Schönes Einkaufszentrum. Großzügig und alles was man braucht!
Katastrophaler Email Support
Die ganze App ist voll mit Werbeeinblendungen, aber Emails wie Passwort zurücksetzen oder neue Anmeldungen im System sind alle bis zu Stunden verzögert. Zu dem kann man sich nicht einmal den Bestätigungscode erneut zu stellen lassen, wenn man sich ein neues Passwort überlegt. Typisch deutsche Softwareentwicklung.
Übersicht und Ladedauer
An sich gefallen mir die Treueprogramme sehr, jedoch dauert es im Vergleich zu anderen Apps ewig, bis es mir das gesamte Angebot an Aktionen anzeigt, sodass man dann gar keine Lust mehr hat diese zu nutzen. Außerdem wäre entgegenwirkend eine Suchfunktion äußerst angenehm!
Covid-19 Schutz
Leider wird nicht vorgegangen gegen Besucher des Centers, die keinen Nasen-/Mundschutz im Center außerhalb der Geschäfte tragen!!! Werde rechtlich Schritte überprüfen lassen.
Da ist wohl noch etwas zu tun
Kann mich da leider gar nicht registrieren.
Favoriten löschen sich nach jedem Update
An sich wäre die App ja sehr gut. Leider löscht sich nach jedem Update die komplette Favoritenliste. Damit ist die App völlig unbrauchbar.
