Randomly doesn’t open without going into Settings first. Also it doesn’t retain all settings from one app opening to the next.

Die App ist durchwachsen. Sie funktioniert gut, wenn sie mit dem Hörsystem verbunden ist. Störend ist, dass das Herstellen der Verbindung zum Hörsystem gefühlt eine Ewigkeit dauert. Beim ersten Aufruf des Tages ist das noch okay, aber nach jedem Entsperren des iPhones dauert es Sekunden, bis man mit der App das Programm wechseln kann, das Hörsystemmikrofon ein- und ausschalten kann usw. Selbst wenn die zuletzt verwendete App HearMax ist und man das iPhone sperrt und gleich wieder entsperrt, dauert es, bis die Verbindung zw. App und Hörsystem steht. Bitte ändern.
Software mostly good
Software works pretty well but occasionally loses it memory and I have to go through the setup experience again. The Bluetooth is very poor for such an expensive unit. The range is about 12” and it continually cuts out on one or the other unit. It reconnects if you turn your head, which makes you look nuts shaking your head all the time
Loved it originally
Over the past three years it’s almost always is asking to update RemoteCare. I’ve consented time and time again with weeks in between or consecutively. That never works. I’ve learned to just say no. Shame. The only reason for the high rating is the people in the Regina office. They are awesome.

Updated Beltone HearMax
Received App requiring an update, so I did & now I cannot access the App. It’s still on my iPhone, but when I tap to show it the Beltone opening appears & then disappears!!! I can’t reset or refresh as advised as I also don’t have access to websites/online services. What options do I have? Colleen

App needs improvement for connectivity to hearing aids an also more options to change sound quality an volume change so you have full control of the hearing aid from factory settings to how they are set up at the audiology appointment an be able to turn them into your ideal pair once start using them for everyday use
16.3 Bascule IPad vers IPhone pas automatique
Bonjour j’ai l’impression qu’avec la mise à jour de 16.3 iPhone 13 et mon iPad 8eme génération en 16.3 la bascule de l’iPad vers l’iPhone en Bluetooth ne se fait pas. L’application reste bloquée en connexion avec l’iPad en accessibilité bien que le Bluetooth soit désactivé. Je n’avais pas ce soucis avec IPadOS 15.7.2.Je suis obligé de refaire les connexions via l’ application HearMax sur mon iPhone pour que ça reparte…Je n’ai pas essayé en redémarrant simplement le téléphone avec Bluetooth de l’iPad désactivé mais ça oblige d’éteindre l’iPhone puis le remettre en marche c’est pas top. merci par avance de voir avec le constructeur Apple à moins qu’une mise à jour de l’application beltone HearMax est prévu très prochainement. A moins aussi de fournir le bon paramètrage et les options à cocher notamment handoff audio ? Merci je rajoute une possibilité c’est dans accessibilité puis appareils auditifs decochez contrôle des appareils et Handoff audio puis recochez à nouveau sur ces deux options. Il faut le faire à chaque fois… sinon il y aurait des bugs sur iOS 16.3 et 16.3.1 devrait sortir ce mois ci. A suivre

Manchmal kommt die Verbindung zum IPhone mit der App erst zustande, wenn ich das Handy aus u wieder anschalte, es ist das iPhone 15 pro max. Trotzdem bin ich sehr zufrieden 😀

Reliable Bluetooth connectivity is terrible.
The app continually drops fat too often. The left hearing aid can’t connect to the app. To correct I turn the phone off and restart the phone. Sometimes this works sometimes not. If this fails I have to delete the app, reinstall and go through the pairing sequence again. Your history of updates seems to constantly refer to improving connectivity but I can’t see any improvement. This is not good enough.

