Lost photos
This app was great until I got a new phone and lost all my photos when I switched. No way to contact them to get help. Super bummed.
Great App!!
Love this app. Easy access to all my albums. Great app to store my photos. Thank you to the developer.
Forgot my password
Forgot my password many months ago. Hit the button “Forgot Password” and still haven’t received an email how to reset password.
Password recovery
The app would be good but I’ve forgotten my password for one of my locked files and there doesn’t seem to be a way to recover it!! It says it will send a password reset to your email account but never does!
Recovery
Hi Hello I deleted the app and deleted all my photos How can I get my photos back in. Help guide
What I do I do
I deleted the app years ago for a old girlfriend and now I can’t see anything I saved before
Good but...
Amazing app, needs the ability to delete the “Photos album” folder, The app label also annoys me because it’s too large to fit and it looks messy.
Reset
Keep trying to reset pin but never receive an email from app
Import Process Only Works Part of the Time
Let me say that when this app works it’s fine but I have two problems. 1) The import process works only part of the time 2) I haven’t been able to work out if there is a backup of the photo library. Not sure where my photos will go if the phone goes down Looking forward to some fixes and answers.
Great app
This app works as designed, easy to use with no glitches, thanks
I got a new phone and lost everything
Every thing came across my cloud and when I opened this app I lost everything in it I had saved for years. I have looked on here to contact support directly, because in QA does not address this type of problems. There is no way listed to contact support with my problem. So, frustrated with this!
great app
great app, but my one gripe is i can’t move or arrange my pictures. the option is there, but it doesn’t work.
A little upset
It worked just fine...... For a while. Idk what the problem is was but, one day my pictures just disappeared & have yet to reappear!! I just hope they haven't gone anywhere they shouldn't.
Efficient and reliable!
I’ve had this app for years. It is perfectly built and is legit brilliant. Thanks for always staying on top of your game and keeping this app the best in the market
Check out SageGroup Software for better
Don’t bother with this trouble. Check out SageGroup software applications today for serious solutions on your next problem!! Don’t wanna support what happened in Myanmar? Support SageGroup Cloud accounts that went down because of the Indian Government Blackout that dehumanized more than we would know. but hey, like wearing underwear that was made because of Indians raping Muslim women? THEN BUY THIS APPLICATION. Why did that happen in Myanmar? Why can’t we just put the nuclear missile down? And why did I make such a poor choice.
Does what it says it will do
It works just as it says it will - the only thing I can find to criticize is that it can take a little longer than the photo app to display all of the pics but that could just as easily be caused by my phones lack of memory. If you don't want your porn pics where nosy friends can easily find them, this is a good app to keep your sexual preferences locked up tight, lol.
Buggy and No Support Service
I want to like this software because the interface is simple and user-friendly. However, many photos from my library will simply not import. Help files are limited and there is no email support. If a bad review is the only means to contact this company then here it is.
This is a great app
I have nothing bad to say about this app It is great
Delete or lost photos
I purchased a new iPhone recently and transferred all my apps , upon starting my new phone your app would just shut down and now once re downloaded it has erased all my photos and there is no option to contact your company to possibly recover them .
Works good for me
If you’re a person like me who have that wild side this app is needed to lock those freaky pics n vidz from nosey eyes..I jus hope they never stop updating the app n then I won’t be able to get pics back
Not secure
If your only concern is keeping people on your phone out then this works. But if you plug it into a computer all the photos can be found via iTunes and opened without password
Safe
This is a great app , people will normally now the first passcode, but the passcode on the app to secure the photos is really safe.
problem
the app wont work for like 4 months. it wont open my files . its shows the download button but nothing happens. please check the programm
Cool
Ight
AVOID THIS APP
This app doesn't work. If you forget your passcode it will not send an email to the address you enter and you will lose your pics. Avoid this app. No support, not useful.
Picture app greatness
Great app. Stores pictures very well
wth
i recently forgot my password and i chose to send my password to my email numerous times but i have not received anything. it is the correct email and i need help .
Awesome app the best one
Awesome app you don't waists any more time looking for one just get this one it works really good and it's super duper safe I love it
No gif support, no looping video
Title says it all. These "safe locker" apps are for one thing. Support gifs, Live Photos, looping video, video that continues to the next video, etc. Needs work to be fully useable. Know your customer. The interface is clean.
