What they complain about
- App crashes constantly and loses progress

- Developer ignores support tickets and complaints
- Subscription locks features you already paid for
Great
Great App, adds to the realism… but please please bring back the old British Airways (BA) safety announcement, the classic one ? Please
I GOT STUCK!!!!!!
I GOT STUCK ON THE LOADING SCREEN:(
It needs to be fixed
It does not really work
My issue
Overall, the app seams quite good, adding a fair bit of realism into your flight. Recently though the app didn’t seem to connect to my flight. It worked previously so I’m not quite sure what went wrong, unable to use it any longer. Any solutions?
Good but you need to pay
Its a good add on but you need to pay for a lot of the thing mentioned in the teaser
Lovely
Great app, absolutely love it! But PLEASE PLEASE can you use the older British Airways safety sound, this new one isn’t nice lol
Why did I get this???!!!
I logged into the game and soon found that I couldn’t even use the game in the first place!
Would Be GREAT WITHOUT a Subscription
This is a very great app and I enjoyed it so well WITHOUT A SUBSCRIPTION!Please remove the subscription. It’s annoying.
airline announcements
at least allow us to have some airline announcements without a subscription after paying for the app!!!
Better stability and battery optimisation required but generally great
When I close infinite flight or I am finished, this app literally kills my battery in the space of a few hours. Can the developer please add a function that detects when the API is not connected and thus closes the background processes or the app? I want piece of mind when I finish using infinite flight that it’s going to close too. I know that this is the app causing this issue because Apple’s battery management says so. Other than that, great app, love the sounds. Would love some more ad-hoc ones too like “would you like a coffee captain?” Or something like that. Great job generally! Thanks!
“OMG THIS IS WAY MORE REALISTIC THAN RFS’S ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM JESUS CHRIST-“
Now, honestly, I love a good flight simulator, but this, this has made Infinite Flight more realistic! And I can’t believe how good this actually is… it just looks so mindblowing when playing!
Why so bad game
The game is so pay to win even to play airline mode u need to pay like u can’t even see the plane ur on all see is a screen saying that ur flying yo destination like how is that the same thing as the pictures on the app the game is a scam
For some reason it said connecting and my internet is fine
It never wants to work
Very disappointed
I used to use this app all the time, worked a charm and really added to the joy of IF, I bought separate packs before they changed to subscription, but since this changed I now cannot use the ones I owned before, very disappointed that I can’t at leased, use the ones I purchased. Because of this I feel very put off of using the app and don’t feel happy to opt into the subscription as I feel very deceived.
Great app but keeps closing in flight
It’s a great app, but the major problem I have with is is that it randomly closes itself while using infinite flight, so you lose all your progress from that flight. It also never tells you that connection has been lost when it does this, so you could complete a long haul flight and not get a single dollar from it
Response
Ngl, they responded through twitter but just took a while. Love it nice job
Bad to worse
Crashes constantly , crashes after flights so no saving. Developer will not respond to dozens users having the same or worse issues on the infinite flight forum nor respond to his “support” tickets. Waste of money BIG TIME Dev still refused to refund after taking money
Good app when it works
Overall I love the concept of this app, and I have only been using it for a week or two. if you are planning Lang haul, you’ll find that the app fails and doesn’t record your flight! anything under 3 hours you’ll find the app works perfect. The live map feature is a great tool, again when it works. Majority of the time it’s inaccurate, miss placing flights on the map. For example, I’m flying over the oceanic path an the map is showing me over London Heathrow. If your prepared to pay good money to use the app, just be aware some issues may cause your experience to be a let down.
Getting trouble
I paid for it and Once I reinstalled it, I can’t access. Just generic songs. Before it my subscription it was done. two time I thrown away my money Dammit
Great, however there is a problem.
I love the app, but there is a bug that when you go into airline mode, cargo mode, etc., it thinks you don’t have the subscription. But I have it. This is really annoying, and I hope it can be fixed soon. Besides that, it’s great! 😉
Love this add on
Infinite flight is awesome and I am a monthly subscription user… however it lacks a virtual and enhanced airline experience. This is my first month using it and I’ll but it for the six month package. It has Customizable airlines from safety check to landing as well as virtual airlines. I would love if this app actually partnered with infinite flight to make One perfect flight sim!
Glitches
Soo manny crashes, connects then disconnects. What’s happening, this new update doesn’t work at all, it’s really bad
Good but laggy in game
Very good app but it crashes and lags in game witch is frustrating.
