Garbage
Straight up unusable. Have to close and reopen app every time I need see how much time has passed on the clock, or to press any of the clock features. My coworkers and I could not get the app to even load on any of our phones tonight. The manager had to do all our timesheets by hand. What's the point in even having this app? When not in use, it logs you out. Worked great back when the graphics were blue, like a year ago. I can't wait for my job to use a new program.
Issues with Recent update
Since new update home screen never loads. Other screens can be slow to load. The app constantly logs me out when I leave the app, making me sign in each time. The work I’m being sent on the Nowsta app is first come first serve, not having these extra steps is important.
Bug After Update
I reported a bug a few weeks ago, but i haven’t heard back. The app worked correctly before a recent update, but now February shows 32 days, March with 28 days, April with 32 days. When I swipe from one month to another, it goes directly to the month after. When I add my availability, it disappears. Can someone help?
Buggy
It keeps signing me out, which is a huge inconvenience when you're in an app every day multiple times for work. Also I often have to restart my phone to clock in or out of a shift, which is also a huge inconvenience when time is tight. Overall I like the function and interface, but lots of bugs since we went from light blue to the purple version.
Tedious app
When clicking a TEAM tab to view the entire team, I need to see everyones clock out time on the main list. I have to click on each individual worker to see their clock out time and if they received a star/note. The old version of this app was so much more helpful. Also add a group clock out feature so I can clock multiple team members out at once. This app is so tedious and time consuming. This can be made better! Also it takes forever to load now and I have to relogin Everytime I open the app. GET IT TOGETHER DEVS!
Gotten worse
Was ok but latest updates now require me to login almost every time and miss jobs. 👎🏼
Please change back to original
I hate the update. Please change back to the original layout and software. It was so much easier to navigate!
Almost 10 months
Ever since the update almost 10 months ago, people have been complaining about constantly being signed out of the app. When you finally are able to sign in, you then have to close and reopen the app for shifts to appear. Then after all that, it’s still showing everyone how much money you’re making with no option to hide it, which feels unnecessary and uncomfortable when you’re trying to show someone shift information etc on your phone. App used to be great, now I dread having to use it every day.

Costly glitches!
Too many times have I missed a job opportunity because the app logged me out (for no reason!) AND then when trying to log in again, it wouldn’t recognize my unchanged password… until I close the app and open it a few times. So no I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING IT ifhad the choice… this last one was the straw that camel’s back.
Update
The new update looked good in terms of color and aesthetic. But it’s terrible. The app doesn’t even work sometimes.

App has been working fine for years; now just the past few days due to the “bug fixes” I can’t clock in or out nor can I see the total # of hours worked
Great before the most recent update
Used to work perfectly but after the recent update in the last year it’s horrible. Logs me out, doesn’t allow me to sign back in, super glitchy have to clear the app repeatedly and even then often it still doesn’t work. Not sure what’s taking the nowsta team so long to figure out such glaring issues.
Update won’t stay logged in
After the update I’m missing gigs because it constantly requires me to log in every time before accepting a job. Can you please give an option to stay logged in??
Unreliable & Glitchy
The app randomly logs me out, causing me to miss out on shift requests. The app will glitch so often and not load any of your upcoming jobs or job history.
WAS so good, lags now
With the recent update as of december 2025 when you open it, it loads forever!! Not just mine but my bosses too! We have to wait for it to load first before we can clock in and forget it if theres no service man. Time is money and we're missing out on it😬
App is poorly optimized
Sad the app never works correctly, even when it does there’s still at least 1 thing wrong, it logs you out everyday, it glitches and doesn’t clock you in, it just sucks
The Update is Terrible
After the update the app is incredibly buggy. It logs you out randomly. Since it does this you won’t receive job postings. It says your password is false when it’s not. It no longer lets you copy or even click on the event address. It only shows the event times, not the duration. It hides the address at the very bottom. Sometimes it says I have a shift when I don’t.
The app is convenient but it has so many bugs!!!
So many bugs, it’s the worst on a computer, most of the information won’t even work. I hate this new app, go back to the previous version with the blue icon
You can’t fix what’s not broken…
Every time you all change this app it ends up being worse. It was absolutely perfect before the update..
Don't update to this version
This is by far the worst version yet. Constant glitching. I miss out on shifts because it's not uploading correctly. 3/12/2026
