⭐ Very Poor App & Customer Experience
The Muthoot app is extremely disappointing. I have been unable to log in to the app for more than 15–20 days, even after taking a loan. I have repeatedly complained at the branch,I have only been getting the same response: “There is a technical issue, it will be resolved soon.” However, nothing has been resolved till now. It is honestly disgusting and frustrating that I am still unable to operate the app. Such a basic service should not take weeks to fix.Very bad experience. Not expected from a reputed financial company.

It has been well over 4-5 months since I have been getting this screen which says “You are connected to an Unsecured Network” whereas, I have used all type of networks available. Be it my phone network, my home wifi or my workplace WiFi. It’s showing the same damn things everywhere. This is so frustrating that I can’t even explain. Need a fix for it asap.
