Multi-functional, highly-customizable… scans numbers
This is a multi-functional, highly-customizable app with several useful features I have yet to discover. It’s scanning service does well with scanning numbers. Most of all, in this time of skyrocketing energy prices, it’s useful to keep me consciencious about how my family spends its energy.

Update Juni 2026 Dass man die WebApp von Energy Tracker 2 auch offline nutzen kann ist begrüßenswert. Aber: — eine begrenzte Anzahl von Scans pro Jahr (jetzt: KI-gestützt 🤦♂️), für die man auch noch ordentlich zahlen muss, — eine begrenzte Anzahl von Messwerten pro Zähler und — eine begrenzte Historie machen die App absolut unbrauchbar. Ich bezahle gerne für eine App und für erbrachte Leistungen. Aber das geht wirklich zu weit. —— Genau, was ich gesucht habe. Zu Energy Tracker 2: Die Entscheidung, ET2 als Webapplikation zu entwickeln, ist für mich der Showstopper schlechthin. Wo befinden sich die meisten Energiezähler? —> Im Keller. Was ist im Keller oft NICHT verfügbar? —> Eine Internetverbindung. Wie soll dann die Erfassung funktionieren? Außerdem will ich einfach meine Daten auf MEINEN Geräten haben, ich will kein Konto und keine Onlinespeicher. Diese Entwicklung ist aus Nutzersicht eine Fehlentwicklung.
Fast perfekt
Das Erfassen und Auswerten von Daten ist nahezu perfekt! Kritisch wird es nur wenn man versehentlich eine Sicherheitskopie aus der Vergangenheit öffnet, die überschreibt dann alle Daten. Das sollte unterbunden werden.
Übersichtlich und funktionell - Daten verschwunden - kein Support
Die App wäre großartig! habe die bezahlt Version gekauft .Aber: die in den letzten 12-13 Monate eingegebenen Daten sind verschwunden. Ich habe circa zehn Zähler, keiner hat mehr aktuelle Daten. Habe den Entwickler bereits dreimal um Hilfe gebeten. Keine Antwort. Außer einmal, ich solle doch eine neue Version kaufen. In der App ist auch angegeben, dass 2024 wohl eine neue Version kommen sollte. Irgendwie ist hier die Zeit stehen geblieben.
Ausbaufähig
Funktioniert i.A. Sehr gut. Aber: es fehlt die Mlglichkeit ein Backup wiederherzustellen , Leider auch die Versionsangabe.
Amazing App
I have been using the app to track my energy use for 3yrs. It’s great for seeing trends and how my energy use changes though the year. I have just installed solar panels and a battery and the app was instrumental in collecting and analysing the numbers.
Daten ab 2025 weg
Jahrelang zufrieden genutzt. Jetzt sind mit einmal alle bereits erfassten Daten für 2025 weg. Das für Dutzende Geräte in verschiedenen Haushalten.

musste ich mein PSW zurücksetzen und weiß mein Benutzername nicht mehr und Support antwortet nicht bzw. Leider nicht vorhanden. Ich werde andere App benutzen.
Really good App
This has got to be the best energy use app that I have used. Once you have a years meter readings in and details of your supplier tariffs, the app graphics come to life. For the UK, basic daily pricing is a standard charge. One assumes the published tariffs and charges include VAT as there is not option to add this. Not everybody can convert pence (cents) per unit to decimals of a £ or $. But, overall a great app and well worth the money for the pro version.
Viel zu kompliziert
Ich finde die App viel zu kompliziert. Es ist nicht einfach möglich, in der App irgendwelche Verbrauchsübersichten klar darstellen zu lassen. Es ist einfacher irgendeinen Text darin zu ändern, als sich eine Auswertung geben zu lassen.
Gute App in Version 1
Ich hoffe das die Version 2 so gut ist wie die 1. die Browserversion überzeugt mich derzeit überhaupt nicht. Die tabellarische Darstellung der Zählerstände fehlt mir. Das sortieren der einzelnen Messgeräte habe ich nicht gefunden. Eine Exportfunktion fehlt mir derzeit auch.
Übersichtlich & klar strukturiert
Die App ist prima bekommt aber nur zwei Sterne da lediglich maximal zwei Zähler erfasst wer den können ohne einen InApp-Kauf zu tätigen. Dann ist man eben schnell wieder bei einem gewöhnlichen Tabellenkalkulationsprogramm das den gleichen Dienst tut.

Hi With latest iOS the app starts but suddenly closes when trying to add numbers. No error messages.

