Terrible after paying $350 for 4 bottles of Martel xo swift and only got 1
App won’t open
First it forces you to enable notifications. And then when you enable them, it keeps telling you that you’ve already enabled them and won’t open the app. This app is junk.
5* when shipping is cheaper
Good prices on products. Great sales on premium spirits when promotions are run. Would’ve given them 5 stars but shipping cost are pricier than most others
Too Many Bugs
Can’t select all items and add to cart in the bundle section. App crashes every time going though pages..
Glitches
App is usable but needs further updates to fix glitches. It would be nice to be able to narrow down brands, proofs, bottle size etc.
The best price for quality booze
Love this place, but my clients booze here
Goofball app not working properly
Buggy and frustrating
Bundle Builder is not working
Unable to add to to bundle third item because scrolling is limited. Window with builder progress prevents to scroll down to click “Add to bundle” the third item.
Glitches
The structure of the looks good, but it glitches a lot. Meaning, the pages freezes and I always find myself having to close the app and then reopening in able to keep using. Now this is more personal on how I would like for the app to work, but I don’t like the filter options it provides. For example, when I want to search for bourbons or scotch it forces you to break it down further in order to look through the spirits the store has. I would like to have a broader search option instead of having to have a specific search. The option is good to have if it was an option.

Scam— coupon doesn’t work
They offer a $5 coupon for your first order in the app and then it doesn’t even work at checkout. Complete scam.
Great place
I like their prices and how fast they send your purchases
Very Glitchy
I love Remedy. Great service, but the app is very glitchy every time I use it. Would rather use the website. I also used the $5 coupon for downloading the app, but didn’t receive the discount. They also want to penalize for not being able to track across apps… Really?
Good Business
Good Prices And Good Shipping And Good Service
Gift cards
I wanted to purchase a gift card for one of my clients and when I was getting ready to pay, they wanted to charge tax - on a gift card! That means double tax on the same card, because when anyone uses it, they’ll have to pay tax again! Gotta be a California rip-off. Total Wine, here I come!
Good
Nice
Comply broken. Fails to launch
Completely broken. Shows a black screen then an error 5 times then empty white screen.
