Good for a beginner’s
I been ordering their products since 2024, always order from them. I sell them On my website and on my booth. Everybody has different experience, but Before you buy you gotta know your product material since they always put the product material on the details, you gotta know how you buy your inventory for your business, You gotta know how you price your inventory before you buy them. In my experience I been making more profit using this company than using alibaba. You gotta have a plan when you need to start selling before buying them and come up for a shipping method.
Ropa falsa
La ropa es de pésima calidad, cuando haces el reclamo de la mala calidad recibida siempre te ignoran tus reclamos tratan de hacer una réplica de ropa de alta calidad, pero lo que vende esta compañía es más malo que SHEIN no se dejen engañar por fotos son una pésima compañía
Takes too long to receive my packages
I have been shopping with this company for years! I love everything that I have ever purchased but I always receive my items a month later or more. That irritates me so bad! They reminds me of Wish! It’s all about the time.

great prices for something that doesn’t even come in. i ordered a dress over a month ago for a senior session and still have not received it. there is no way to track the package except through asking customer service. hoping i didn’t get scammed. after reading other reviews im quite nervous
No favorites options
I have not ordered yet however I plan on ordering really soon! My only dislike about this app is that there is no favorites option! It would be really nice if I could see something I like and add it to a wish list or a favorites list so I can purchase it later instead of having to waste storage in my phone by screenshoting it! I will be making another updated review after I purchase! I also have a YouTube channel were I will be doing reviews on the things that I’ve purchased!

Terrible so far…
I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping that I did not receive. As of now, “Grace”, which is mostly automated responses, says she will communicate with the team about my refund. This is my first experience either this company and so far I will not be returning, am only downloading the app to track my order, that was short on inventory.
Long processing and shipping times, but always pleased with order.
I have made several purchases now through FashionTIY and I have become incredibly pleased. My first order I didn’t quite understand how the processing worked through logistics and things and was somewhat frustrated, but once customer service explained it to me I now know what to watch for and it seems to me that my orders process faster and faster each time. Shipping times have always been shorter than what is estimated. I have been very pleased with the items that I have received. Everything has been exactly as pictured and my customers have loved the items. I have had a few items in one order that ended up being out of stock at the warehouse, but eventually they processed the information and sent my refund for the items as well as shipping. I definitely recommend FashionTIY if you have the time and patience to wait for processing and shipping.
Not good for a business
The clothes are not good quality. Often doesn’t look like the pictures. Takes too long to arrive with how much you’re paying for shipping. Needs a lot of improvements. Chine based, will ruin your businesses reputation.
Package on the way
So at first my review was at one star because I paid extra money for shipping and my items was still in the warehouse after 10 days. However, the company did contact me back which is very professional of them and also offered me a discount on my next purchase for the wait. Now I am just waiting for the clothes to come and hope they are in good condition.
Very satisfied.
The items were as expected. I ordered a bunch of kids clothes and two sets of kids dishes. All are so cute and seem to be quality for what I paided per item. They are baby clothes so probably won’t take much abuse so I’m sure they’ll be great. The shipping took 42 days but you have to expect that when shipping from china. Customer service was very communicative and sent actual pictures when packing. Thought that was very good of them and made me trust them. I did have one item that was out of stock in one size so they immediately refunded me the amount on my credit card when they packaged up for shipping. That was very responsive. Will definitely order again.
Not What I Expected – Hoping for Improvement
I am currently going through an issue with this company, and my experience has been frustrating so far. They sent me pictures of the items before shipping, but the products already show several issues: 1. The items appear wrinkled and look nothing like the high-quality images advertised on their website. 2. One item is the wrong shade of blue compared to what I ordered. 3. Two items are completely incorrect — one is a random suit I never ordered, and the other is a poor imitation of the original design I selected. On top of this, their communication has been poor and unhelpful. I’ve reached out to address these problems, but I’ve yet to receive a satisfactory solution or any confirmation about when my order will actually arrive. I’m hoping that when my items are finally shipped, they will be correct, but based on my experience so far, I’m not confident. I wouldn’t recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to meet basic quality standards.
Hit and miss
This company is hit and miss. Some clothes are great and some not so much. I did 2 orders to give this company a chance and I am out! They don’t let you review each item. And labels are blurred out! Probably because they are misspelled!! Yep! And they will not do returns, so just know that out of the gate. You can customize your labels which is nice. But if the clothes are crap, it kind of defeats the purpose. Shipping is at least 3-4 weeks so just know that when you order. Doesn’t really matter what you pick and you must pay for it each time. And it’s expensive!!!! There are so many other wholesale companies that are better. Go find them and save your sanity and money!

