Please add to the app CAST feature to allow watching any channel on tv.
Champions League Matches
Do they preview UCL matches?
Bad Experience
No responsible person will use this app. Before you download and subscribe you should take my advice. I experienced the worst from any streaming platform. Nothing is organized. It only shows stupid football matches and some are in Chinese commentary.

Ugrent! Urgent! Call to action
It’s been over 3 months plus that I keep activating your Max VIP or Drama VIP so that I can watch my Novela E plus series but as soon as I activate, drama vip option and all the Novela E plus series disappear. I keep activating weekly bundles of 7 whole days and all my activation in the past 3 months have honestly gone to waste. The app chooses when to show drama vip series and if at all they do it’s like a day or half a day in a whole week! Personally I find this very annoying and frustrating. Why then do you make the subscription available when the channels you subscribed to watch would disappear in less than no time????? Kindly fix this please I’ve lost a lot of money activating StarTimes everyday when I can’t have access to the channel I want to watch It’s honestly not fair PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP
Bring Back La leaga.
Why are you guys changing La liga to that’s of Brazilian SeriaA,#bring back La liga now
Urgent call to action
I downloaded your app and payed vip but sound problems on a particular channel I enjoy watching. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled done everything but it’s the same. No way to contact a live customer agent in app(pls fix that) it’s been 5 days now and my subscription is going to waste up so pls fix this asap pls!!!
Can’t Pay With My Apple ID
The app streams live tv and sport nicely with no buffering issues. But when I want to pay for VIP subscription and I select Apple and click pay, it just loads forever and cancel. Been doing that for days now. And also I can’t watch VIP channels when I link my decoder to my app account. It still says I have to get VIP to watch VIP channels. A new update to solve these issues will be appreciated.
Startimes
It’s not downloading
The app is just not good at all
I download it because I really wanted to watch. Hey Siri and it says that it has it and when I typed it in it wasn’t there but it’s on the website so I tried to travel from the website to the app it worked for only two episode the rest, it kept asking me to subscribe when I try to subscribe, nothing is happening. Literally the screen just don’t block nothing is happening. I tried to contact customer service. It says the email doesn’t exist. This thing is bad don’t waste your time.

Simple and sweet 😋😋😋
No Channels
Why doesn’t startimes have any series from the Philippines? I was watching Filipino series when I first downloaded it but when I deleted this app and downloaded it again, the Filipino channels were no longer there. I only saw Chinese series. Why????
Guide does not sync with what is being shown
The show line up for discovery family does not correspond with what is being shown. Can you fix it please
Nice App but
Ordinarily a nice app that does exactly what is claims but it is not optimised for iPad screens. The experience on Ioad is not wonderful. Hope future update will take this into account. For now, I have had to return to my android phone . Another issue is logging one out of one device when you try to have of on both android and iOS at the same time.
My point of vue
Just disappointed pay a bundle twice and still couldn’t watch channel am always asked to suscribe again and again 😪
What we need
I subscribed to this app because of football matches and Brothers all season but you guys have stopped the brothers why? At first I thought it will be full episodes but it turns out you were viewing the episodes one by one on daily basis and now you’ve stopped? OMG thanks
User Interface
An app needs to be as user friendly as possible. Too many ads and bugs too. There is definitely room for improvement.
More Pro
This application is useful but please upgrade it on casting(Cast)level like Youtube, Netflix,...

This app is not capable of live stream matches ..it doesn’t function as shown ...
Bring ID to StarTimes ON
I am a big fan of StarTimes mainly because of ID channel. Now that I have StarTimes ON, I’d definitely pay to watch ID on my phone but you MUST bring it on the app. Most of us just want to watch a particular channel and not always home or have time to sit in front of the television so please consider bringing the ID channel to the StarTimes ON at a price per month and I’d gladly pay and also give you a 5 star.
Complaints
Why isn’t there starplus
Subscription issue
I can’t subscribe to the ‘On Sport’ on my iPhone
