I thought it was a fluke the first time but I haven’t received any of my vials of energy in the game but am still being charged for them. I tried using the support page but there is no way to contact anyone. When you get redirected to the Ubisoft page, it then redirects you to the game’s support page. There is no way to contact anyone, no way to be refunded, but the game will still take your money without giving you the items you pay for. This game is a scam, do not waste your time and money.
Story is curious
This novel is so cute and curiously but I just bought the package for $5.99 is not letting me get the refills I purchased again a different package same thing is not giving me what I purchased. Please fix the issue. This novel of mystery kids don’t want to let go I’ll like to see what’s going happen next
Exhausting game
The story is interesting, however, it is ridiculously expensive and takes forever to read! I started reading this last year and I’m still not done because of the amount of energy points it takes. I purchased a bunch, but I didn’t even clear the chapter. I’m starting to lose interest now because I can’t seem to get through this story. Don’t get hooked or prepare to spend a lot of time and money.

Do not download this app , once you run out of energy for the day and try to purchase more , they just take your money and won’t let you continue with the mediocre story
Somewhat addictive
The app is definitely enjoyable. I wish there was a free way to get more energy. The “watch ad” button doesn’t work. You’re left having to wait until the next day to continue reading the same chapter. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. It takes at least a week to read one chapter unless you spend money.

the story is so good. i remember coming across this app a long time ago and never finished the story. i came across it again recently AND IM HOOKED. THE STORY IS SO GOOD, yet its very “twilight vampire”. its very cliche. the new, pretty girl, moves into town and meets a vampire thats ur typical “bad boy”. ONE PROBLEM. THE ENERGY. YOU ONLY GET A SMALL AMOUNT AND U HAVE TO WAIT A WHOLE DAY TO REGAIN THE LITTLE BACK? Amazing, but frustrating!
I love this game. It’s so amazing and fun. I love vampires and I want to play this game a ton. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because of the energy. Great addicting game
I love the game I play it constantly! It’s a great story and it lures you back for more. Always keeps me on the edge of my seat. The only issue I have had recently is for some reason the energy videos will not load for me. I cant get it to fix itself.
Constant issues
Story is ok- the app constantly glitches and it’s a huge waste of money because my Apple account has been getting charged, but I’m not getting the points even when I submit a claim for it. This should be removed from the App Store.

So I really like the story so far but… when I watched a video that gives 20 energy, and went to continue the story I could only read 2 more sentences… which mean 10 energy per SENTENCE, not chapter or episode. I do find that a bit unfair. And also, I unlocked a secret scene but wasn’t able to to see it, every thing I clicked to see it, it didn’t do anything, but when I clicked to continue with the main story, it worked fine

I was super excited to play this game. I thought the story line and pictures were decent but I bought two items and I didn’t receive them. There is a support button in game but it leads nowhere. Game looks promising but I won’t be playing.

I do like the story so far a lot, but the energy you use to continue with the story loads way too slow, I get the developers want money but this is ridiculous.

I downloaded this game thinking it would be fun, while the story plot is amazing and so detailed, the game itself is just not giving. Each sentence takes 10 energy points. Which makes it really difficult to want to continue playing. I can only read 50 sentences of the story a day. This is very frustrating and blocks the value of the actual story. Adding on to this, the other reviews seem to have the same exact problem. While I know you have to make money through the game in some way, you can’t do that if people are deleting the game. For example you could make the chapters cost tickets and we get 3 tickets a day or something like that. The more enjoyable you make the game the better. It does not seem like anyone who has gotten this game are happy with it and would gladly delete it if there were some other way to read the story itself. This is not something you want as game developers. Please do better to make your games worth our time. There are many complaints and yet the problem still occurs. But you have led me to create an online story with a plot similar to this, where people won’t be constantly upset. Learn from your mistakes.

Story is great only issues I’m having is when I purchased energy unfortunately I don’t obtain my daily energy. I was unable to locate the chat button in the privacy section of the game as directed. I also restarted my phone as instructed by the game as well. I shouldn’t have to buy energy consistently especially if free ones are given everyday.
