While playing this game on two occasions, the game froze. When I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, the game restarted at the first level, even though I signed back in. Now, there are more ads and they’re longer in length. Today is the last day I play this game.
Best Game ever but…
This game walked with me through so many boring trainings and all sorts of stuff. I’ve played this game for years. Beat game ever!! But now, the game keeps freezing. It won’t even let me play. It will freeze in the middle of the game. I closed all apps, made sure I’m up to date, even on 100% charged. After trying everything I could do, I have to say goodbye to stop my frustration. That’s you Bold Moves for all you’ve done for my brain.
FIX THE GLITCHES
Love this game and it’s my daily stress relief. When bold moves + got removed I downloaded this a few weeks ago and when I tell you I can BARELY play a game without it crashing I’m not understating it. It’s insanely frustrating and no fix they have offered has been helpful. Severely disappointed

This game has been released for several years and I was surprised to see 500 is the current limit. Thought it would be into the thousands. And considering you lot keep using Ai 🙄, I assumed you’d throw something into a generator and go from there.

I wrote the review below approximately 8 years ago. I always come back to this game! Haven’t played it in 5 years or so… it’s SO much better. Bugs have been worked out, not as sensitive to the touch and is challenging but doable. Thanks for all the great work. I continue to enjoy this game! I love Oprah! I also love the inspiration of the game. I would encourage others to download it as it is lots of fun to a certain point. This is the 3rd time I’ve downloaded it... I’ve deleted this game from my iPhone twice before. In the past it’s gotten challenging to the point I can’t go on. I’m not new to match 3 games... I’m in the thousands on levels on candy crush and gardenscapes. I’m excited the rewards system is being improved. I haven’t been able to download them and have been stuck on a level for quite some time. I was going to delete the game again, until I saw the latest update. I want to encourage the developers to continue their good work in making improvements. It’s a great start!

App gets stuck & is unplayable and you lose all the rewards you worked hard to earn and ads take up entire screen & will not let you off without sending to to purchase them or you have to quit game & restart & adds are located where you click on screen to start game so that it will attempt to keep auto charge any credit cards you have in apple wallet when is fraudulent

Would give 5 🌟 if I could get an ad free version for one payment instead of Apple Arcade monthly paid service. Love this game!
Glitches!
The game has started freezing and flickering this week! There is no way to get out of the frozen or flashing screen other than closing the game which loses the turn and any special powers you used. What is going on here? Is there an update needed for the latest iOS update?

Pay for no Ads!
I paid over $6. to remove ADs. What I’ve discovered is that when I start to play I’m faced with an Ad, and it’s LONG! When I get to the 3 more tries option you still have to watch an Ad but it’s very Long again. I wrote to support but it didn’t go far! Plus the kicker is I’ve played this game for years. When there were zero Ads! Except the 3 try at the end, but it was quick. NOT WORTH IT to pay for no Ads.
WHY???
Why did you have to go and ruin a very good thing? Oh yeah, greed! Previously with Bold Moves 2, you couldn’t spend money. I have gone through all 500 levels countless times. Now suddenly everywhere you turn is $$, and far fewer chances to clear the levels in hopes of motivating you to pay to continue. Not happening here, and I am extremely disappointed.

Play game to “ 87 and it kicks me out. I’ve been waiting months for it to be fixed. They tell me to stop sending complaints because I’ll be put to the back list.

The new version added automatic ads and we have to pay to remove them. They were not there in the last version. I am very disappointed that you added all these pop up ads and are making us pay to remove them. There were enough ads before. Now it’s almost unplayable. Unless I pay.

This was my all time favorite game. I played it through Apple Arcade but just this morning I got a notification that it is no longer available. I found it in a non-arcade game but with ads and more info collected. Now I’ll have to find something else. Thumbs down.
Love the game but doesn’t download anymore
I reached and did level 500 a couple of years ago, but still love to play the challenges every week or so and get my daily reward. I have opened the game every day for over almost 3 years, to get my daily rewards. But... since two days ago, the game only downloads to 95% and then freezes. Please fix it! Thank you!

I like the game because it is challenging mentally But at each level there is an ad that’s so annoying in between each level comes the ad. It takes away from you really enjoying the game.

As much as I enjoy this game, you have to watch repeated interminable ads for other games in order to keep playing. That presents an insulting challenge: How much abuse of your time will you accept, before you draw the line? Sorry to go, but there’s no alternative.

