Non identifica i numeri in nessun modo, pochi spam vengono effettivamente bloccati ma molti altri passano lo stesso nonostante siano già presenti nel database. Diciamo che ma poco e male Aggiornamento 22 Agosto, il fornitore ha risposto in maniera chiara ed esaustiva, ci vuole pazienza e tanti feedback con la comunità per farlo funzionare al meglio ed aiutarci a vicenda. Comunque è l'unico che funziona fra tanti provati

Hab gerade mal den Support angeschrieben kann über mein pro abo die Aktualisierung seid wenigen tagen nicht mehr durchführen ! Funktioniert nicht mehr im Hintergrund! Hab nichts verändert an den Einstellungen auf dem iphone 15 pro ! Vor einer Woche funktionierte es noch ! 😔

Troppe segnalazioni false
Noto che spesso ci sono commenti con punteggio a 1 dichiarando che il numero è serio, se leggete, torere che sono anche ad un minuto una dall'altra e uguali come testo. Appurato che il numero era un call center che tenta di truffarti cambiandoti il contratto. Andrebbe verificata la recessione perché se esiste 5/6 a punteggio 9 e altre da 7 a 8 come può essere serio ? Altri utenti hanno scritto, come ho fatto pure io, che quelle recensioni sono false

Purtroppo su ios non funziona, ho o aperto ticket spiegando più volte il problema ma le chiamate non venivano bloccate. 10 euro per nulla. Applicazione rimossa

Gute Idee - leider aus der Zeit gefallen
Die App ist eine gute Idee, jedoch irgendwie nicht mehr an die Bedürfnisse der Gegenwart angepasst. Man muss EINEN Ländercode auswählen und nur für diesen entfaltet die App ihr Wirkung. Ich bekomme täglich etliche Phishing-Anrufe aus einem Duzend ländern, da ist diese Lösung leider völlig unbrauchbar. Schadeeee, dass auch eine Supportanfrage dazu bisher unbeantwortet ist.
Va avanti anche se abbandonata
Usi Tellows con abbonamento Pro da 3 anni ormai. Fa il suo dovere se aggiornate spesso la lista dei numeri segnalati e partecipate alla segnalazione di quelli non censiti ma… L’applicazione è ormai vecchia, sia come interfaccia sia come funzionalità, e non viene aggiornata da due anni. Inoltre gestisce una sola lista da 9990 contatti mentre, per esempio, quella di WindTre Business ne gestisce 5 (moltiplicando il numero di possibili numeri bloccati). Non mi interessa ricevere una risposta dal supporto, gradirei che questa applicazione fosse aggiornata. In fondo la richiesta di ulteriori liste l’avevo fatta anche un anno fa, ricevendo ringraziamenti per il feedback e da allora non è cambiato nulla. Soddisfatto solo a metà… anche se continuo a pagare.

App wird leider nicht mehr aktualisiert.

Disabilitare numeri dall’estero
Con le nuove leggi, i disturbatori hanno cambiato strategia per le loro truffe. Oggi è necessario bloccare tutti i numeri che provengono dall’estero e questa funzione non l’ho trovata nella app. Credo sia semplice da realizzare il blocco di tutti i numeri con prefisso internazionale diverso dal nostro ed è importantissimo che venga implementato quanto prima.

Forse perché gli scocciatori continuano a cambiare numero o forse per altre ragioni, ogni numero che si ricerca risulta cercato solo una volta, da me. A questo punto è inutile e l’ho rimossa

Ho acquistato anche la versione pro ma continua a non funzionare. Nonostante aver impostato più volte le impostazioni dell’iPhone ricevo tante chiamate non filtrate che quando vado a segnalare vedo sono già inserite. Segnalare 10 chiamate al giorno è diventato stressante!!!
Update und Auswahl zur Bezahlung
Letzte Woche waren es noch über 10.000 Einträge bei der Update Suche und diese Woche nur ca.9600. Und wenn man auf pro klickt dreht sich bei monatlich oder jährlich immer der Kreis und man kann dort nichts antippen was man haben möchte. Ist das alles so richtig Danke Habe die App schon mal gelöscht und wieder installiert Danke Christian
Grundsätzlich gut. ABER
Mir fehlt die Option, selber Nummernkreise einzugeben. Aktuell bekomme ich fast Täglich Spam Anrufe verschiedener Nummern aus +44 Hier möchte ich grundsätzlich sagen können, blocke alle Anrufer aus +44 Oder Vorwahl XY etc. Wird das nicht eingeführt, werde ich mit Ablauf des Abos zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln.

