غريبه الاسعار أغلى ف التطبيق مع انه تابع لهم ، شرح اكثر تحت الصور وعدد القطع هيّا موجودة لكن لست ف كل منتج وبتفاصيل ادق وكمان ممكن تكون شروحات شيقة اكثر

مع كامل احترامي وتقديري لكن الاسعار مرتفعة جدًا، كنت اضن الارتفاع بسبب تطبيقات التوصيل لكن لقيت الاسعار في تطبيقكم عالية كذلك

Apple Pay showed 23 SAR payment and the app pulled 45 SAR this happened twice
The app showed my payment as “Failed,” and the transaction did not appear correctly in Apple Pay. Thinking the issue was with my card, I tried again using a second card. Later, after leaving the app, I received notifications that both cards had been charged. What makes this worse is that I was charged 45 SAR on each card, while the discounted price I was supposed to pay was only 23 SAR. To make matters even more frustrating, the complaints/support system does not seem to work, leaving me with no way to properly report the issue or get help. How can a failed transaction result in charges being made to two different cards, and for an amount higher than the discounted price? This is extremely frustrating and needs to be addressed immediately. This is humiliating and disgusting

خدمة العملاء عن طريق الهاتف. سيئة برود في التجاوب مع العميل ،، السائق يستلم الطلب ويدور ويوصل على البيوت كذا طلب يكون برد. الاكل 👎🏼

الفرع يبعد عن المنزل مسافة ٢.١ كم ومنطقتي خارج منطقة التوصيل واكثر من ٣ فروع تبعد عني مسافة بين. ٤ كم و ال ٥ كم. !!!

There used to be an option to pay on pick up with cash they got rid of it after the update Now you are forced to pay with credit card or Apple Pay, some people don’t want to add their credit card or Apple Pay in order to order a meal now, I have to wait 10 minutes for the order instead of making them prepare it. Thanks to the new update.

المشكلة لمن اسوي تسجيل دخول واكتب الرقم والكود بعدها تجيني شاشة بيضه ولايميديك تسجل دخول ولا تكمل بيانات ولا تطلب !!

التطبيق ماينفع بوضعه الحالي
المطعم جدا ممتاز لكن التطبيق فيه مشاكل ، لازم لازم يشتغلون عليه ولا يحذفونه مو نحمله ونطلب ونتوهق ، مو عملي ابد ابد اذا اكتمل طلبي باحذف التطبيق ، لان التوفير مايسوى عليّ القلق اللي يجي معه ، اكلمهم مايردون ، واذا اخترت طلب جديد ردوا قلت ابي الغيه حولوني على ناس برضو مايردون !!!
