Really useful
I suppose they’ve had a few bug fixes since the last reviews Bluetooth wasn’t working, but then I realised I didn’t have Bluetooth turned on for the app! If Bluetooth doesn’t work, go to settings, look for the app, click on it and turn Bluetooth on I got this hoverboard for Christmas and am really enjoying it For the first couple of days, I hadn’t read the instructions and was riding it backwards! Then downloaded this app and had a ton of fun with the lights and speed settings If you fall off and hurt yourself (even with safety equipment), it doesn’t mean that it is unsafe. If you fall off a bicycle and get hurt with safety equipment, it doesn’t mean that all bicycles are unsafe. It just means you need practice but you’ll get it eventually The gist is, this is a good app. Would recommend. And definitely get one of their hoverboards! They are a ton of fun!

Battery
The battery in the app is not telling me how much power I have left and yesterday I almost fell of because my battery died on me still good but i don’t know why ?

The app is extremely slow. Doesn’t offer compatibility for many of their scooters, and none of their bikes.

There is no option for the G13 hoverboard on the app which sucks But on the good side the battery life is good. And The performance is good.

There is no app support for G13 model. And no communication about it anywhere
App works a treat, albeit after a couple of attempts
App maybe a little glitchy but once I persisted a couple of times Bluetooth connected and colour, speed limiter and adult/child mode all became changeable. Pretty pleased with the options and accessibility to settings!

I can’t get the hoverboard to connect to the app at all. Not to mention the “off roading” capabilities are horrid. Do not recommend

GYROOR has amazing products and my hoover board works great it’s just the app that’s not great they should update it and there Bluetooth
Easy to use
Easy to use, quick to connect. I like that I can control the speed when my kids use the board. It’s nice to turn on the self balancing feature as well!!
G13 model isn’t even listed in the app
Completely useless app. Luckily the board still works without it, even the speaker, you just can’t change the lights.
Why does my hoverboard randomly turn off when I’m on it?
I’ve had it for a long time and it hasn’t done that and I charge it to its full to use it, but it turns off and after I turn it back on after I’ve fallen off thanks to it turning off, it goes back to normal no turn offs after, it’s after I charge it.
Useless
This app randomly freezes in the middle of account creation. It refuses to connect to Bluetooth and is written in broken english. All I wanted was to change the color of my hoverboard. :(

HORRIBLE
Absolutely horrible Chinese app u can tell it’s horribly designed I couldn’t even Bluetooth connect to the hoverboard even though I was literally able to directly connect through Bluetooth in the settings app so either it’s poor functionality or budget cuts but how would they have budget cuts when their howerboards as to poorly plastic designed and overpriced at at 400 dollars well idk
App needs serious improvement
Hoverboard - 10/10 App - 3/10 I only use this app to see how charged my battery is, and occasionally changing the color of the lights when I’m feeling fancy. I’ve tried adjusting the max speed but when I go back to the main screen and re-enter settings, the max speed is set back the where it was before adjusting. In my opinion, this is a major feature that is inoperable. Please fix this issue!

Does more than expected!
I didn’t think anything of this app when I got my bird because I’d never heard of syncing your phone to a hoverboard before, but it has added so many features to my board! Now I can set a personalized speed limit, change the colors, and I can even have multiple boards saved for quick connection! Highly recommend if you want to get the most from your GYROOR Experience!
Worse app ever
The board is awesome, but the app does not connect out of the box. Use the Smart Balance app if you want it to work.

Pretty good app
The app is required for using the GYROOR hoverboard. But it is pretty useful for helping to control the max speed when used by children.

App Simply Doesn’t Work!
I was able to connect the board to the app to control music but nothing else. I can change the settings at all. I can see them but when I attempt to toggle switches, they don’t move. Can’t even see my battery life. It’s useless. Please fix!