Mise à jour !!!
Depuis la mise à jour mes appareils se déconnectent souvent et je suis obligé redémarrer l’iPhone et l’iPad pour les reconnecter. Ça devient pénible et j’utilise souvent les appareils pour les appels professionnels !! A régler ce problème d’urgence !!!
Drops out
Thus app worked well for the first 6 months. Now the sound drops out on the left hearing aid several times a day usually when I take a phone call, or use other apps. Need to switch phone off then on. Inconvenient

I have been dealing with Beltone for fifteen years. They are always very accommodating and easy to deal with. Great Product!

App continually does not connect with one or two hearing aids despite being deleted and reloaded.

iOS 15 update????
When will there be an update for iOS15? The app fails to find my hearing aids or drops out frequently during the day, rendering it useless! Very frustrating when I can’t stream to my hearing aids, which was one of the reasons I got these hearing aids.

Capita che Non riesco a capire l’audio della tv (colpa del programma o del canale?) Non capisca le parole del mio interlocutore ( parla con scarso labiale o troppo sottovoce?) Negli ambienti affollati senta i rumori piu fastidiosi e non percepisce i suoni che mi interessano( è normale?). Se si potessero correggere questi handicapp, vivrei meglio e sari piu soddisfatto dei miei apparecchi. Biagio Prestianni.
Pericolosa inaccessibilità con VoiceOver
Buongiorno. Sto provando da qualche giorno gli apparecchi acustici Beltone Amaze e ho riscontrato problemi di accessibilità con VoiceOver (screen reader di Apple per non vedenti) . Alcuni pulsanti non sono etichettati e quindi un utente non vedente come me non può sapere quale sarà il loro effetto diventando estremamente pericoloso poiché se qualcosa viene modificato è difficile tornare indietro. Inoltre allo scorrere del dito attraverso i vari controlli del l’interfaccia, capita che le regolazioni cambino in automatico senza dare all’utente la possibilità di confermare la scelta attraverso i click dei pulsanti e questo risulta totalmente ingestibile per chi utilizza VoiceOver. Spero risolviate al più presto. Grazie e buon lavoro.

I can hear you now
Everything about my experience was fantastic from the service from the detailed explanations of how hearing works and the testing. The follow up after they were in my hands was fantastic and the crew were wonderful in helping me with all of the transitions. Without hesitation I readily recommend it them to others and they have already bought their set. I can hear you now!

Moins bien depuis IOS 15
Application me donnant tout satisfaction mais c’est moins bien depuis le passage à la version IOS 15. Lorsque l’on décroche le téléphone ou que l’on veut écouter sa messagerie, le son passe par défaut dans le téléphone et il faut activer le passage à l’audio dans les appareils.

Gentilissimi, Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento l’app non rimane attiva nei task. Ogni volta che la si richiama perde la connessione Bluetooth e deve ripristinarla.
Disparition réglage des voies du récepteur TV5
Depuis quelques jours disparition des voies jaune du récepteur TV5 même après avoir rechargé la dernière mise à jour. Les voies restent quelque minutes et puis disparaissent pour ne laisser place qu’à plusieurs écrans indiqués multimédia , impossibilité de régler le niveau des voies TV Pouvez vous me donner une solution ? Nu må i altså få opdateret jeres app så der fungere sammen med appels iOS 13.2. Opdateringen fra appel er snart 4 uger gammel.

This latest update is horrible
I have had my beltone for almost one year using this app. Has updates occasionally. This current one keeps rejecting my hearing aids. As soon as I go to anything else on my iPhone it disconnects my hearing aids from this program and Bluetooth. I really dislike this and need this program fixed. I have been wearing hearing aids for 15 years so am not a novice.

App’en virker ikke med ios 13 og ios 13.1 ? Den virker fint på min ipad med ios 12.4.1 Det er et stort problem for mig, håber problemet snart blir løst Mvh. Bjarne Busk Har lige opdateret min iPhone til ios 13.2??? Virker stadig ikke? Hvis jeg lukker for appen eller gen starter Telefonen, så skal appen fjernes, og installeres igen. Min tålmodighed er ophørt Mine høre apparater er Beltone Amaze til den nette sum af 33.000kr PS: tror sku ik’ udvikleren af appen læser med her?????
