I deleted the game.

Go to smelter and select iron bar you do that and it locks in that screen clicking to make iron bars does nothing. Annoying and often adds game breaking glitches. Poor app go play something else

Interesting premise how unlike most mobile games there doesn't seem to be an auto function for the mining (a manager presence) i feel this might become tedious as the game progresses
Infested. A farcry from what it was.
Sad, but true. This game at its core is a fantastic game. I recall playing hours of it a few years ago. For reasons that escape me, I stopped playing for a few years. I returned to it this week, with a great deal of excitement and anticipation only to find that it’s been infested with forced ad breaks. Ad breaks to progress, earn and even off the back of some of the game’s basic tasks. It’s a sad state of affairs when you enjoy the escapism a fanatically in-depth game like this brings only to have the cancerous ad-culture of the real world sully it in this way. Such a shame. 😒

Idle Cap update ruined the game
Deep Town used to be my favourite game. It was an incredibly unique idle game with strategy, exploration and an intriguing story. It was a shame then when their first update in years introduced an idle cap last month, forcing you to watch masses of ads daily in order to merely keep your game running. If you don’t watch the ads (bear in mind there was already lots of optional ad watching happening willingly to get coins, boosts etc.) then everything stops. Your production shuts down. The strategy of setting different things for certain times and making sure you come back just when they’re ready was vaporized. To maximize production you can no longer even go to sleep, or your production will halt in the middle of the night. The game is now unplayable and as bad as most other idle games. Apparently it is to increase user activity, yet the community has given many suggestions other than idle cap and forced ad watching to increase user activity that don’t massively decrease playability and enjoyment. I have now stopped playing because of the update. I can no longer recommend the game to anyone in it’s current ruined state, and until the devs take back what they have done my rating will remain at one star. A terrible, terrible shame.

Hab das Spiel vor Jahren schon mal gespielt, hab es mir jetzt wieder runter geladen, viel mehr Werbung drin als früher und leider nichts am Gameplay verändert, damals war ich glaub ich bis Schacht 10.000 es wiederholt sich immer wieder genau das gleiche. Graben, Tentakeln, Upgrade repeat. Mehr Abwechslung würde dem Spiel gut tun

Game pushes add on you so eventually you get them popping up every couple of seconds it then brings up the remove adds by buying the remove adds package… throwing it in your face, after this happening three times in the same day, I delete the game as it was just forcing adds trying to get me to pay for it and become unplayable.

Hi ich muss mal fragen, ob es möglich ist, das Cloudspeichern per Einstellung zu automatisieren? Mich nervt es, dass ich auf meinem Ipad zwingend manuell speichern muss, wenn ich meinen Spielstand einfach auf meinem Handy weiterspielen will… natürlich vergesse ich das regelmäßig, da ich in der heutigen Zeit einfach anderes gewöhnt bin. An sich gefällt mir das Spiel sehr gut. Aber dieser Rückschritt bei der Cloudspeicherung ist echt nervig. Wenn die Einstellung bereits existiert, danke ich für eine kurze Hilfe. Ich aktualisiere dann natürlich die Bewertung!

The game has added a new update where you can only get 2 hours rescoures when you are off the game. It completly ruins the fact that the game is suppose to be idle and ive never updated a game in which the update actually made it worser.

Enjoyable at first
Downloaded this the other day to try it out. Had fun and enjoyed the game and was pleased that ads were not shoved in my face constantly. The game has ads but it’s a reasonable amount at that point. Now I progressed a bit further in the game and noticed ads are starting to pop up randomly which they were not doing before. I’m personally deleting the game after making this review. It’s just not enjoyable to have to watch an AD every 30 secs or so on top of the Ads that the game had reasonably spread out and I’m certainly not spending on the no ads option if the game is this pushy.

Ich hab dieses Spiel damals zum Release gespielt und hab es gefeiert und schon ca. 1 Jahr lang gespielt (Damals volle 5 Sterne) . Nun ein paar Jahre pausiert und wollte mal wieder rein schauen,. Zack nervt mich alle paar Sekunden Werbung ab!!! Fixt das! wenn ich wissentlich Werbung sehen will klick ich auf den jeweiligen Button und alles gut. Aber nach einem Laserupgrade eine Werbung, nach einer verdorbenen Ebene Werbung, selbst wenn ich nach einer Expedition das Item abholen will Werbung. Damals war das alles um Längen besser gelöst. Aber so verliert man nach nur wenigen Minuten die Lust weil immer diese Werbung einen nervt! Bitte passt das an, Werbepakete zum drauf klicken reichen doch. Diese Aufgezwungen Werbeeinspielungen lassen dieses Spiel einfach nur schäbig wirken. Wie diese 08/15 Idle Games die keiner mehr sehen will.