Inizialmente funziona, ti identifica tutte le chiamate, non ne mancava una… poi ha iniziato a perdere colpi, ma va bhe si sa, i call center cambiano continuamente numero. Acquisto l’abbonamento annuale, riprende a funzionare più o meno bene… dopo poco neanche i numeri che sul sito segna spam te li rileva e/o blocca… diventato inutile. Proverò altro.

Non segnala niente! scusate, ho impostato nelle impostazioni dell'iphone ma arrivano tutte le chiamate senza nessuna segnalazione.
Gibt bessere Alternativen
Bin mittlerweile sehr unzufrieden mit der App, und auch der Einstellung der Entwickler. Das Blockieren funktionierte einige Wochen, dann plötzlich kamen vereinzelt Anrufe mit Score 8 oder 9 durch, trotz Premium. Das ist nicht nur die Kernfunktion der App, sondern auch bezahlt! Wenigstens das muss einwandfrei funktionieren! Und auch die Haltung der Entwickler stört mich. Es wird auf jede Rezension geantwortet, aber auf meine vorherige, die konkretes und konstruktives Feedback gab? Nichts. Und die Usability und Features lassen auch zu wünschen übrig. Warum kann man nur Scores ab 7 oder höher blockieren?? Vielleicht will ich auch Score 5 oder 6 blockieren? Und wenn ich ab Score 4 blockieren möchte, ist das doch meine Sache? Und das andere ist, wieso man keinen Nummernbereich sperren kann. Bin jetzt zu Truecaller gewechselt, und da funktioniert das problemlos. Die Behauptung der Entwickler hier, dass es wegen Limitierungen des Betriebssystems nicht möglich sei, ist eine faule Ausrede. Vielleicht geht das nicht nativ im System, aber offensichtlich lässt sich das auch anderweitig lösen. Und prinzipiell stört mich altbackene UI nicht, aber wenigstens einen Dark Mode könnte man fast 10 Jahre nach Einführung des systemweiten Dark Mode mal unterstützen. Es scheint, das nur noch das absolute Minimum an Arbeit in die App gesteckt wird. Wer noch unschlüssig ist: Probiert lieber erst andere Apps.
Ist ok - wichtige Funktion fehlt aber
Ich habe die Pro Version und mit im Grunde zufrieden. Leider fehlt mir eine Funktion die ich als maßgeblich betrachte. Pauschales blockieren von Anrufen aus dem Ausland! Die Funktion sollte ermöglichen mehrere Länder auszuwählen und Anrufe entsprechend pauschal zu blockieren. Die Blockierung könnte dann mit einem Hinweis für den Benutzer versehen werden damit man ggfs einzelne Nummern wieder freischalten kann. Ich erhalte mittlerweile fast ausschließlich Anrufe aus Holland, England, Russland und co. Anrufe könnte anhand der Rufnummer so Ländern zu geordnet und blockiert. Für diese Funktion würde ich tatsächlich auch noch was draufzahlen. Leider wurde mein Vorschlag vor über einem Jahr den ich per Email eingereicht habe, bislang nicht nennenswert beachtet.

It’s not really working
It doesn’t seem to work consistently. Sometimes it blocks the call, sometimes it doesn’t. I was using the trial for the pro version and it didn’t show the rating at all in the Phone app. Too bad because I really like the concept and I was definitely willing to pay a tenner (€) for a year subscription.
Not worth it
I had this app for a few months and it did not block a single call. Completely set up, turned on and active in phone settings, paid the $15/year subscription. Nothing… Very disappointing.

Vi prendono in giro. Non badate alle risposte che leggete qui solo per crearsi la facciata di società attenta al cliente. Il servizio clienti è inadempiente e incapace di comprendere il semplice problema che il loro servizio è scadente. Iniziano a farvi domande ridicole del tipo “hai aggiornato il telefono?” Qui siamo a livelli di “Hai fatto colazione stamattina? Ti sei toccato il naso prima di aprire l’app?” e tanti saluti. Dopotutto che assistenza pensate di ricevere se la loro app non funziona? Che sviluppino da zero la loro app? Non penso proprio. Disinstallata e richiesto la cancellazione del mio numero dal loro database (serve registrarsi con proprio numero). Sconsiglio di scaricarla.
