This App is Trash!!!!
Great app to manage the sales cycle
This app has allowed me to help my newer salesmen get up to speed on exactly what I want done in the sales cycle. They can also complete all their tasks from their phone and create a deal from their phone which has greatly improved our follow up and average deal time.
Garbage
This app is slow and trash. Can’t send videos to customers. Force closes all the time.

Competitors
I’ve been in the auto business for more than 10 years, used many different auto apps and they’re all about a 4/5, except for this one. Not user friendly, complicated, bugs out, and not refined. This developers of this must have never tried this app. I’d highly recommend to the developers to try the competitors apps and than see how bad this one is.
Email templates will not work with update
The app was already mediocre at best before the update. Now email templates will not work.

Terrible can’t even sign in!
Trying to sign in using my username and also my dlrsecured log in and it keeps saying it’s invalid. I even get the verification code to my email and type it in and says invalid! Tried this 5-10 times it will not work. Super disappointing because I can’t respond through CRM on my phone while I’m out and about. Need a new CRM asap.
NEEDS A FACE LIFT
When I use this app I feel like I’m back in middle school playing flappy bird for the first time. Should have a more simplistic layout. We live in the world of AI now and it shouldn’t be this hard to have a layout update. Chat GPT could write a code on how to do it for you guys. Horrible user interface. Please update it
Worst CRM and App
If you think the Focus CRM at work was bad, this App is worse and infuriating to use. Extremely hard to find your own clients. Can’t follow up properly through the App. I don’t even know why this exist! So many issues with it, it’s easier to list the positives…..using this app is like navigating through a maze that has nothing but dead ends. Anyone leaving a review greater than 1 star is probably an employee.
Unbelievable
This is arguably the worst CRM in ANY industry. It's not even close.
Leave your job if they use focus CRM
This application, unless absolutely overhauled, will reduce your sales. No matter how cheap they will sell you this product. (Dealership owned by a different group paid 5-6K a month.) Needs serious work.