Please maintain this app - its perfect in so many ways, but needs a fresh coat of paint and some bug fixes and UX improvements!

Werbung bis zum gewissen Maß
Schade, muss mich da einer Rezension anschließen. Am Anfang noch alles gut, jeder kann selbst entscheiden ob er Werbung gucken will, rückt das Spiel nach einer Zeit in den Hintergrund und man wird mit Werbung zugemüllt. Ich verstehe, dass bei f2p Werbung wichtig ist. Aber wenn man schon alle 1-2 Minuten mit Möglichkeiten zugespamt wird, man möge doch boostern oder verdoppeln mit Werbung UND zusätzlich noch Werbung aufgezwungen bekommt für die man nichts bekommt und auf 4 Kreuze nach 15 Sekunden drücken muss um die wegzuschalten, dann wird es zu viel und zu gierig.

PERFECT
Deep Town was one of my most favourite games but at a certain level, can’t remember what but it’s in uranium, it’s basically impossible to level up so I reset and it’s easy so for anyone who’s stuck, just reset, you probably did something wrong before.

It’s a great game and all but the tentacles really need you to pray you can beat them with there high Health and health regeneration and you can also miss. but other then that great game

Ich mag das Spiel. Allerdings wird der Ressourcenbedarf irgendwann krass. Ist nicht schlimm, das Spiel macht ja weiter auch wenn man nicht gerade aktiv spielt. Denkt man, heißt ja idle miner… Die Wahrheit ist leider anders. Die Ressourcen durch das minen werden stark reduziert wenn das Spiel nicht im Vordergrund läuft. Lt Wiki auf 1/8 . Da fragt man sich was das soll? Wenn man seine Wüsten also irgendwann mal schaffen will muss man das Handy eingeschaltet mit dem Spiel über Nacht liegen lassen. Meines Erachtens sollten die das idle aus dem Namen streichen. Aber sonst ist das Spiel echt cool!!!
Idle is super slow
Don’t get me wrong, I really like the game, but I notice when you go away from the game, it resets all active timers even ones that are super long. It makes them go at all the same time but it doesn’t actually add items to the total. Ex...I had 0 refined oil, I boosted everything with gems and bots to start producing a lot of it for my guild. I signed off for 3hrs. The timers were set to produce 2 every 8.44 minutes. I signed back on, found 4 new refined oil and all my timers were starting new at the full amount of time. So I spent real money boosting it and received no production from it. But if I leave my screen on the game, I have 4 new oil every 17 minutes. Why does this game cut you down to nothing even when you boost it by gems and 3 bots? Can someone answer this please?

Very odd behaviour from the game devs
For some reason I was marked as a pirate, which means I have been “manipulating the game”. I have done nothing of the sort. I was kicked from my guild as a result. I have just spent £10 which I wish I hadn’t.

Fun but slow
This is a unique attempt at an idle game but progress is very slow. Every aspect of this game feels like it’s trying to force you to buy gems in order for any real progress to be made in a timely manner. You have only one bot that does your building tasks or can be assigned to collect your resources, and to get more requires gems of which the cost jump quickly. Although you get gems as a quest reward you only get 1 per quest of which there are few at any given moment. As such the 150 gems for your 3rd bot will either take a month to earn or £5 which I feel is a steep price to pay. You are better to approach this game with a twice daily attitude else you’ll quickly get frustrated with the progress speed as even your digging progress is slow due to the constant need of balancing resources for crafting and upgrade or selling them for coin to upgrade mining power along with purchasing mining machinery. All in all I would say the cost of purchases should be 10% of what they are to make this game worth playing properly.

ich Liebe das ja aber wie es hier versprochen wird von Terra Formen oder Asteroiden Besuchen Finde ich selbst nach 6 Monaten Zocken immer noch nix die Schübe in Preis und Leben der Bosse sind manchmal Krass und 150 auf 400 Kristalle schon fast ein Kauf zwang weil es unerreichbar scheint und seltene Erze sind auch nur über Kisten zu bekommen was denn Spaß drückt aber es hält mich imner nich Fest
