Not Great
Extremely glitchy, crashes constantly, cannot change logo for the life of me, makes the whole experience sub par. For the rates they charge i expected better

The app hangs and logs me out off the app, need more improvements and fix

The app suddenly shutsdown whenever i try to upload my civil ID

عملي وممتاز وخدماته كثيرة لكن دايما يعلق وكثير يطلعك من البرنامج و محرك البرنامج جداً ضعيف وبدائي
خدمة ممتازة و مميزة
من اقوى البرامج الي استخدمتها للفواتير، جربت وايد برامج و خدمات لكن مافي شيء حصلته احسن من البرنامج هذا و دائما يردون علي اذا احتجت شيء من فريقهم حيل خدومين و يطيبون الخاطر شكرا فريق تاب على خدمة العملاء 😍
سيء ويخيب الظن مع الأسف
بكل صراحة، من غير المقبول أن يكون تطبيق شركة بحجم Tap بهذا المستوى البدائي. التطبيق يعاني من مشاكل جوهرية تستدعي تحديثاً عاجلاً، وهيكلته بالكامل من جديد. أبرز الملاحظات: 1. لا يمكن تعديل المعلومات الشخصية أو معلومات الحساب – وهذا أمر أساسي يجب توفره في أي تطبيق مالي. 2. لا يمكن إضافة معلومات بنكية – وهي من أهم الوظائف المتوقعة من التطبيق. 3. عند اختيار أي خيار تعديل، التطبيق يغلق فجأة – تجربة المستخدم غير مستقرة إطلاقاً. 4. الواجهة معقدة وتفتقر إلى السلاسة – وكأن التطبيق لم يُختبر جيداً قبل إطلاقه. 5. اللون الأحمر المستخدم مزعج جداً للعين – وكان من الأفضل الالتزام بألوان الهوية البصرية للموقع: الأبيض، الأصفر، والأسود فقط. التطبيق حالياً لا يليق أبداً باسم Tap، ويجب على الشركة أن تعيد النظر بشكل جذري في التصميم والأداء. نأمل أن يتم تحسين التجربة قريباً بما يتناسب مع تطلعات المستخدمين.

Little slow unless unoptimized
I haven’t tried their service yet because I still have doubts, they ask for my banking details however it is very slow. Took me 1 hour to just to access my account after Touch ID verification. And switching to other pages or tabs is also very slow. I will wait for the app to be finished/polished then use it properly otherwise, sorry I will have to find another similar solution they have to offer. Just a little addition. I have tried to make a goSell! account but after filling in the details and clicking “Next” (click because I am using my computer’s web browser) it just shows me a little loading icon that just spins infinitely. Please fix! And I’ll happily continue to use your apps to build my own personal business and give back many positive opinions/feedback/reviews.

Absolutely disappointed
Had my account for the past month and couldn’t do anything useful, support link leads me to a blog of stupid articles. The app ask for an id to be uploaded every time I login and it crashes when I try to add the ID. Why on earth it ask for an id to begin with when the account is already verified and activated by abshr ?! Support is NON EXISTING

The worst application ever The app is not working for more than a week and i am losing customers and the support is not helping me And everyday the say today we will solve the issue but the dont.

Errors with new update
New items: all photo options lead to capture from camera. And even if you do choose camera to capture an image, the app will shut down. Please fix
