Reservas por IOS
Poderiam atualizar para fazer reservas pelo App, pois não consigo fazer nada a não ser fazer check in. O que facilitaria muito a vida, já que muitas das vezes não estamos com acesso a um computador para reservar a viagem!
Melhoria para o App
Precisa ser desenvolvido uma carteira digital para deixar os cartões salvos no app para compras recorrentes, pois toda compra de passagem, ter que capturar os dados do cartão virtual é horrível. Obs.: Importante também pensarem em criar um sistema de possibilidade de transferir passagens com mais liberdade, inclusive quando perder o dia da passagem, em tempos de Home Office e retorno aos escritórios o retorno ao escritório é dinâmico.

Mal funcionamiento
No me deja ver mis reservas activas ni tampoco las próximas y tampoco me deja cancelarlos y es pérdida de mi dinero. A veces no funciona el posicionamiento GPS.
Problemas de la aplicación
No me deja ver mi reservaciones del día ni las próximas, solo me deja ver la del día en el checking, además de que la app no me deja cancelar los viajes y tengo que dar mi dinero por perdido

Nice concept but clunky
The one thing that the app is based on is Bookings. Guess what you can NOT do through the app? Thats right: bookings. I would get the app right first and only after that launch the web version. Ah, and get some language training while at it!

No me deja ingresar a mi cuenta
Me la he instalado porque pertenezco a la BUAP y quiero usar el STU, pero me he instalado la app y cuando intento entrar a mi cuenta me dice que “el usuario no es válido para esta aplicación”

No funciona el GPS y no me deja ver por donde pasa el autobús. Lo peor es que ni siquiera se esfuerzan en arreglar la aplicación.

Super happy with the new upgrades. They were necessary...but now the App works smoothly. Direct acess to my QR code is a cool feature when I’m in a hurry
Pésima para la BUAP
Los conductores hacen lo que quieren, llegan a la hora que quieren, si su mugre código qr no pasa te bajan en donde sea, no importa si es peligroso. No te deja cancelar ni 15 minutos antes de que llegue, si uno ya no lo quiere tomar, que?

Can’t see dialog box to log in
Using an iPhone 13 Pro, I can’t log into the app because when you go to type in your username and password, the the dialog box is under the keyboard there’s no way to move it up or to see what you’re typing in. How can such an obvious problem be missed?
