Dark mode no longer works
Good app but map view doesn’t support dark mode like the rest of the app since update. Tried going from light mode back to dark mode, no luck.

Great app
Easy to use and great interface, notifications are a little bit delayed coming through but not by much.. The only thing I’m not liking with this app is when you view the vehicle journey history and you have it on X1 playback which is the lowest playback you can have It’s way too fast. It’s almost like it’s stuck on X4 or above because viewing a 30 minute journey literally takes a minute if that. way too fast and it needs to be slow down.

This app looks different than in screenshots, in reality i looks much worse and and its quite conplicated to use
Glitchy
App has been glitchy in the last few versions, you have to select a vehicle icon each time you open the app to see where each vehicle actually is, it’s like it forgets and just shows the map roughly where the car is but no icon for it’s position. When opening certain menus it glitches when you try to swipe through or off them
Excellent tracker and wonderful friendly helpful staff
I have purchased and used many Tracker devices from this company. The information and live feed which can be viewed instantly is vital in locating our location which truly can save lives. The staff have ALWAYS been most friendly and very helpful if advice is needed. I like another reviewer who has stated earlier find it rather disingenuous to say they did not receive help from staff, I have always been dealt with in a courteous manner, and received immediate advice / help. Payment
Since app update the tracking company has gone down hill massively, it’s now a struggle to re activate trackers and trying to get hold of customer services is a big no no, there is no support you have to wait for email replies which can take days. It used to be the best tracking service. I DO NOT recommend at all.
Reliable, and it got my car back
I have multiple vehicles protected by Rewire’s products following a theft, and already this allowed me to recover a second stolen vehicle within twenty minutes. Minor software niggles haven’t been addressed. The niggles include it taking many attempts to open the detail card on a vehicle, some map styles not loading at high zoom levels (such as at the exact moment I was frantically searching for my stolen car), and the alert system is convoluted and means you get regular notifications when driving the car yourself. But overall I would highly recommend.

Very slow responding app. My vehicle has been moving for 2days and the tracker is not showing where the car is. Any speeding alerts or notifications is off by alot. This app only good for basic /1car use.
It’s okay but…
History feature: only for 31 days history can be shown. Why? This should be unlimited Share position feature: the link created to share a position for a car is max valid for 1 year. Why? I want to set it as I wish. Please fix these problems and it’s 5 stars

Very good for what you pay
Does what it says. My only gripe is it as my address wrong. Would be hand if you could tell it that your using the vehicle rather than getting several alerts while your actually out and about which starts to get annoying after a while.
PLEASE FIX YOUR UPDATE!!
A month or two ago they updated the app! And not it’s completely broken!! Before you could see all cars, now you have to swipe left or right between them! Only if you have 1 or 2 trackers not if your running a fleet like myself! Before you could see your icons (arrow or dot or car) now it keeps glitching and you can’t see the actual location of the of tracker on the map. Your update was pointless and has made it worse please fix this or let us go back to the last version

Overall poor
Not happy really. App crashes a lot. Long time delay for the notifications for vehicle moving/out of zone etc. No comms when doing tests so you get alarms that your vehicle is being moved in the middle of the night when it’s an IT test they didn’t tell you about. Doesn’t give you any faith in them or their product. When the years you I will be going elsewhere

Doesn’t work
Only works when my vehicles engine is running when the engin is running doesn’t detect any movement at all
This new version a poor relative to the previous one
Sadly this new ‘improved’ app is a much poorer version of the last one. Updates are really slow to happen, ie. van moves and it’s gone a few miles before the alert sounds!! Have they turned down the monitoring rate? Or refresh rate? It also sounds off when the vehicle has not even moved :( (I use geofence and movement alerts) I would much rather have the previous fast awesome version than this step backwards :/
Good but older app was better
Gutted really , great app but the main feature I loved about the other was ... say you forgot where your car was you could integrate it with maps so it would give you the route from where you are to your car , not possible with this app , tried loads of Doreen ways but impossible , please bring this feature back
Brilliant would highly recommend
I first purchased GPS live for my caravan. After having my car stolen, but fortunately recovered, I decided to install a GPS live on my car. Although this will not stop the car from being stolen, it gives me peace of mind that there is a good chance for it to be recovered. This system is so simple to install, and set up. The system is very economic to run. I would highly recommend anybody who wants to purchase a good tracking system. Just make sure that you can put it in a hidden location where you have a constant live from the battery.
Location all over the place
Was good at first, it showed me the correct location however it’s been saying I’m at a completely different location and my motorbike is parked outside my doorstep. These issues have to be resolved.

I just installed the komto. the locator works very fast. I am learning the application. easy installation. it should be ok, I can not find the option to disconnect the fuel pump - I read that it is possible. I recommend this product - quality for the price: SUPER

I Have a New car and we’re I live is not safe place and I have been using Rewire last two year it gives me Peace of mind knowing we’re my car is it exact location it’s Worth it every penny I would recommend 100% Thank you
Used to be good
Worked perfectly well for a the first year and a half but all of a sudden I stopped receiving alerts. Tried logging in to the app to see what the issue might be but the login screen freezes and can’t get beyond that. Offloaded the app then downloaded it again but still the same. Disappointing… going to look into an alternative.
Log on issue’s
This used to be a great app but Why when I try and use the same log on details via the app now does it not recognise my details?. I’ve no issues via google search tab and enter the details, but the app keeps says wrong ID or password?? Before the app was updated it worked perfectly fine.
Awesome app
So I’ve had a db1-lite on a motorbike for afew years now , it’s worked faultlessly the app is really good and straight forward to use you can see where your bike is at any time,I’ve got movement and vibration alert set up and it works a treat, sometimes I forget to turn them off when I take the bike out and it’s messaging me straight away, I’ve just bought a second one for a second bike and the guys at rewire are there to help you set it up or to help with any queries if you get stuck but it’s quite simple. Reading some of the negative reviews about no help is abit wrong as there are only a phone call away , plus if you park up anywhere and forget where you parked you can get directions from the app . For the money this tracker with the service provided is a bargain Chris
LA19BOV my bike was stolen,
This GPS is doesn’t work properly it shows only your location properly notYour bike , it’s keep moving after four hours you show something different I work eight hours 10 hours a day just feel like to save my bike from bike stolen but today is my bike stolen this tracker doesn’t help me to find my bike no point to spend this cheap tracker if the tracker help you should get your bike I’m very disappointed right now but you should be careful when you lose your bike I’m feeling very badLike someone cut my legs😔😔😔
Excellent app and product
We use this for tracking where we have been in our campervan and providing the security of always knowing where our van is. The 104 Pro unit is hidden in the guts of our van, we get alerts if it moves and we get a detailed track of where we have been. The app is really easy to use, gives hugely detailed track that we can zoom it to and customize for the days/weeks/months we are interested in. As well as the security angle it really helps with the “have we been here before” arguements! Recommend the app, the product and also using Track My Tour to save the output maps
Lost all details
Is it me? since the update I have lost all of my log on details: IMEI etc. Think I’m going to look at a better product.