Game Freezes
I’ve played this game for many years and have never had a problem until recently. I have an iPhone 16 Pro, currently running iOS 26.5 and suspect it could be related. The freezing starts either while the game is loading or during the first few moves of a newly started game and it requires force closing and restarting the app. Do you have an update to fix this? Willing to change my review and give max stars if you can fix this.

After years of playing no longer fun
I’ve played since its launch but in the past several months it’s no longer fun. For many games, level 4 is almost impossible to get past. If I do spend the money for a lot of moves and boosts to make it to 7, then level 8 is virtually impossible. I’m abandoning many games now and will find myself playing less.
My gems disappeared
I had 160 gems yesterday and today my gems are at 60. Is this a ploy to get me to purchase more gems?

Freezes constantly
Lately the game has been randomly freezing and it’s frustrating how frequent it is. It often happens when I’m in the middle of solving a puzzle. I contacted support and was told it’s a known issue with no ETA for a fix. No point in playing when the game could freeze at any moment.

Good game but very frustrating at times
I agree with the majority of reviews, so annoying that you only get 9 lives, I will not spend money to play on. Also very frustrating when you see a move to make before the creeper takes a tile & you cannot make your move as you show what you have just played when you are ready to make your next move, woooosh & the move has gone. More bonuses are needed to help but not too many as you would loose the challenge & would be spoilt the game 18thJune After paying for a few months my above views agave not changed. The additional idea is when we get our daily bonus is that we get to use it at anytime we chose during the game, not having to use it at the start I’m up to 284 level it is getting boring practically impossible to clear the board without spending more money to complete the level, I have spent enough, enjoyed playing but it’s got to the point that I’m going to stop playing as I find more enjoyment doing jigsaws. I know games get harder as you get further into the game but the enjoyment has now gone passed that. Sorry but I’ve had enough!!!!
Relaxing game
I love this game absolutely one of my favourites but it keeps freezing and I’m on my third download and have lost so many levels and rewards this will have to be my last try I love the game but loosing my position from level 158 to starting over is frustrating
Used to be fun
This game used to be fun, but now there are so many glitches AND there’s an ad every couple of minutes. I’ve played this game every day for about 5 years but it’s become so frustrating with all the ads, I’m going to call it quits. Too frustrating!

My one and only complaint...takes so long to acquire new “lives”...c’mon. I just get going, especially on the more difficult ones and just when I’m really getting ahead...out of lives. Have to wait for half hour or so.
Miss the old version.
I have played this game for years and really miss the previous version. Have let to figure out the life preserver. What does it do? How do you access it? Have found zero info on app.
Not working
I love this game. However it’s been a week now ( I have a busy work schedule and only okay while on break), I’ve been trying to start the game was at level 113 and the game won’t start. Biggest mistake I did was delete the app and reinstalled it and I thought the game saved my data but it brought me back to level 1. Anyways played some levels then ended the game. The next day I tried to play it and again it’s not working. Start up screen saying “red games co.” With an eye froze for about a minute then closes on its own then I clicked it again and still froze and closes. Something is wrong and needs to be fixed.
The game is very vibrant.
I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10.
Too many ads! Don’t buy into the $6.99 remove ads SCAM!
The audacity to offer users to PAY to stop the annoying over the top ads only to find that it STILL DOES NOT STOP the multiple, lengthy ads! It is beyond annoying. I have zero interest in purchasing ANYTHING from ANY of the ads you shove in our faces after only three rounds of game play! It destroys the fun of the game!

Love the game but do get stuck on some games for a long time. I note that it says you get more gifts, the longer you play, but that doesn't seem to,happen, and if you don't watch the attached video advertising other games, you only get 2 out of the 3 gifts that were in your gift box. Don't like the creepy crawly plant thingies.
Higher levels don’t work
I have used this app for almost a year. Every time I get to some of the higher apps it begins to have problems. The game freezes, the screen does funny things and you can’t purchase any bonus helpers you need to move on. The worst part is I’ve been charged for helpers but I don’t get them nor did I use my apple password to allow it. It just charges my credit card. This could be a fun game but right now it’s just a big rip off as far as I’m concerned.
Game Ads Lower the Bar
I’ve used this game for years now and enjoy the uplifting quotes. Not so much the increasingly degrading game ads that pop up - women ineffectually dealing with family tragedies and house repairs and crying in despair in front of children seems beneath the OWN brand. If they continue, I’ll be moving on.
