Sürekli donuyor böyle rezil bir uygulama olmaz ya
Bad App!
It’s impossible to sign up for an account for tourists. I am a tourist in Türkiye, I would like to go to Beşiktaş game and I would like to buy a ticket. It’s impossible! This app is the only way to buy soccer game tix and it gives bunch of errors. Either it doesn’t accept the passport number, or your cell number, or your credit card. Total chaos!
Worst app in the world
This app is designed to test your patience, to frustrate you. The most useless, non-intuitive, unhelpful app ever. It’s impossible to sign in, change your phone number without an sms going to your old number that you no longer have access to. How utterly stupid is that? In this day and age how can rubbish apps like this survive? Update a few days later : managed to speak to customer service a few days after I left the initial bad comment. Went through 3 all very friendly people and my problem was solved. Thank you very much to the very nice ladies at Customer Service

Нужно пройти 1000 кругов Ада чтобы попробовать купить билет и все равно не получилось!
Hatalı yazılım
Silmiş olduğum bildirimler her gün tekrar tekrar önüme çıkıyor. Bazen 50 tane bildirim oluyor. Siliyorum ertesi gün gene aynı bildirimler tekrar görünüyor.

The app doesn’t work.
I have been trying for days to get the app to work. I am traveling from overseas to see a Turkish futbol match and the app doesn’t work. I have my digital card set up but you have to have Passo to even get into the stadium..
Very poor
Trying to create an account but not receiving an sms verification (uk based) signing up via the website is just as bad
Teşekkürler

Pişman olduk
Kayıt prosedürü distopiktir. Uygulama, ilkokul mühendisliğinde bir başarıdır. Akıl sağlığınıza değer veriyorsanız ne pahasına olursa olsun kaçının.

App baglanti hatasi
Yurtdisindayken app acilmiyor
Not: telefon iphone 12.
Bad service
Why can’t i have access to my account? Saying the system on maintenance 🤦🏾♂️
Terrible app

Oturum bittiginde app kullanilmaz hale geliyor. Sifreyi dogru yazip girsende hata veriyor. Surekli appi silip tekrar bastan giris yapmak zorunda kaliyoruz
Is this a school project?
This is the first time I’m leaving a review for an app. It's disappointing that this is the only app that lets you purchase a card for stadium access, yet it's riddled with bugs, flaws, and a frustratingly unintuitive interface.
