I would like to share a suggestion regarding eSIM services and customer convenience. It would be extremely useful if Zong could introduce a feature in the My Zong App that allows customers to convert their physical SIM into an eSIM directly, without visiting a franchise or collecting a physical QR code. Many global telecom operators already provide in-app or online SIM to eSIM conversion, making the process fast, secure, and fully digital. Adding this feature would significantly improve the user experience, especially for customers using modern smartphones and eSIM-only or dual-SIM devices. Benefits of this feature include: - Greater customer convenience and time savings - Reduced load on Zong franchises and customer service centers - Better support for eSIM and future smartphone technologies - Stronger positioning of Zong as a digital-first and innovative network Customer verification can still be handled securely via OTP, CNIC verification, or biometric methods within the app. I believe this enhancement would be highly appreciated by Zong users and would strengthen Zong’s digital ecosystem. Login ERROR!
CAN THIS COMPANY PLEASE JUST FIX THE LOGIN ERROR BUG, Automatically Logs out, too many requests, etc etc…. You can bring in z coins and all kinds of BS but not fix the MOST IMPORTANT/CRITICAL PROBLEM WITH THE APP!!!

Not getting activation code
I have been trying to activate my Zong app on my iOS device, it says that I have to enter 6 digit pin which I should have received through SMS which I have not received. I have tried multiple times but not receiving any SMS. Please fix this.

Just installed the app to download tax certificate but although the tax certificate is viewable in a second but unfortunately the developer forgot to add a “share” button to download the tax certificate.

Poor connectivity
Error while switching between 2 profiles
I have a profile for my mobile phone and one for my mobile data device. When I switch between them it throws error “too many requests received try later”. This is a coding bug which needs fixing.
Bug in usage tab
I have subscribed to three packages and when scroll down to third package to unsubscribe it, the screen will move to the first two packages so unable to unsubscribe the third package.

Poor Signal in charsadda Location, Lackluster Support
Despite living near a Zong tower in Charsadda Rajjar, my signal strength is consistently terrible. I've raised the issue with the franchise multiple times to no avail. I cannot recommend Zong's service in this location

Somehow I managed to get a package. Trying to use the app but it keeps crashing. First it loads a lot and then for a flick of second, the app automatically shuts down. Kindly do the needful

The app constantly crashes. I can't even recharge online. Had to use an android phone to do so. Horrible experience.
Get rid of the avatar
The update is great, made it overall easier to find what you need but dear god why the avatar? After eating up Rs. 10 as tax and then still charging tax on bundles, you give us these avatars like it’s a good thing? Where do I even start from about how annoying it is and then there isn’t even an option to remove it! The avatar (all equally creepy) keep popping up to give facial affirmations every time you do something on the app which is so redundant as if we are back at kindergarten being patted on the back for colouring within in the lines. And don’t even get me started with the expressions the avatars give, those creepy smirks every-time I get a bundle as if we just got away with a crime or something. You guys need fire who ever in your marketing department came up with that because this was a terrible and lets be honest absolutely useless addition to make and shame on you for letting it get this far. I’m surprised you guys didn’t jump on the current situation and make them wear masks too to make them “relatable”. This is not a suggestion btw, do not feed this gremlin any further! I can’t even imagine the disappointment the developers who were told to make these went through, they must be going over their life choices thinking where they went wrong to end up making this. Get rid of the avatar or atleast give us the option to get rid of them.

The new design is a lot better. However, there still seems to be teething issues as most things are not loading. Once rectified, this app will be a 5.