Wasting Money
I bought my subscription on a different device and logged in on my phone. It doesn’t work on both. I wasted money on the subscription that doesn’t work on my phone
Doesn’t work for long haul flights
This application is good and not too expensive, however when you do long haul routes it doesn’t work. It resets the app back to the beginning, meaning even if you were three quarters of the way through a flight, it wouldn’t count. The subscription price would only be a decent amount if it also worked for long haul flights. I tried flying from EGLL to VHHH and it didn’t work. Please fix the long haul issue.
Can’t log in
Why can’t I log in to my if passenger 😡😡😡
doesn’t work
i don’t understand why i’ve paid money on this app and i can’t even get it to work or connect it doesn’t even do anything for me it tells me i didn’t set a route which I don’t get.
like it but..
It’s really bad when you buy it and you have the VSpeeds and GPWS callouts but with no sound! I only hear the safety briefing but then on takeoff I hear 80 knots but can’t hear the V1 and VR callouts. I may refund it..
Keeps asking me to purchase airline mode
Every time i try to select an airline (sound effects) it just keeps asking me to return to home screen to purchase airline mode when I already have. Frustrating app to use. It seemed to work great at first.
Overpriced
Very well made but overprice overall
Improvements
Dear this game can you make no login and can you make planes free I like it and I never try it please.thank you
Canceled
Just canceled again after a few years later, no improvement. No ability to just buy sound packs. This guy is is just another. IF grifter
Very good
This is an all around great app adds realism but does take up a lot of battery life but I highly recommend to anyone who want that extra bit of realism. But I was wondering if this would come to real flight simulator.?
Annoyed!!!
I love using IF PAX, but since the recent update, my favourite mode; “airline mode” asks to purchase a subscription.
Good game
The safety video and stuff doesn’t work. When it normally used to say a safety announcement. Never does anymore.... why?
Wonderful!
I’ve just recently begun using this app for my Infinite Flight flights, as I do them often. I love using this app for my flights, it has every single thing you could ask for in an app, it adds total realism and it’s perfect for my flights.
Sound on Infinite Flight
I tried to connect it with Infinite Flight and it’s not working on the IPad vs my android?
Great App that needs a tweak.
Hey team, Great app, I agree it puts a purpose to the flying phase. However, I keep losing connection during long haul flight and there seems to be a glitch when receiving pilot offers to work for your company. Nevertheless on the whole. Top jobs.👍
Used to be great
This app used to be great. Now it is far to glitchy. Crashes constantly and now when I load up my airline it just crashes out of the app. Such a shame. It’s just not useable anymore and more hassle than its worth.
Infinite passenger
This app is quite good if not a bit pricey it dose what it says on the tin , But it has a few issues when you fly over 10,000 ft you get a Visual Display on screen telling you that you are flying to fast at a height under 10,000 ft , or if you turn off the seat belt sign over 10,000 ft you get a warning telling you not to turn off seat belt sign under 10,000 ft , I think infinite passenger should fix this issue with the next update.
Great! (Needs Some Shutdown testing though)
Infinite Passengers Was A Great App Especially When I Got Infinite Flight Global. It Is A Great App For Flights. Kind Of Annoying Due To Me Having InFlightAssistant As Well. It just needs testing due to crashing when I try to open the app. Other than that great app
about device overheating
These apps make the device extremely overheating it is getting hot where the device automatically dimer the device brightness, and cause fps drops and lagging.
Crashes...
Good app however keeps crashing when I try to join an airline. Please fix this!
Crashes far too much
He app itself is a brilliant idea, and the execution of the app is brilliant aswell, but 9/10 the app crashes or tells me I have the wrong log in credentials, this is extremely annoying as I physically cannot access the app when I want to. Would love to use it more but the apps buggy glitch prevents me
Devs
I’ve talked to a dev on Instagram a few months ago about my flight crew and it not really working for the subscription.. still no response from the devs may I ask what’s going on? My flight team and I are getting very frustrated with the app.
Thanks
Thanks for this. It makes the game even more realistic and fun and enjoyable
Not worth it.
Don’t buy the subscription. Plus, it does not connect to infinite flight.
Icelandair Pack
Does not play the Icelandair Pack once purchased
Cheap
Terrible. Slow connection
Very buggy
Love the idea, but even when paying £2.49 a month, it’s telling me a still need to pay for a subscription to access the airline sound effects. Also have completed a flight with emergency switched on, which is also a fantastic feature, but flight isn’t logged. Update, this app is no longer supported by Infinite Flight as the developers do not respond to any of their customers who have issues.