I need to say thanks to the developer as this app saved me a fortune in an argument with the energy company over my mother's ridiculously high bill! This made it so easy to show them they f"@&ed up and not my 76year old mother who they tried to over charge by over £1000. We bought the top pack for £3.99 even tho we didn't need it just as a thankyou for such an amazing app! You are a star! Thanks from me and my mother for this help and easy to see and calculate price and energy used! Lot of work went into this as I had spent hours trying to input meter reads etc etc before this app. Just BUY IT it's the best £3.99 you will spend and support this guys hard work!
War mal super
Ich habe gerne dafür bezahlt die Master Version dieser App zu besitzen. Bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, an dem der Entwickler seine App Energy Tracker zwei angekündigt hat, hat auch alles problemlos funktioniert. Seither stürzt die App nach fast jeder Zählerstandseingabe ab das neu angekündigte Abo. Modell werde ich nicht abschließen. Diese neue Mode laufen, zur Kasse gebeten zu werden und am Ende weniger Möglichkeiten zu haben, werde ich sicher nicht unterstützen. Schade, denn die App war wirklich einmal sehr gut.
Sehr gut gemacht - schnelle Antwort des Entwicklers bei Fragen
Super praktisch und übersichtlich. Nur die Performance auf meinem iPhone 6 ist nicht ganz top - da ruckelt es bei der Bedienung und Zählererfassung schon mal - aber mein iPhone 6 ist ja nicht mehr unbedingt der richtige Maßstab :-)
Erweiterung fehlgeschlagen.
Ich hatte vor, mir eine Erweiterung für einen weiteren Energiezähler herunterzuladen. Kam leider die Meldung unbekannter Fehler und nichts ging mehr. Finde ich nicht so toll bei so einer hoch gelobten App.
Warten auf neue Funktionen
Tracking mit Zahlen und Zahlen reichen nicht aus, um den Energieverbrauch effektiv zu reduzieren. Ich denke, es muss mit mehr neuen Funktionen aktualisiert werden
Superb App
This is a superb app, it is possible to use for free or you can support developers with paid options. It does way more than I need, there are a few things I would change and it has a means to email the Developer with suggestions. You can put in your contract with your supplier, with rates they charge and the date from when they took over your supply. Then you just enter readings, a job that is facilitated with rocker wheel sliders and it remembers your last reading, so you just change it a bit. You can add a note with the reading too, helpful when you want to record something like “left oven on overnight” or similar. I like the ability to compare your usage for each month of year with previous years. This helps me focus on reducing my energy usage. This app helped me realise that when I put my Gas Central Heating on my Fridge uses more electricity. There are a huge amount of graphs and it predicts what your cost will be. It is not often you come across a developer who seems to really care and wants to make Energy Tracker the best it can be. A big THANK YOU to developer, keep doing what you are doing and I will email you a few things to add or improve.

Leider wird für die aktuelle Version eine Registrierung und ein Cloudzugriff erforderlich. Damit erfüllt die App ihren Zweck nicht mehr und muss anders ersetzt werden.

Problem seit IOS 18.0
Ich bin ein großer Freund dieser App. Ich habe heute mein iPhone 14 auf IOS 18.0 hochgezogen und deshalb wohl nun ein Problem mit der App. Ich kann noch Daten eingeben aber beim Aufrufen der Grafik stürzt die App ab. Bitte dringend beheben!

Keine Synchronisation zwischen der App und Webseite möglich
Leider ist es nicht möglich die in der App hinterlegten Messgeräte, respektive Messwerte zu synchronisieren. Ebenfalls reagiert der Support leider auch nicht auf meinen Nachfragen. Leider ist die App so nicht für mich sinnvoll.

Gute App
Bin mit der App bisher sehr zufrieden gewesen. Leider funktioniert seit geraumer Zeit das Synchronisieren über iCloud nicht mehr richtig. Auf Anfrage beim Support wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die bisherige App keine Priorität mehr hat da an der Entwicklung der Version 2 gearbeitet wird. Ja schade eigentlich da ja auch für Version 1 bezahlt wurde. Gruß Andreas

Hard to really say anything other than that this app is awesome. Does everything it sets out to do and then some. Great updates that make a difference and now a really solid little app. Highly recommend.
Für ein Haus nicht geeignet.
Wollte mir für das Haus mehrere Zähler anlegen, was nach zwei Stück war natürlich Ende. Man ist gebunden Pakete zu buchen. Da gibt es bessere.

Not usable vehicles cost logging
I would expect by vehicle insert with “km” also actual consumed litres and fuel cost from bill. Simply all data from pump station bill. From that will be easily monitored actual fuel consumption average rated for 100 km.