I haven’t ordered anything
I haven’t ordered anything from here, I decided to read the reviews first… and based on the way they treat their customers and the high shipping prices. I’ll pass. “Based on your online name that you made up, we didn’t find your account and your probably not a real customer. lol stop it.
Not worth it
I will not be shopping on this wholesale app again. The pants didn’t come as pictured they ran to small and when I discussed the issue with the customer service department they told me two let my customers order a size up. I should not be telling my customers such things as it defeats the purpose. They then went on to give me excuses and telling me to provide them with the measurements of the pants which did not make any sense. I wasted my money & missed out on profit because of terrible sizing and production of the item. I wouldn’t recommend you to shop here as you are not promised to get what you see, be careful.
OBSESSED!! I RECEIVED MY ORDER
I first ordered samples and got my order 2months ago and I just received my third order and everything is perfect,things look exactly as picture and description....Definitely ordering again good start for my business
Unprofessional
I placed an order and received a lady by the name of Grace so I stated in my notes if everything not in stock then they can cancel the whole order because I’ve noticed that they will still try and send you like for example I ordered 19 pieces and they only had 10 pieces which is a waste of shipping and handling. So the lady Grace keeps on for some reason giving me problems as if she doesn’t respect my decision for my money so now this will be my last time doing business with this merchant because they will send you wrong colors or better yet send you a refund for half the order when it’s a waste of your money. I’m very disappointed at how they try and play ppl when I’ve been doing business with this merchant for a while now but this is it.
Needs To Invest In Flat Rate Shipping
This company has great inventory just need to invest in flat rate or free shipping, hard to order product when shipping cost $45 on a $50 order...

Lack of understanding/Slow reply times
So you get a personal agent, which is good. But there response time is very slow,Ordered wide leg for woman’s I requested a return/refund my agent over messaged my request. Slow reply sometimes 3+ days to reply. Also have to ask multiple questions to get a 1word/sentence response.When you’re trying to run a successful business you must talk to manufacturers to ensure the quality of your clothes/designs. Overall not a good experience. I even requested a new agent, and Judy(my agent) hasn’t replied in 4 days to ensure. And I am disappointed I can push through with a manufacturer after thinking it would be better.
Clothes way too small
Let me save you some time and money either don’t order from here or order 3 sizes to big just ordered an XL and I typically wear a large. It was way to small and would not even fit my girlfriend who wears a small or medium.
Best pages to buy bags
My experience on the page was always very good, since I began to investigate it I realized that it was reliable and not to mention that its prices are quite cheap in my opinion, I think it is one of the best pages to buy bags, they always made me feel safe with everything
Low quality
I have just deleted the app. The only things they are good for are some cotton T-shirts. Very poor quality control. It’s like gambling, maybe you will win and get something decent, maybe you’ll be a Loser. I am not going to order from them anymore. I’d rather save my money and buy 1 quality item from a local mall then 10 items from them that will go to a donation box.
PLEASE UPDATE APP!!
I haven’t put in an order yet, but can you guys please make it to where you can swipe to delete products in your cart instead of manually having to change each quantity to zero just to delete it. Also have a favorites/“saved for later” option for the things you will get later instead of having to remove from cart and end-up having to find the product all over again .
THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!
I honestly wish I could upload screenshots to show you all how customer service is handling this current issue I’m dealing with. So, I ordered my items in January and receive d a month or so later. I realized they sent me the right style of sandals but the wrong color. I order gold they sent silver. I reached out to customer service March 6,2023 and showed them pictures of what I ordered vs what I received. She stated, “ The gold sandals were turned into silver due to the negligence of the order operation center staff.” She offered a coupon for my next order but I told her I didn’t plan on using their platform again, and that I would much rather return the items and be refunded. She told me I would get a partial refund and here it is April 4,2023 and I have yet to receive anything. I’ve been communicating back and forth with this lady and now she tells me that “ I’m pretty sure the refund has been deposited.” I checked my bank transactions for all of March and nothing. “Pretty sure” is not a definite and they can’t even give me a date that it was allegedly refunded smh. NEVER AGAIN will I use them.
Love it !
Products were exactly the same as images. I’ve order three large shipments and received them with no issues. It is coming from China so you really have to figure out the time frame you’d want them to come in, for me it was max 2 months for my orders to come in(sea cargo). If you want it ASAP it’s gonna cost ya a pretty penny, planning is key!! Customer service is excellent and very patient. Will order again!
DO NOT TRUST
I ordered my birthday outfit 2 months in advance for my birthday. 2 months wasn't even enough for this company. If you run a business, please think twice before dealing with them and read all the reviews. Do you want a business you worked so hard for to have a vendor like this? A vendor who ships your items whenever they feel like it? No customer service agent to actually help you? Lying saying that they've shipped your order? They blamed corona virus for months... That was even their excuse when covid died down. That is still their excuse til this day. Please be careful with them. Take your time to find better vendors with better quality, faster shipping and great customer service.. They're out there!!!
