Let Us Memorialize Our Family
One star only for the utter lack of compassion. I can't believe how insensitive an otherwise great veterinary app is. After she passed 2 days ago, my furbaby was scrubbed from the app before I could even log in 3 hours later on the same day. Like, her ashes aren't even ready to be picked up yet as I'm writing this review! A bit harsh, don't you think? Automatically canceling the pet's services is good, but at least allow us to archive/memorialize the pet's profile or remove them ourselves.
App use
The app is very easy to use allowing easy way to schedule appointments or reach out to the veterinarian/staff.
Not Very Useful
Making an appointment is easy on the web site or via phone. Why I need an app for that, I don’t really know The MOST useful thing an app could do would be to allow access to my guys vaccination record. It’s needed often. Death cap do that? No.
Awesome
They are so kind and compassionate here both the vet tech, and Dr. Lothery and the receptionist great I highly recommend them
Disappointed
Brought my little dog in last week to update her shots . When the vet assistant brought her back she was visibly upset. The only thing that upsets her worse is anyone touching her nails. I was cautioned she would sleep a lot afterward and walk stiffly however 6 hours later she passed away in her sleep. When my kids brought her in the next day to be cremated there was no kind word or concern over just treating her the previous day. When our last dog passed the vet showed a bit of consideration. Guess things have changed in the past few years. If you even are so I lined please do not call . This has been very hard . She was not just a pet but my support dog through my husband passing and my own health problems and to be so thorough to send three reminders to bring her in for her shots but not an extra step since there is no fee to collect is very sad.
Easy to Use
Really like the app. I am looking forward to when we can see medical records in it too
No real help
Well I did the message thinking the vet tech was going have some ideal on how long to monitor the dog or anything like that. She gave me a number to call for poison control and they wanted me to pay 89 dollars. She gave me a link to place that were covered in my er visit but it should up nothing with in 50 miles radius. I ask for appointment she did provide me with that option. I made appointment now but I have to wait until Tuesday and it Sunday. I’m questioning why I pay for this plan. I thought it was going to provide me peace of mind and it is not today.

Glitches
This is so disappointing. It started to have glitch, I tried calling IT service, not to be racist but their customer service have language barrier. Can’t communicate in english properly. I can’t log in to the app.
iPad app
It would be nice if I didn’t have to turn my iPad sideways every time I want to use the appl
Can’t easily access different VCA facilities
If you just want history from your primary vet, this app is ok. However, if you take your pet to a specialist or to an emergency center which are part of VCA, you must change your primary hospital. This makes it difficult to access pet information at stressful times. Why can’t I just select all of the VCA facilities where my pets get treated without having to jump through hoops when a new doctor asks me about when was it and dosages and frequency? I’m not asking for facilities to have access to each others’ records, but why can’t I have access to all of the VCA facilities where I have accounts? Why only a primary vet?

Frustrated
The Dr’ s are satisfactory, had my puppy in care club for a couple of years, but the app and website are so bad, there’s a 50/50 chance that it will work anytime I log in. I would have continued with care club but the whole system is frustrating.
Helpful, but glitchy
I got the app wanting to access my cat’s records easily, but the app itself I find is quite glitchy? I can’t put in a profile photo for my cat because it won’t let me edit and crop the photo, so the photo is always the corner of a photo?? I am also finding it difficult to maneuver through the life stages section—my cat is 1 year old, but it won’t let me scroll over to the 1 year old section, it merely returns me back to the 0 to 2 week kitten stage. Not sure if this is a normal thing, but it should probably be looked at :)
Corporate Healthcare: Now for Pets
The app is constantly losing my pet information, causing me to re-enter it, or changie my primary clinic location. This then causes the app to stall and then crash. It worked fine a few updates ago. Just call the vet...so you can be placed on hold and eventually leave a message with the front desk. The fact this app is rated so highly is nothing less than suspicious.
Best Care for your Pets
I am a client of 36 years. 4 cats and 7 dogs have been treated at VCA Peninsula. Fiona had complex medical issues, IBD ,Arthritis in her spine, Mitral Valve Disease and Kidney Disease. All of this started when she was 10 years old. I got an extra 4.5 years with my heart dog because of the care and referrals to treat Fiona. She was 14.5 when I had to let her go, she had Cancer everywhere. All of my fur kids have been special and required additional handling. The staff, techs and Vets are fabulous and really do care for every animal that walks in the door.
Broken - Can’t log in
Most recent update broke the app. I type my username and password and the log in button doesn’t light up. Then if I try to touch the username or password boxes to retype it won’t pull up the keyboard and I have to close the app and reopen. Unusable as is
Chat is best feature
Chat has been very useful. Hate the current graphic that shows when opened.
Won’t Update
Can’t adjust the medications my dog is on for reminders, or delete old ones. Tried to give feed back in the app, that option doesn’t work either

App NEVER works
This app never gets updated documents from my VCA hospital or appointments it’s never works and probably never will after 10 years of issues they have not fixed anything/ the VCA here says all their clients complain about this issue . Fix the bugs or delete your company app VCA
Medication frequency
You should put a 3 month option for medication as bravecto is administered every 12 weeks.
The best
I’ve been bringing my pets here for years!! The doctors are very caring and work with you. If treatment is high.. not slot of vets do this. The staff is friendly and I feel at ease coming here knowing my dogs will be well taken care of
Glitchy
After last update app doesn't accept login and password. Both are correct. Instead if pushing us with spam request about level of service after my each appointment better to fix issues in application.
Functional
As a Canadian i am disappointed that we’re not included on the Ap icon.
Problem fixed
The developer replied to my review and advised me on who to contact to get my login error fixed. It’s now working as intended. Giving it 5 stars for great support.

Why are only some Canadian VCA Hospitals on this app? I downloaded it but my Hospital isn’t listed. Do VCA Hospitals in Canada have to ask to be added? I go to a VCA Hospital in Ottawa,Ontario,Canada but it’s not listed in your App
