Comment
This platform is unique in advert
No sale or rental
I’ve been subscribed to your premium advertising package for several months but haven’t received a single rental inquiry through the platform. In addition, I’ve noticed that many listings appear to use misleading photos that don’t reflect the actual properties, which reduces user trust. I’d appreciate a review of my premium account performance and would also encourage stronger quality control over listings to improve the experience for both landlords and prospective tenants.
NPC
The new interface is unnecessary and a bit cumbersome
Update
I don’t like the updated one , it’s just so confusing
How do you get to the next page?
Hello, thank you for the app. But how does one go to the next page? For instance, I see page 1 of 17; how do I now get to page 2 and the rest of the pages? Please respond or fix this issue. Thank you
The best app when it comes to property
I assure you that you will not get an app that is close to what you get on Nigeria Property Centre
App review
This new app is useless . Kindly go back to the previous one
Great app for a broker like me!
Kindly make the property verification on iOS too
Request charging view
I like this app but why will you charge 6,000 for a month with limits to 1 post. That’s not making sense at all. Reconsider please
Agent credibility
Give users ability to rate their experiences/interactions with these agents. Some of them are very dubious and insolent. You contact them, they don’t respond or take eternity to do so. You see a property as available and schedule viewing only for them to take you to a totally different structure that the one you saw was no longer available and try to convince you to take a dumpster. You should find a way to ensure they have only one profile on your app by using their NIN to generate a unique code. Users ll not see the NIN but the agent cannot duplicate profile if his rating is messed up. Also your app should have specific section upload; lots of the agents upload same images 20 times - of the exteriors of a property. Sectionalise bedrooms; living room(s), kitchen, bathroom; exteriors to capture how many occupants in the compound and the aerial view of the building.
Great App
Awesome app, Kudos!
Function
Error!!! You cannot navigate backward on the app. To return, you must start over from the beginning.
Relatively better than other Nigeria property search apps.
Wide ranging search parameters. Mostly easy to navigate. What I do find very worrisome is that one can find thesame property listed for vastly different prices. Also, troubling is that you will what is obviously a bungalow listed as a duplex or a semi detached building listed as fully detached and vice versa. It gives the impression that no one is monitoring or editing the listings to ensure the photos fit the word descriptions. I have also found the same property listed as being in different areas of Lagos at the same time - in Magodo (mainland) and VGC (island) for example. This leads one to believe there are quite a number of fraudulent listings on the website. It would also be good if you can persuade the estates agents to include videos and/or photos of the neighbourhood of their properties as they do in other countries.
House options.
We have other different type of house options like Manisonette and also lease please work on it

Best in connecting sellers to buyers
Unavailability and Unable to upload pictures for adverts
Why is the system down? For several months we can’t post ads or upload pictures for ads
New Picture policy
It’s an interesting experience for us as a client to see the app being updated for good accessibility but the new picture uploading policy is really affecting our business is no all properties will be free from other images aside of the property Please this should be attend to so our client needs to see our ads imagess
My view
For buyers, you’ll definitely get the property you want, But for agents, it’s very congested.
Very nice and helpful app. Straight to the point 💯💯
Very nice and helpful app. Straight to the point 💯💯💯
Spam app
This is a app used by scammers and they are not even agents nor what they post are readily available. Have reported over 30-40 agents here
Functionality
For agents, the app doesn’t show graphical representation of stats on iOS. If not for this, it’s easily a 5 star.
Where are my posted properties listed
Once it is posted it can’t be found again, I can’t edit or take down a listed property. No option under account allows you freely view your listed properties.
Great
User friendly
This app needs to do a better job with scamming
This is ridiculous - how are these scams artists thriving on this platform? So many nice places these scammers have access to - and they can just post property on this website as if they are legit. It’s scammer posing as real estate agents that have been posting for years and still succeeding taking advantage of people and their hard working earnings that are looking to invest into a home . This is - RIDICULOUS!!!! Please can there finally be a solution to this madness
Nigeria property center
I have gained a lot by your Guide to House Prices vis T let ,Rent and to Purchase. However,I would like your App to inform us of Distance from Victoria Island since most of the Properties Vary In Location and Prices. Thanks .Debo
App bugs
Please work on us being able to go back from a property page back to the previous page. Not us having to go back to the main page and then re entering the search. Thanks.
Eliflor
Thanks for what you do, continue to be a go getter. You are of tremendous help to a lot people Thanks again
Unfair
Not getting the value of what I subscribed for
Functionality
You can’t go back in this app, when you open saved property and click on one you have to go all the way back to menu to access the option saved property option, would have been a 5 star if not for that
Awesome
I love the fact that I can view rental properties from my phone in America. Thank you for making it easy to look for apartments.
Subtly Terrible
I don’t get to save property because it keeps asking me confirm my email which I have done a 100 times! This app is terrible to use and navigate. Maybe for searching, it’s a bit better.
Fast, Dependable
No major complaints, does what it's supposed to do. I've been using it everyday for the past year and it hasn't crashed once. Just wish the UI/UX were richer. Look at Rightmove, aim for that standard or higher.
SuperB
I met my agent and it was a real deal!!! Thank you Property Centre
Excellent
The app is well put together and precise, needs improvement on the part of the property picture though, would be nice if the picture can open on its own page and also enlargeable. Very good otherwise. I gave it 4 stars due to the picture issue mention.
Great app!
Nice.
