見やすくていいなと思っていたのに急にアプリを開くと読み込みの画面から全く進まなくなりウェブサイトしか開けなくなりました。

新しいUIって何であんなディザインにしたのかね？視認性悪いし資産の所は丸い枠に中に間違って四角の枠を入れている感じで何だろ、と思っちゃう。あれでOKを出したと言うのが信じられない。中高生がやってもあれよりは ましなもの作れるのでは。

Please check withdrawal fees before depositing assets
Note that the spreads on some asset pairs and withdrawal fees for certain assets may be higher than others. As of about a month ago, ACH was not available for USA residents so the only way to deposit funds was via bank wire. While Fidelity's brokerage offers free wire transfers, BitFlyer reserves the right to not honor wires originating from a brokerage account.

Can’t register
It say it’s available in New York and I want to try Bitflyer but registration failed cause they can’t login in my bank account. I know it will take long to get a response from support.

Can’t register
Wanted to try it out since I could also track prices on my Apple Watch, but cannot even sign up. After entering my email, I don’t receive an email to confirm and I tried different email accounts. So cannot use it
Great platform solid security
I’ve been using bitFlyer for close to 6 months now. I like their security. I travel a lot. While traveling they contacted me to make sure my login wasn’t compromised because of the different IP addresses I’m using in different States. I like that they are concerned about the safety of their customers and their fees are reasonable compared to other platforms and transfers are usually handled very quickly. This is a good secure platform very useful for investors.
DO NOT use this app if you are foreigner in Japan
Have been using it for more than 2 years. Then, they demanded to upload new residence card more than one month before old one expiry date. Since the new residence card was not ready yet they froze my account and refuse to reopen even after I got new residence card, referring to their "confidential and comprehensive checks" done by third party contractor. Typical japanese business with horrible customer support and discrimination. Do not recommend.

sneaky transaction fee by large spread
it might be zero fees but when you buy, they inflate the price and when you sell, they cheat you with lower than market price offer. immediate loss of ~$3.33 before you lose more trying to sell later. at least they DO allow transfers of the crypto but that costs .0004btc which is about $22 rn so no thanks! best possible use is for serious hodlers to beat the huge spread. but then there isnt any interest rate being offered to earn on your balance like blockfi does which is a lot better.
Does what it needs to, bad interface
The service of buying crypto is okay if you use bitflyer lightning, but altcoin prices are always higher when purchasing than the advertised price. The UI is pretty bad, I.e when withdrawing crypto, you are not provided the total amount withdrawable considering the transfer fees (which are unique to each currency).

BitFlyer discriminate’s !
I was targeted twice and dropped from the service for no apparent reason. The company claimed from aggressive security measures which the reasons they don’t disclose. To me this means they can make any excuse to eliminate customers from their service. I’m a regular person with a very small amount of money in crypto and I don’t do any activities that warrant me to be a target by BitFlyer. My first account some years ago same random reason they terminated my account. The second account that was terminated I opened several years after BitFlyer closed the first account. I really feel like BitFlyer targets certain foreign investors. I understand companies like BitFlyer must be aggressive against people who’s intentions are to misuse the service however I do not fit in this category and I was targeted twice leads me to believe discriminatory practices are BitFlyer’s methods for weeding out suspected criminal customers.BitFlyer seems to be the only choice if you are foreign and live in Japan and because BitFlyer knows they are the only service in Japan foreigner compatible they can treat customers anyway they want without accountability.

Rip off
High spread, high transfer fee. If you support decentralization, do more research and don’t use bitFlyer. Just my 2 cents.
New update!
I made a review of this app a few months back suggesting a few changes in their UI, after the most recent update, I have to say you got it! The app has not disappointed and I’m happy to see an improvement in the experience I have with it. Coins are easier to track, I can hide my holdings in case someone around me wants to peep in, and the overall feeling of it is much better. Great improvement!
Terrible
Mechanically malfunctioning the site since February 14 and have never corrected no matter how many times I’d request fir the correction. I must complain this issue to somewhere legally. I know this company has expanding to many other countries and I must notify them as much as possibly. Saddly I was ignored with any reason.
Solid customer service, easy to use
I had some trouble linking my bank account but the customer service was really helpful. Company is solid with business in US, EU and Asia. Happy to have chosen them!
Terrible service, terrible interface
I’ve uploaded all my relevant identification documents multiple times - drivers license, resident card - and bitFlyer continues to deny me access to buy/sell without any explanation as to why. My address and all my personal information match my IDs, so no reason to reject. Furthermore, I’ve been asked to withdraw all my funds as account will be closed, however, I’m still being assessed a transaction fee (should be waived in my opinion). The fee makes it impossible to withdraw as it’s below the limit. If I’m being forced to withdraw out my balance, however small it is, I should be allowed to withdraw without restrictions. The platform and app are not user/gaijin friendly and the support/customer service is of the poorest quality I’ve ever experienced in Japan. They can keep the measly ¥4000. I will make sure to tell anyone who ask to avoid BitFlyer at all cost. There are plenty of better services out there.
Simple and secure. All i really need
I’ve been using bitFlyer for some time. They focus on offering the things that investors really need: Access to the large coins (bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin etc), free and instant bank transfers via ACH, a user friendly interface, and robust security. Their trading fees are pretty solid compred to other exchanges as well. It took me a while to find a legit exchange with so many scams out there. They’re licensed almost everywhere in the US including new york, so that was a good sign. No major complaints so far. Looking forward to more features
Not a free commission app
App charges about 3% in fees when buying and selling crypto so about 6% round trip. Not worth it, keep researching wallets this one is a rip off.
