App doesn’t work at all
I downloaded the app, deleted, downloaded again and all it shows it the Xtra logo in the middle. The app simply doesn’t run. My iPhone is on the latest software version, so I don’t think that the problem is on my side. I never experienced it with any other shopping apps.
Bugging again
It is the second time that i cannot finish a collect and go order as there is this stupid bug that prevents me from finishing my order.get your act together guys!!

Die App lässt sich öffnen aber mehr als das Logo kann ich nicht sehen es läd absolut gar nix auch nach mehreren Minuten warten passiert gar nix

Can’t use it in store as app does not open.
Dommage
Je n’ai pas trouvé le moyen d’avoir mon ticket de caisse et d’ensuite le récupérer sur l’application ! De plus si je le demande sur l’application je ne peux plus l’avoir en papier (si je veux faire des courses pour ma voisine). Comment puis-je résoudre ce problème ? Merci.
