Shady developer that unnecessarily tracks and steals your data. I started getting alerts about being hacked right after downloading this game. I deleted the game and the hack alerts stopped. I’m leaving this negative review and also reporting it to Apple.

Has Stopped Providing Daily Bonus Puzzle
I’m on Genie level 12 and the Daily Bonus Puzzle no longer appears so no hints can be earned until a pack is finished. No indication why this has changed. This is a fun challenging game but earning free hints is needed.

The Only Differences That I Would Make
I love this game and how it’s set up. The only differences that I would make regarding the gameplay are to control the difficulty levels, and have players suggest topics.
Are you doing any updates on this game?
I liked playing this word game but by the time I reached level 6, it no longer provided hints for correctly solving the puzzles without using hints. There are no rules written for why hints are no longer awarded after winning a game or level. Can you correct this problem?

Terrible Customer Service
I have made lots of attempts to report not getting the daily puzzle where I can win hints, but have not gotten one reply. Answer your back to our email to explain this to us. It’s become very frustrating trying to get your attention!

Great game…..
My only reason for withholding one star, is because each time you start to play you have to start from very baby baby beginning. You should be able to start at some much harder sets.
Glitch
Dwarf level 20 can not find words. Help page don’t match puzzle. Enjoying challenge till hitting a brick wall.

I am on Knight 19/20. I used to love this game but for the last 3 weeks it has stopped giving me the daily puzzle which helps me to receive hints for completing the other puzzle. Very disappointing.

Daily puzzle
It quit giving me daily puzzles for free hints. Must be a way to try to force me to buy. I contacted with issue but was ignored. Unfortunately i am on SS. I will have to delete game instead. Enjoyed playing before that.
Opinion of game
The game is great. I only gave it a 4 star rating because the “daily puzzle” disappeared and customer service failed to respond when questioned.
Addictive
Some have actually tricked me, as you can see several different words hidden, but it's quite good . Although I don't think the hints help me much because of the way in which I figure them out.
