I noticed the search is unable to populate fully by keyword. The description of service is not accurate for many businesses I have visited.
Scan to pay button not responsive
The scan to pay button has been unresponsive for a few months. Sometimes it will exit the app after I got the button to work and managed to scan. Please look into it.

I no longer have access to my saved cards and cashback. No way to reach out to any agent or operator as the chat is maintained by stupid bots.
Scanner Not Working
The scanner hasn’t been working for days. We’ve only just realised that it becomes responsive when you move your screen.
Weird , jumpy UI control. Unusable for people in a rush to do a simple scan to pay method
Long time user of Fave Pay QR scan to pay method. Seems harder to select scan to pay button option & trigger iOS camera UI. Just realised the finger press results in jumpy button pop out effect and noticeable lag waiting for UI to appear 1-2s after button press event. Appears to be a case of UI cosmetic enhancements being prioritised over actual end user usability?

Unethical
One of the worst payment apps I’ve ever used. I purchased an e-voucher for Hongkong Egglets, but just a few weeks later they ended their partnership with FavePay. As a result, Hongkong Egglets refused to accept my FavePay vouchers. I contacted both the merchant and FavePay multiple times to request a refund, but both stopped responding once I explained the situation. To make matters worse, I’m still receiving promotional emails from Favepay on Hongkong Egglets promo despite being unable to use the vouchers. Very disappointing customer service from both parties.

Cannot login Fave app
I can only enter mobile number. And after I fill in all personal information, it tells me the email is already registered. And then, I need to wait for 12 minutes to get the code again? Come on, please fix. I have money inside!!!!!

Less fun less voucher then before
I using dis since 2016…at that time called Groupon n its has a lot of voucher than nowdays…hope will bring back vouchers like before
Slow customer support / no OTP function in app making it easy to accidentally purchase ecards
Revising my review to upgrade the score since customer support finally responded after more than 2 weeks. Accidentally purchased a non refundable ecard when I put my phone in my pocket with the app open and there was no OTP. Contacted customer service immediately after this happened and asked for refund. CSO was unhelpful and said that they would need 2- 5 days to respond. Waited over 2 weeks and received only automated bot replies. However eventually the customer service did refund to credit card. Hence I am upgrading my rating from one star to three.

Not able to login
I use handphone no to login but could not add credit card information nor make payment for my purchase. Use another email to login and purchase but cant login again after purchase. It was really frustrating
Promo code
Should give more promo code to existin customer as they have proven that they are loyal. New customer is important but existin customer is far more important. Retainin customer is d best policy.

Interesting new app
The offers are amazing plus the chat function makes it even more unique. No need to switch from one app to another!
Not user - friendly
The app should improve on their user interface, and make the informations or ‘fine print’ more interesting and easier to be read. Make sure to filter out the shops before allowing them to come out with an offer . I’ve attended to one shop ‘Pixi dust’ probably operated and owned by Chinese because she or he has an attitude of an uneducated person. I missed out the details of the operation hour, message this mf, double tick but was not replied. This mf could have improve the service by activating automated message, acknowledging and remind about the operation hours . But instead, came off so rude and problematic . Such an embarrassment to the race. And no wonder there is not much deal sold .

Unable to add any credit cards
Not able to add any type of credit cards (VISA/MC/AMEX)! Pressing the next button is totally useless as that button is non responsive and does not bring us to any authentication page.

Lots of cool and great restaurants are on it and tons of dessert options as well! Also, fave pay is pretty cool as well, giving cashback. Looking forward to see bigger brands on it!

E-wallet (failed to link issues)
E-wallet including tng eWallet and boost cannot link successfully with fave pay. Only grab pay can successfully linked with fave. Issues persist more than 1 month. Although many app updates of fave within one month but the issues still persist
Super easy
The app is super easy. Discount was great! Food selection needs to add more of the great cafee or resto just like GoJek

Fave paylater
Really want to use this feature in fave but verification very slow. It say only take 5 minutes but waiting for all day still not verified yet. Will change my rating if this thing fixed thank u. But the apps look so easy to use

Saya sendiri diluar negri dan slma ini pgn bgt ada aplikasi yang bisa beliin hadiah utk tmn ato kluarga diindo. Saya beli makanan utk tmn saya mkn sekeluarga trnyt redeemnya saya harus ditempat. Saya tanya customer service fave trnyt bgtu, disarankan saya kasi masuk tmn saya ke fave pk id saya utk redeem. Sebenernya alangkah baiknya kalau ada "opsi Gift" shg saya beli apapun saya berada di manapun saya bisa belikan utk org lain, jd tmn saya download fave trus saya gift kan voucher yg sdh saya beli ke dia & kmudian muncul di akun fave nya dia utk dia redeem.
