Account got banned for explaining things to someone. Then when reaching out to support, they would not explain why that got my account banned. Just kept repeating themselves.

Lots of people in the app but after about 200 connections, I was only able to do it once.
Best alt dating app
Of all the alternative lifestyle apps out there right now, feel like this one is the best. App itself is clean and doesn’t try and charge for everything (like that terrible Pure app!). The selection of people is the best, etc. Five stars all around.
Boost And Contact
I’m disappointed with the VIP experience, especially considering the app costs $40. VIP supposedly includes the ability to boost your account and send pokes, but I’m still being charged for every single poke. I also cannot find anywhere in the app to actually use the account boost feature. There is a Frequently Asked Questions section, but there doesn’t appear to be any clear way to contact customer support when you have an issue or question. For a $40 app, I would expect the VIP features to be clearly explained, easily accessible, and actually included without additional charges. The lack of transparency and customer support really needs to be addressed.

Issues I had
OK, so I use the app for about a month. It’s not a bad app it’s user friendly. Here are the main issues. First off I’m a women so very easy to get matches, however for every 30 guys maybe 1 or 2 aren’t horrible and normal people. A lot either immediately send u unwanted pictures or try to hookup within the hour. I did meetup with two different guys and I ask what their experience was with the app. From a man’s point of view a lot of women on 3Fun are scammers, trying to get money, actually a man, or can not keep a conversation or tell u to meet up and never do. Now my issue was my account got banned. It took forever to figure out why but apparently I had multiple accounts. I only had one account to my knowledge so I emailed them trying to figure out more details and to verify my account with my ID, or photos, or whatever they needed and my account before they banned it was also verified. I sent them an email with my login info and told them what the issue was and that I can verify with any information they need. I also stated I don’t know what the other accounts were and the only account I should have is the one stated above. Now that email I received back was the least helpful email I could’ve received. All that I was told was my account violated their rules and it was banned. So I sent a follow up email letting them know once again, my account and the situation and that I’m willing to verify any information they need and the next email they sent was thanks for using our service😂 Fun fact: once you’re blocked, you cannot be able to get in again no matter what you do if you do try to login with Facebook won’t work. So I guess it’s really good for scammers but also if you’re a scammer, you’re probably gonna figure out a different way to get in and not use the same phone number or email. So anyways really sucks. Still trying to figure out what accounts were made, and I had to go change all of my passwords because I was given no information on anything that was used. So wish me luck.👌🏻

Their automated engine sucks big time, have told team to do something about fake reporting but they are unable to work on that algorithm, there has to be some option where people who have met through this app can vote in the favor of the person so that if someone else is reporting the profile as fake it can be handled

Banned account after 12 hours. Basically copied and pasted from another account that has been on the App for eons. Enforcement of bans is discriminatory based on sex of the party posting.

Paid our £40 for three months membership, had it just over a week and no longer can be bothered with the app. Its absolutely full of single men posing as couples trying to arrange meet ups aswell as trying to get as many photos out of you as possible of your spouse. Its very sad really as i dont know what these guys think is going to happen when they meet up with no wife 😂 honestly though, save your money, this app is pure trash. Its about 60% men posing as couples. Thats being conservative. Imagine paying £40 for an app that you are disillusioned with a week later. Im sure the developer will have some answer for it but im writing this so others dont waste their money. Do not subscribe or pay any money to this app. Its a complete waste of time. There are some couples on there that are real, definitely. But youll have to wade through the sea of horny single men to get there. The verification for the app is a complete joke. Recently joined swinghub where you have to provide a photo of both of your IDs in order to verify and have an account. This app doesnt do that. I gave the app two stars; 1 because the app works well as software, and the second star for the minority of real couples on it.

This app used to be my favorite app until they began targeting women HEAVILY.. banning without proof. They are heavily scamming- stealing subscription money once you pay, tons of glitches, and rude/cynical employees. I will NEVER use this app again. DO NOT BUY A SUBSCRIPTION!! BEWARE
