What people like
- Remote CCTV works well overall

- Lots of useful features included
What they complain about
- Videos freeze and lag constantly
- Login fails and blocks access
- Updates make the app slower
- Support team never responds
Quite Stable
I like the fact there so many features and all work without issues and I can conveniently monitor my remote CCTV that’s usually in low network zone. I only wish there be minor frayed such as- 1. Delete old videos by selection 2. Track historic battery used or available status
Horrible performance
Horrible view and performance.

Landscape mode not working in iPad
App only opens in portrait vertical mode. Not switching to horizontal landscape mode in iPad.
A bit buggy
The playback stops and sometimes login is a mess. Plus there is a fundamental problem with the login. They have a max number of attempts you can do with otp. Now it says I have used max otp for today. So one cannot even retrieve or change password now. It says nothing on mine now just simply “verification failed.” Yet I did not get any otp at all
No reliable playback
Cannot access data at time of emergency
Latest version issues
After the updates my camera does not show correct notification. Even app is slowing and camera reading si getting slow. App shows jerks many times. Earlier app was working way good. Do some correct updates. Other brands apps are making things ease.
New version has issues
After upgrading to new version, notification alerts are sent after few days, in past I used to get realtime alerts. Vedio preview is not loading frequently
With every update they remove features
with every provided update why you remove features from app, there is a 360* auto rotation feature you removed it from here.
Poor Connectivity
It shows divice is offline whenever I need it… Not worthy….
Suddenly the screen has gone blank
I am opening the app but only blank screen is visible. Please upgrade the app to make it more efficient and agile
Camera not working
Hey, if anyone from team, please help me to resolve the issue- i can’t see anything on app, camera is working fine. But Video is not uploading on app
Camera position is changing
The camera is not working properly. The function rotation on left side is not working hence not able to set the camera at right position
Please add presets synced to cloud.
When logged into multiple devices it allows to create its own preset instead of loading existing preset and their thumbnail. Please add this feature its very useful
Pathetic
This app just sucks
Need 24 hrs cruise mode
Cruise mode is limited for 4 hrs why? Why not for 24x7 my dear ? Please fix it as soon as possible
worst service
worst service
This app is not working properly
To much of lagging its not working properly and the moments also not recorded
Glitches and hangs
Lately I have added more solar cameras to the app total 6 solar cameras on farm. Using latest version but I am facing issues with camera freeze, glitch and not able to move.
