I hate this
Horrible
Horrible app, downloaded on my daughters phone for school and after update it started glitching. Now the phone is locked, won’t access WiFi or network and I have done everything to unlock it. Can’t use a parent access code when the app is blocking the data network to the phone! I highly discourage anybody from using this app, unless you want your child’s phone to lock up and you as the parent be unable to control it.

Исчезла кнопка Позвонить у ребенка, когда тел находится в заблокированном по расписанию режиме, телефон редми 13с. Раньше была, она очень нужна. Может можно настроить?

Но после обновления пропало приложение Телефон на заблокированном экране. Теперь ребенок не может позвонить.

Very Efficient Parental Controls
I love the parental controls very easy to use and immediately control whenever a protocol is updated. I just wish the Chromebook was more compatible with School applications.

всем привет,в детстве моя мама установила мне это приложение,и я его возненавидела. оно было у меня почти 5 лет,пока я чуть ли не рыдая попросила маму удалить ,вместо этого проверять мой телефон. Сейчас прошло уже 5 лет с того момента,и я решила после покупки нового телефона отдать своему 5 летнему братику свой старый телефон,сделала аккаунт,и все такое,но на этот раз я решила сама установить младшему братику ,которому 5 лет, фэмили линк,ограничений нет,кроме того я все разрешаю ему скачивать.для маленьких детей оно правда подходит,пока ребенок сам осознанно не поймет,что телефон это чисто для развлечения и общения. когда мой младший брат пойдет в 1 класс я обязательно удалю ему его,ведь на своем опыте знаю какие дети бывают жестокие и призирают это,а потом ребенок замыкается в себе

Es ist schade, dass es seitens der Software keine Möglichkeit gibt, auch nach den Erreichen des 16ten Geburtstags die Beschränkungen zum Schutz der Jugendlichen beizubehalten.
A little disappointed
I use this for my 11 year old son’s tablet. It goes everywhere with him. I wish it was more like Life360, in real time. I find it often delayed and inaccurate. Like his school is about 5 minutes away. I will get a notification that he left school and he arrived home at the same time. Also, addresses are not accurate even when I have set the family place (school).. which I have to wonder sometimes if thats why the notifications are off because its not even picking up the correct address. It also seems like it takes a while to update even when I know he’s gone.

This app is amazing and I wish I had it on everything! Keeps my kids safe from weird websites & apps easy to use! Easy to control time and doesn’t hit me up for $!!!!
Pésima app
Para hacer cambio es una app 0 intuitiva Te mantiene en bucles entre chrome y family link y no puede hacer mucho. Tengo mas de 30 años y Creo que Nunca había dado una mala reseña pero en realidad es asquerosa esta app lastima que tenga que seguir usándola hasta que solucione 2 cuentas que tengo hace años y están por eliminármelas dice que en 28 dias serán eliminadas solo por que les dio la gana Espero no volver a usar nada de Google para mis correos.

App broken
App no longer opening. Stays on Home Screen for long times, up to 5 mins or doesn’t open at all. Force close doesn’t work. No updates pending. Deleted and redownloaded but still takes a long time to load. Frustrating. Not sure why you say to contact you, there’s clearly a bug or issue with the app for iPhones. Please trouble shoot and fix!!

Algumas coisas são bem ruins, tipo o WhatsApp fica liberando só se for ilimitado, se eu coloco o WhatsApp pra usar por 4h dia ele bloqueia com o tempo de uso diário(independente de ter usado por apenas 20min) mas se for ilimitado ele funciona além do tempo diário. A localização é bugada.

Wenn man Einstellungen ändern möchte, muss man oft lange suchen. * Feedback-Funktion: Es fehlt eine direkte Kontakt- oder Nachrichtennote in der App, über die Eltern Wünsche und Feedback unkompliziert weitergeben können. * Flexible App-Limits: Die Zeitsteuerung ist zu starr. Möchte man bestimmte nützliche Apps (wie z. B. eine Schach-App) außerhalb der allgemeinen täglichen Bildschirmzeit freigeben, muss man das Limit bisher auf „unbegrenzt" stellen - was dazu führt,dass das Kind nur noch diese App nutzt. Hier fehlt eine individuelle Zeitbegrenzung pro App unabhängig vom gesamtlimit. Ich hoffe sehr auf zukünftige Updates und Verbesserungen!

I’m not able to get the app to open
I’ve had this ever a while and I used to love it but now I cannot even seem to get it to open to give my daughter a little bit more downtime. If you could please help me I’m not sure what to do if I wanna install the app so this will take all my daily away. I don’t remember the password so I don’t want to disable or delete it. What do I do???
Cannot Limit YouTube Account Use Across All Devices
I want to be able to put a time limit for YouTube across all devices. You cannot restrict time on a device like a Samsung TV with this app.

Perdi as contas de quantas vezes eu preciso abrir rapidamente e não vai. Fecha tudo, reinicia o celular e nada. Isso que sempre mantenho atualizado. Por favor, melhorem. Nem que precise uma versão premium.

My daughter spends too much time on her phone and this app is perfect for limiting her screen time! She’s learning to tie knots and she told me she wants to make a swing on her ceiling❤️ its amazing how creative she’s getting! But she hasn’t come out of her room for a while. I hope she’s making new crafts!
Broken
Update 8/26: knocking this down to a 1 star because the app still will not load at all. It’s been probably about 2 months now. Support team: you are not even reading the reviews. WE CANNOT GO TO THE HELP SECTION BECAUSE THE APP LITERALLY DOESN’T OPEN TO DO SO! Original review: This app has been broken for a few weeks now. I can’t even open it on my iPhone. It just sits on the logo screen. I found a workaround, where I can go to the website and use that but please fix the app!
